Bartiromo: “Sources Confirm No Interim Durham Report or Indictments Before Election”…

Fox News host Maria Bartiromo announced earlier today that sources have shared not to expect any interim report or outcomes from the probe by John Durham prior to the election.   Obviously for many CTH readers this will not be an unanticipated outcome; however, that alone does not mitigate disappointment.   WATCH:

A decision not to pursue honest justice due to the election is ultimately a political decision. The dynamic of worrying about the optics of the political calendar, is itself a political decision. This is the great dichotomy and weirdly irreconcilable conflict CTH previously outlined.

What Ms. Bartiromo encapsulates is in-line with my own research and interactions with people very close to the DC events. In essence, this sentiment; in combination with AG Bill Barr having a keen awareness of the undercurrent frustration outside the DC bubble; is at the heart of why USAO Jeff Jensen has been channeling information to Michael Flynn’s defense counsel Sidney Powell.

Perhaps some expanded opinion is prudent…

When we see that justice is measured, not by due process, but by compulsion; when we see that in order to invoke our right to due process, we need to obtain permission from those who rebuke the constitution; when we see that justice is determined by those who leverage, not in law, but in politics; when we see that representatives get power over individual liberty by graft and by scheme, and our representatives don’t protect us against them, but protect them against us; when we see corruption holding influence and individual liberty so easily dispatched and nullified; we may well know that our freedom too is soon to perish….

When I wrote on September 2nd that we need to focus intensely on winning the 2020 election, my focus was based on accepting this inherent reality. Regardless of what AG Barr may want to do – he has defined evidence and consequence through the prism of political silos.

No single proposition so brutally outlined the intent of the Bill Barr DOJ than an institutional agreement to carve the fourth amendment into two parts; with two different standards for a FISA application.  One standard for DC elites, the second standard for everyone else.  There is no excusing this.  The institutions operating within Washington DC are echo-chambers; penetrating that bubble with common sense discussion about what is already known to those outside the system is fraught with frustration.

President Trump is unique in that he is inside the bubble yet ideologically aligned with Americans outside the bubble.  One can only imagine how frustrating it must be to be part of a machine of government that is self-actuating.  It took decades of the system to be created; and it will take some seriously targeted effort to disassemble that same system.

Foolishness and betrayal of our nation have served to reveal dangers within our present condition. However, that said, misplaced corrective action, regardless of intent, is neither safe nor wise.

To the extent the severity of the DC corruption is outlined, it becomes completely understandable how people would throw up their arms and walk away disgusted and disenfranchised.  We cannot lose people like this.

We cannot afford to lose a single voter…. we need everyone in this fight.

I have spoken to many patriotic people familiar to many of you, and without question when you direct the conversation to the subject of this dynamic eventually everyone concedes: we must urgently shift focus to winning 2020.  We must win.

No-one is going to come to our nation’s rescue.  We are the people we have been waiting for.  This is our task, and there are only thirty five days left to expand our ranks.

We have the best message.  We have the best candidate; and both represent the pride, values and patriotism of this nation.  Our opposition is weak and their message is based on fear and trepidation.  We cannot afford to fuel their preferred narrative of dark inevitability by focusing on a system that has become completely rigged and corrupted.

Every disenfranchised voter becomes a win for the anti-American opposition.  We must intensely provide an alternative message of faith, fellowship and patriotism.  This is so critical it cannot be overemphasized.  Optimism, deliberately focused and intensely directed American spirit, will win this 2020 battle; and the winner of the 2020 battle will eventually win the political war.

To emphasize the point, I return to a message provided by Bill Whittle well over a year ago.  We can all relate to this eloquent presentation.  WATCH:

All around us, in every tribe and region, there are people who need you to show them the strength that you have. Strength of spirit. Strength of fellowship that you will not relent from expressing. No matter what noise is shouting from the loudspeakers we must withstand it; we must make eye contact and remain joyful. We cannot allow despair to be the status quo.

Our nation needs more people like you, right now. Don’t wait… engage life, get optimistic however you need to do it. Then let that part of you shine right now… This is how we fight. Hold up that flag; give the starter smile… rally to the standard you create and spread fellowship again.

God knows we need it; and that is how we will win.

It is the responsibility of each of us to stand, defiantly if needed, and support a President who is waging a battle against multiple adversaries on our behalf. “Stand” means be visible. “Stand” means let your voice be heard. “Stand” means telling your representatives what your expectations are. They represent us; WE are the people.

We know exactly who Donald Trump is, and we also know what he is not.

He is exactly what we need at this moment.

He is a necessary, defiant and glorious fighter.

He is our weapon.

This man has faced opposition that would overwhelm any other President. Our chosen President is constantly attacked by those holding a corrupt, conniving and Godless leftist ideology. It is our job now to stand with him, firm on his behalf.

To respond we must engage as an insurgency. We must modify our disposition to think like an insurgent. Insurgencies have nothing to lose. If insurgents are not victorious the system, which controls the dynamic, wins. However, if insurgents do nothing, the same system, which controls the dynamic, also wins.

Do nothing and we lose. Go to the mattresses, and we might win.

The choice is ours.

The awakened American middle-class insurgency, led by Donald Trump, is an existential threat to the professional political class and every entity who lives in/around the professional political class. Their entire political apparatus is threatened by our voice. The political industry, all of corrupt governance, is threatened by our support through Donald Trump.

Decision time.

You know why the entire apparatus is united against President Trump. You know why the corrupt Wall Street financial apparatus is united against President Trump. You know why every institutional department, every lobbyist, every K-Street dweller, every career legislative member, staffer, and the various downstream economic benefactors, including the corporate media, all of it – all the above, are united against Donald Trump.

Donald Trump is an existential threat to the existence of a corrupt DC system we have exposed to his disinfecting sunlight. Donald Trump is the existential threat to every entity who benefits from that corrupt and vile system.

Right now, through November 3, 2020, every day is Saint Crispins day.

If we are mark’d to die, we are enow
To do our country loss; and if to live,
The fewer men, the greater share of honour.
God’s will! I pray thee, wish not one man more.
By Jove, I am not covetous for gold,
Nor care I who doth feed upon my cost;
It yearns me not if men my garments wear;
Such outward things dwell not in my desires.
But if it be a sin to covet honour,
I am the most offending soul alive.
No, faith, my coz, wish not a man from England.
God’s peace! I would not lose so great an honour
As one man more methinks would share from me
For the best hope I have. O, do not wish one more!
Rather proclaim it, Westmoreland, through my host,
That he which hath no stomach to this fight,
Let him depart; his passport shall be made,
And crowns for convoy put into his purse;
We would not die in that man’s company
That fears his fellowship to die with us.
This day is call’d the feast of Crispian.
He that outlives this day, and comes safe home,
Will stand a tip-toe when this day is nam’d,
And rouse him at the name of Crispian.
He that shall live this day, and see old age,
Will yearly on the vigil feast his neighbours,
And say ‘To-morrow is Saint Crispian.’
Then will he strip his sleeve and show his scars,
And say ‘These wounds I had on Crispian’s day.’
Old men forget; yet all shall be forgot,
But he’ll remember, with advantages,
What feats he did that day. Then shall our names,
Familiar in his mouth as household words-
Harry the King, Bedford and Exeter,
Warwick and Talbot, Salisbury and Gloucester-
Be in their flowing cups freshly rememb’red.
This story shall the good man teach his son;
And Crispin Crispian shall ne’er go by,
From this day to the ending of the world,
But we in it shall be remembered-
We few, we happy few, we band of brothers;
For he to-day that sheds his blood with me
Shall be my brother; be he ne’er so vile,
This day shall gentle his condition;
And gentlemen in England now-a-bed
Shall think themselves accurs’d they were not here,
And hold their manhoods cheap whiles any speaks
That fought with us upon Saint Crispin’s day.

Get your head right.

Now, Get in the fight

AG BARR needed to speak truth BEFORE early voting started because remaining silent is causing Trump a ton of potential votes .

Recent polls by trustworthy right wing news sites indicated that 40% of the American electorate STILL believe Trump colluded with Russia and will not support Trump for that very reason alone .

That is devastating and i blame it all on AG BARR and DURHAM refusing to comment and make the truth known BEFORE voting started .

It’s UNFORGIVABLE , this is MAJOR election interference against Trump.

Yeah, fake polls. The idea that the average (meaning low-info, still has a tv in their house) American would not vote for someone who has created a booming economy and put money in their pockets because they think Russia helped him get elected….naw, doesn’t pass muster. That’s like believing PDT called WW1 soldiers “losers.”

His popularity, seriously, is something I have not seen since Beatlemania over 50 years ago…but what I still fear is the cheating/rigging. However, I take hope in the fact that if I’m worried about it, PDT and his people have it covered. (Transition Integrity Project, my ass!)

“why USAO Jeff Jensen has been channeling information to Michael Flynn’s defense counsel Sidney Powell”

I agree that’s one way of getting evidence out without any report or indictments, except that the developments in the Flynn cases rarely make the national news (unless it’s bad news for Flynn). Indictments couldn’t be ignored, or even a report.

And anything to do with the 2016 election is going to be dismissed as old news, move on, we’ve got a new election, etc., by the MSM unless someone like Saint Comey of the Forest is charged with lying to Congress or obstruction or justice.

        Right, GB.
Amazes me how easily people retreat into the division of politics and a belief that there is a ‘political’ solution to circumstance. The current circumstances are the result of the continuing purge of the destructive ideology of the Maoist origin of political correctness [Mao’s Little Red Book]. The entire socioeconomic climate is the conclusion of this failed ideology, replete with a failed coup and political persecutions. EVERYBODY KNOWS.
My unsolicited advice is to continually guard the space between your ears, especially against ‘fear porn’. God has already provided the solution.

Trump must win in November–check that–WE must in in November if there is to be any justice against the coup conspirators. Although its no guarantee, Barr is sitting on his hands to see who wins before he commits to going after his fellow Critters.

    My comments earlier today:

I suspect that his first assistant US Attorney Nora Dennehy probably sabotaged the investigation to protect Obama and Comey not to mention all her attorney friends at the DOJ and SCO like Weissman and Zelby. She was leading the investigation not FBI Agent Aldenbury who simply followed her direction. Remember, Dennehy was the Democrat appointed Deputy Attorney General of Connecticut who sued the gun manufacturer in the Sandy Hook school shooting along with FBI Agent Aldenbury as a plaintiff. Dennehy ignored the Connecticut family court judge who refused to commit the teenager after his mother hired an attorney and pleaded with the judge that her son was mentally ill and dangerous. Mom was the first person the teenager killed! Did Durham and Barr really expect this SJW who probably cried her heart out when Hillary Clinton was defeated to indict and arrest her tribe of Leftist Democrats???? A week after it became public that she was leading the Durham investigation she quietly and mysteriously resigned. I bet that AG BARR WENT NUTS WHEN HE READ THE SAME ARTICLE ABOUT HER THAT WE DID!

    • Wethal says:

The CT family court judge would likely have had judicial immunity. Infuriating in tragic cases such as Sandy Hook, but with SCOTUS cases like Deshaney, there’s not much one can do until judicial immunity (and other kinds of sovereign immunity), is struck down by SCOTUS.

CT also had very strict laws on involuntary commitment of adults, thanks to a liberal state legislature, that were the reason Mrs Lanza couldn’t get a commitment order.

In DeShaney (1989), a boy was beaten so badly by his father that he was brain damaged and hospitalized until he died in 2015. DSS and the county in Wisconsin could not be sued for violation of Joshua DeShaney’s due process rights; even though juvenile court was notified of abuse, it kept returning the boy to his father’s custody.

      • rpcoastie says:

Exactly, but why blame the gun manufacturer when the judge and liberal laws in Connecticut were to blame for turning the Lanza teenager lose on the public? Dennehy and Aldenbury knew that the judge was responsible even if he had immunity, which by the way, the gun manufacturer had also but the Supreme Court quickly threw their immunity away while declaring the psychiatric records of the DEAD TEENAGER were confidential and could not be released to the attorney for the gun manufacturer who sought to use the court failure as a defense! It seems that immunity only applies to Leftists in our legal system!

        • Wethal says:

I agree with you that it was wrong to allow the gun manufacturer to be sued. Not sure about the psychiatric records, since Mrs. Lanza was the registered owner of the guns IIRC. I’ve always felt a little sorry for that poor woman – stuck out in the country with a mentally ill son who she can’t get committed. She kept guns around for safety, but didn’t stop to think she had them in a house with someone who needed to be committed.

I don’t want to rekindle conspiracy theories, but some very knowledgeable gun murder experts said that skinny Lanza could not have possibly pulled off that massacre with the accuracy it required and the short time period it occurred. The entire affair is riddled with holes, including multiple real estate sales on Christmas day of those connected to the event, etc., etc. It was a horrific false flag to usher in more gun control, IMHO.

How very sad for our Country that at least one-half of the population has no idea of the magnitude of the corruption of the Government. We all know that this election is crucial to our nation. These crimes occurred FOUR years ago, and still ZERO justice. Even the underling who cop’ed a plea won’t be sentenced until December.

Now we’re told, in regards to a report (which isn’t indictments): you must re-elect Trump before you can see it. This reeks of Pelosi’s “pass it before you can read it” reply. Total political spin.

I’ve had it. I was on here years ago railing against the pace of this whole process (Huber, IG, now Durham). I had many tell me “the wheels of justice turn slow, but it’s coming.” Well, as I said years ago and will say yet again: it’s not coming. They won. Trump, the supposed genius, has been unacceptably terrible with appointments. A majority of people in key positions have worked against his (and our) interests from day one. Barr is just another CIA/Bushite put in there to protect the corrupt institutions, while Wray (Christie-pick) stalls.

What will Trump do with four more years when he’s wasted the last four? Oh, we know of the corruption now! some will say. And? All the culprits are currently enjoying hundreds-of-thousands or million dollar book deals and gigs on MSNBC/CNN. Crime does pay. You just need to be a Democrat.

Yeah, I’m angry. Hoping the last honest woman in D.C.–Sidney Powell–can expose the crimes as a relief valve is such a cowardly solution that it’s actually fitting for the duplicitous Barr. Let others do the dirty work of exposure, sure. Yet Ms. Powell can’t indict… Maybe that’s why.

As I’ve said before: the ONLY way of preventing such future crimes is serious accountability. If no one pays the price, then what is stopping them? Nothing. They know it. You know. So why doesn’t the president?

Rebuke every bs’er in your local community w/ the facts/results of PDJT – foreign policy (ending war, stability in MidEast, protecting US taxpayers w/ NATO), getting illegal immigration fixed, criminal justice reform, repeal and replacing NAFTA, stopping TPP…. it’s all there and the vast majority of Americans will agree IF they are made aware.

If Bill Barr wants to live in a democracy, if Bill Barr wants his children to live in a democracy, the time has come to be a reluctant hero, and charge the evildoers.

America exists because a line of heroes, too long to name, chose to be reluctant heroes. Most Americans chose to sit out the Revolutionary war, and hope for the best. A few patriots, with a profound vision, wintered at Valley Forge. Rich northeasterners bought their way out of the Civil War, and depended on poor men to fight their battles (sound familiar?).

Despite the pinheads of BLM, hundreds of thousands of American white men volunteered to fight in the Civil War, in order to save their country, once and for all, from the immense evil of slavery. Why are the many dead not being honored for their sacrifice?

The torpedo bomber pilots at Midway, or the bomber pilots of the Dolittle raid, surely knew the forlorn chances of their mission. They went, anyway.

All we ask of Bill Barr is that he absorb the criticism of our utterly corrupt media, in order to save our democracy. Yeah, that’s all. In a couple of years, Bill, you can return to attending church with Robert Mueller. Not a lot to ask.

Sacrifice the knight, win the game. How many lawyers are lined up to challenge the election on the Criminal DNC? How many think Hillary gave up challenging the 2016 election in court(s) for nuffin?

The docket is loaded with indictments if the DNC goes the legal challenge route and loses…bloodbath.

No, this is 100% about the knight sacrifice.

My friend, this about maintaining their position at the feeding trough.

We have watched Sundance hand feed them documented proofs of the Deep State corruption and yet justice has never arrived. These fools have yet to realize that they can not escape from this knowledge. “It is the beating of his hideous heart!”

  30. Barr is wrong here. What his tactics allow is the elites to go OUT and continue campaigning using the same lies they used in 2018. Comey, Brennan, McCabe, Weissman are all allowed on TV to bash and denigrate the President. Where in reality they should be in Jail. So, in essence, Barr is allowing the left an advantage. He’s had months to indict any number of these criminals for clear cut violations and he’s done nothing… It’s clear he’s in on it with them and will continue the stall until he resigns or is fired. His failure allows Biden to use Russian Collusion in the debate as a legitimate issue, essentially leaving his boss out there to defend a non issue…Barr should be fired with Wray the day after we win the election….you don’t want someone in who thinks he has to “tread carefully” when taking apart a two tiered justice system…

It appears the “negativity” of some of my posts that has garnered criticism from some posters without much discussion of their substance, almost as if we all must yell with one voice like some cheerleading squad may be proven justified.

Be that as it may, however, we must not flag in our effort to get POTUS re-elected. While I still have my differences and concerns about some of POTUS’s statements, policies, actions and failures to act, given the stark choice with which we are presented, our energies must now be focused like a laser on the election. All the rest is for naught if POTUS does not win.

Furthermore, I firmly believe this election must be record-setting in terms of the scope and scale of our victory. It must be (literally ) of Biblical proportions, regaining the Senate, strengthening the majority in the House and generally crushing our enemies across the nation both up and down ballot.

We cannot allow our legitimate anger and frustration with this two-tiered “justice system” to obscure our immediate objective which must be to defeat every democrat and every issue put forward by our enemies on every ballot in the nation.

We have the worst political class in my lifetime if not in our nations history. They are corrupt elitists that, 4 years in, still don’t understand why Trump is POTUS. And don’t forget their enablers, the corporate media. Even Scott Adams understands and marvels how a coup attempt on the president has purposely ignored by the media.

The Founding Fathers worried and warned about factions. Even if the Democrats succeed in imposing a one-party state, factions will shortly arise, Without the many roadblocks inserted by our Constitution, how will this not turn into civil war or a police state?

We too sadly understand the world view of people like AOC: she wants paradise, and if you disagree with her, on issues large or small, you must be a monster.

Accepted norms of thought and behaviour, where violence is unthinkable, or violence; is there a third option?

This is a clarion call to GOTV for PDJT! He has done more good for We the People in 4 than everyone else in total for 28 years (Reagan ending the Cold War and renewing the economy are the only reasons PDJT’s isn’t a 100+ year record). But the accumulated evil, the betrayal, perfidy and it’s entrenchment in fedgov requires more time and especially more TRUMP TIME!

You ever get the feeling that God is saying, ‘Go ahead, try to make it hard for me. And stand back’.

“And he put the wood in order, and cut the bullock in pieces, and laid him on the wood, and said, Fill four barrels with water, and pour it on the burnt sacrifice, and on the wood.
And he said, Do it the second time. And they did it the second time. And he said, Do it the third time. And they did it the third time.
And the water ran round about the altar; and he filled the trench also with water.
And it came to pass at the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice, that Elijah the prophet came near, and said, Lord God of Abraham, Isaac, and of Israel, let it be known this day that thou art God in Israel, and that I am thy servant, and that I have done all these things at thy word.
Hear me, O Lord, hear me, that this people may know that thou art the Lord God, and that thou hast turned their heart back again.
Then the fire of the Lord fell, and consumed the burnt sacrifice, and the wood, and the stones, and the dust, and licked up the water that was in the trench.”

Bill Barr is nothing but a political hack, now we have more then enough confirmation. He was brought in as the fixer. To give his old friend Bob a way out of the fraudulent Mueller investigation. As Sundance said not surprising especially since all Barr has done is kick the can down the road. As soon as they steal the election, the investigation will quietly go away and the guy who pleaded guilty will be magically untangled from that pesky plea. The rioters will rejoice by doing what they do best riot and loot. Welcome to Obama’s America brought to you buy George Soros and his merry band of rich liberal elites pulling all the stings and providing al the cash.

If we the people manage another miracle and get President Trump reelected what will the excuse be then, Mr. Barr?

    It sucks.

Yet if indictments came out this close to the election they would be suspect no matter how much evidence was presented and the democrats would use them to fire up their supporters.

OTOH, if held off until after the election, a cascade of big names getting nailed will be a great start to Trump’s second term. He can then get busy blowing up some sacred swamp temples.

Will just wait patiently and see what happens …

Thankful for Sundance’s research, wisdom and courage. He, as usual, is correct and hits the nail on the head.

Wonder if the followers of Hannity, Joe D. Adam H. and all of the rest of the tick-tock, trust the plan crowd will FINALLY hold them accountable. Graham as well.

Why follow people who in the end are just playing your emotions?

Thank God for this SCOTUS confirmation battle. It will turn the fight to an argument that we can win, that the optics are good for us and that unites the party.

As Sundance and others have said, we need to focus on this election.

The way I see it, this is actually good news and will rally our support much better than some half-assed milquetoast watered-down interim report with no indictments. Such a report would drive down Republican voter turnout.

Remember, most Biden supporters have no idea what is at stake because their propaganda sources do not tell them much, if anything about the Durham investigation. Thus, they have no motivation to go to the polls to prevent something they’ve been kept in the dark about from continuing. IOW the Durham investigation is not a campaign issue they are fired up about like we are. ADVANTAGE: President Trump

From a tactical standpoint, it has to be about the election. The only question is how indictments would be received at this point.

Nothing will turn the MSM/Big Tech narrative now. Can you think of anybody who would change their vote or decide to vote if indictments drop today, and would the Mouths of Sauron at Google/CNN/ become contrite,, or would they use it try and delegitimize the coming Trump landslide and the prop up the fraud and legal challenges that are sure to follow?

Justice should be blind, but Indictments are a stronger swamp draining tool in the second term if they are made post election, and if there is no second term, there are no indictments.

Nobody is changing from/to Team Trump because of what swamp dwellers do with another report.

Hell, Biden would probably love to say that on the advice of his lawyer in light of the politically motivated false charges against former Obama cabinet members, he can’t debate, and there would be riots in Portland and Seattle in support of “5th Amendment Joe”.

  45. So, I’ve read the comments and it looks to me like I’ve experienced in the 30 years I worked in politics, people get angry, scream about it and then sit home on election day or vote for another party, when the right course of action to take is,(okay), express your disdain, disgust, say what you believe BUT look at what the reality is!
    And I’m not reading that.

Everything everyone (well most everyone) is posting is accurate, however, only a few see the need to say President Trump MUST WIN in 2020; no matter what!

Which means, regardless if you really hate your Republican Congressman or Senator or whomever; you MUST vote Republican down ticket. We cannot give up one seat and we have to win the HOUSE!!!!
So, spew forth all of your angry words, BUT go to the polls and VOTE REPUBLICAN.

I have no patience for those who attempt to tear this approach to unity apart.
President Trump must have the majority, even in the states, if he is going to have ANY chance of leveraging the changes he has planned.

We all have to know what the end result will be.

    • Amen and amen. You have concisely phrased what I have been posting. Every votes counts even in New York and California. Let’s take away the popular vote argument too.

I would add that for the next thirty days push yourself away from the keyboard and get involved in the election. Knock on doors, post signs, be a poll watcher (most critical) and vote straight Republican like I will for the second time in my life (2004 Bush/Kerry was the first).

Turn your face to stone, gird your loins and act with purposeful cold anger.

“Attorney General Bill Barr’s Criminal Coverup Background”

We have a corrupt judiciary, a corrupt Justice Department and a corrupt FBI, and as Trump said when he was campaigning for the office of President in 2016, “The system is crooked.” We have an AG whose inaction is the definitive action regarding the outcome of the election this November. He has not stood up for truth, for justice, for accountability and for doing his job as AG while sitting there saying he doesn’t want to influence the upcoming election. His job is to bring justice and prosecute evil doers, many of whom surround him, not to worry about his influence or the election.

Where are the indictments of the Deep State Criminals? How long must we wait?

Action speaks louder than words and we’ve waited way too long for justice.

Sometimes I wonder if the DC corruption is so rampant…so pervasive that it’s a situation of where to start. Like a decrepit house that is so thoroughly broken down and rotten for decades from the foundation to the roof, all is so bad that just some repairs are futile. The more the layers are pulled back, the worse it gets. Almost afraid to do anything or else it might collapse.

Saying this not as an excuse by any means but a statement of fact perhaps.
