Sidney Powell Discusses Explosive New Texts and Documents With Lou Dobbs – Corrupt FBI Officials Even Purchased Professional Liability Insurance…

Michael Flynn defense attorney, Sidney Powell, calls-in to Lou Dobbs to discuss the explosive new evidence released to her by the DOJ.

In an update to briefings before the court Sidney Powell released today a set of previously hidden text messages within the FBI investigative unit highlighting the fraudulent and corrupt premise behind the targeting of her client [pdf link]. The documents are also embedded below.

Ms. Powell discusses the stunning nature of the release and how the texts and documents show a targeted effort against candidate Trump, President-elect Trump, President Trump and her client Michael Flynn who was the incoming National Security Advisor. This release is perhaps the most damning so far.  WATCH:

The corrupt units within the FBI and CIA even went so far as to purchase professional liability insurance after the election because they knew their prior activity could lead to criminal, civil and financial lawsuits. A stunning internal admission.

I would be remiss if I did not remind everyone the DOJ (Barr and Durham) asked the FISA court for guidance in sharing classified and corrupt FISA associated information with litigants in civil (and criminal proceedings).   Ergo, given the nature of their activity this insurance issue by the corrupt officials has some substantive context for legal exposure.

Here’s the FULL RELEASE:

I will have more on this issue later.  There is a lot to unpack.

Share your review in the comments, thanks.

So in addition to Gen. Flynn,et al., going after them for a RICO conspiracy to deprive rights under color of law or authority, the insurance company can go after them for committing fraud! Are the policies retroactive for illegal acts that have already been committed?

Isn’t it fraud to wreck your car, then buy auto insurance and claim your accident happened after you purchased the policy? These actors wanted to purchase professional liability insurance after they had committed the unprofessional acts.

        • I am not sure Richard but I know that if you buy house insurance and then burn your house down years later the insurance company will not cover it.

Even if you buy the policy in good faith if you commit arson later you are out of luck.

So even if these chuckleheads bought the policy in good faith then purposely went out and committed this crime would the insurance cover it?

I think that if these agents knew that it was highly arguable that they had done something wrongful, or were presently engaged in something worngful, or thought it likely that in the future they would be engaging in something wrongful, that would be material, and if it was not disclosed to the insurance company, at the time of requesting cover, the inurers could rightly refuse to pay on the basis of material non disclosure.

A few random thoughts here… Assuming that the insurer will deny coverage for all the above noted reasons (refusing to pay claims is what insurance companies do best!), it is safe to say that Gen. Flynn will still file civil suits against any and all players – including Comey, Rosensteing, McCabe, et al – some of whom seem to have a fair amount of personal assets. So could the General file a civil suit against the whole lot of them and go after their homes, bank accounts, etc.? Wouldn’t that be a kick in the pants??? Discovery would be a hoot too.

I’m surprised they didn’t have professional liability insurance (PLI) as a matter of course. When I was an intelligence analyst, many of us chose to purchase this, most did not.

I first purchased mine–encouraged but not forced to do so–when I became a military analyst with an unnamed mid east country as my portfolio. In this position, and as required by law, anytime our military wanted to conduct an operation, I was one of several analyst the military had to contact: not for permission, but to check if any of our assets were in the area and at risk. My PLI would have come in handy if I were ever sued by victims of a military operation carried out based even partially on my answers because in the event I ever had to go to court, my agency would have their lawyers only protect the agency, NOT me.

Also, every manager I knew had PLI, as they could potentially be sued by those they supervised for things such as not being promoted; charges of discrimination in hiring, promotion or demotion; the list goes on.

Finally, the PLI document is very short and very broad reaching/vague. Oh, and one more thing: taxpayers reimbursed every employee who purchased PLI, which is a yearly expense. If I recall, mine was $140/year.

For Engineering liability insurance (E&O), it is about $1800/yr if you pay for it personally, about $1000/yr if a group company policy. When I worked for DoD, they told us to buy our own insurance if we thought we needed it. I never bought it, but I was triple careful and quadruple checked every single thing. I still lay awake wondering if the ASME codes make me liable for a valve specified over 30 years ago. PE liability lasts as long as you live. Wonder if it works that way for spies and such.

Yes Black Irish Rose, you took the words right off of my keyboard. Thank you. After several reports, with personal attacks on those who wrote them even though our names were anonymous in the report,( the people who we audited knew us more than would ever like to), we got the memo re PLI from our IG.
But if agents realized that they needed PLI after the fact of what they had done? It’s almost like applying for car insurance after you caused an accident. Your insurance policy won’t cover past “accidents.”
I never bought the PLI because I had so many people at a GS level much higher than me reviewing and signing off on my work. The cream rises to the top as my dairy farmer tells me.

No question, but purchasing insurance ‘After the Fact’ wouldn’t cover any misdeeds that occurred prior to that date.

Nor would it provide coverage for any ‘Wrongful or Illegal Acts’ committed once any such policies went into effect.

It sounds to me as if they were applying the same logic that led them to implementing “Crossfire Hurricane” et al, and lying to the FISA Court in the first place.

Indeed, if this were a viable tactic to avoid personal loss from criminal activity, every prospective felon and con artist would have their insurance agent’s number on speed dial!

Did you read the Strozk-Page texts on page 11? He admits the Flynn interview was recorded but not noted on the 302. Another “omission by error?” What does he mean “but there are multiple (302s)?” Is he saying there were different versions for different audiences?

Then he says “They MEAN that earnestness (sic). But they’re senators, this is their game, their rules.” Is he.saying that they were discussing this op with specific senators while they were making the scheme go down? Who? When? It’s always been clear the Senate was complicit. This shows there was direct interaction with senators and Strozk while the op was just being developed. And for the Pravda media, nothing to see here, move along.

    Dear Ms. Powell,

First thank you for your steadfast belief and support of General Flynn, a man who was clearly framed. You are an inspiration to millions of American patriots.

Clearly Gen. Flynn will have a huge opportunity IMO to pursue civil litigation against those who framed him but I want to propose an additional idea for you and Gen. Flynn to consider.

We know that Gen. Flynn was surveilled and spied upon and we know that thousands of Americans were spied upon by NSA Contractors who used FBI computer terminals to access, search and extract this data maybe as far back as 2012 which most likely included Gen Flynn.

And we also know that Adm. Rodgers has proven via his audit that 85% of the 702 searches were illegal and yet to date no indictments for this massive illegal spying operation.

So my suggestion is, if Gen. Flynn sues in civil court is there a way to include in the suit that Gen Flynn was also illegally spied upon by NSA Contractors and use the discovery phase to expose the entire NSA Contractor Spying Operation that seems to have been buried?

I’d sure like to see us get a 2-fer

Thanks again for all you have done.

Of course Russia favoured HRC since she was continuity Obama, and we all know what he said about flexibility in his second term. HRC would be even more flexible, and Russia had already paid about $200 million into the dirty foundation, and would expect some return on that capital investment.

Further, Russia would never want Trump because of his MAGA policies, which are so harmful to Russia. It is against Russian interests to see a strengthened US military, NATO partners paying their full share, stimulating the US economy making it an even greater superpower, pulling out of the Paris Climate Agreement that neutered US industry/economy and required the US to pay $100s of billions, the USA pressing ahead with fracking and pipeline developments, making the US energy independent and competing with Russia in the energy market (particularly gas) etc.

The bulk of Russia’s foreign earnings are dependent upon energy. The last thing Russia would want is a glut of cheap energy on the market, thereby reducing foreign earnings, and a major competitor in the gas market, thereby further reducing foreign earnings.

Only a dumb IC could think that Russia wanted Trump.

  28. PaulCohen says:

WHOAAAA….. see the de-classified FBI summary attached to Barr’s letter to Graham!!!

It is absolutely clear that the FBI knew in 2009 that Danchenko was likely/surely a Russian agent, and the only reason the investigation was discontinued then was that Danchenko’s visa was not renewed and he left the country.

FBI said counter-intel investigation on Danchenko was supposed to be renewed if Danchenko returned to USA.

Well somehow…. duh…. FBI let it all fall through the cracks or someone chose to drop it…. because Danchenko DID return ofc… is not investigated further (so far as the FBI memo would indicate) and then years later Danchenko is feeding the Steele dossier disinfo.

So Strzok, Priestap, McCabe, Comey and all of their brilliant (sic) counter-intelligence team were relying upon an ACTUAL RUSSIAN SPY while pretending to be so concerned about Flynn and Trump. This stinks beyond bogus Hillary Depends castoffs……

British spy Christopher Steele and his mentor Sir Andrew Wood gave John McCain the Dossier. McCain is famous for the saying “I Approved This Message”, meant to keep anonymous smear campaigns out of politics. Right.

Diana West: “There is so much we still don’t know, for example, about anti-Trump conspirator and Hillary Clinton operative, retired MI6 officer Christopher Steele. However, we do know that while at Cambridge University a half-century after Kim Philby, as I recount in “The Red Thread,” Steele was known as a “confirmed socialist,” “an avowedly left-wing student with CND credentials.” Another detail that fits the context of ideological profiling is that Steele would eulogize his late first wife as “always on the progressive side of an argument.” Let’s decode this further. “CND” stands for Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament, the Marxist-infiltrated organization deemed subversive by MI5 for its links and efforts, especially in the 1970s and 1980s, to disarm Britain, force U.S. cruise missiles off British bases, and decouple Europe generally from the U.S.-led NATO alliance—at the time, the primary goals of Soviet foreign policy and its aggressive “nuclear freeze” and “peace movement” disinformation campaign. Further, as president of the Cambridge Union in 1986, Steele extended the debating society’s first invitation ever to a member of the Palestine Liberation Organization, at the time still regarded as a terrorist organization by the United States and Israel, not to mention one of the Soviet Union’s proxy terror-armies against the West. Despite these and other indicators of strong left-wing and even pro-Soviet beliefs, British intelligence hired Steele following graduation from Cambridge and dispatched him to Soviet-era Moscow. …This should make us doubt the sanity (or the agendas) of Steele’s unknown patrons inside MI6…”

      Steele was a Campus Commie.
