The Office of the Comptroller of Currency has released the final report after investigating the banking practices of nine major institutions based on over 100,000 examples of banks refusing business based on politics and worldviews.
[OCC PRESS RELEASE HERE]
“Today’s report provides irrefutable evidence that the nation’s largest banks have denied, debanked and discriminated against customers and lawful businesses”…
WASHINGTON—The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) today released a report of its findings from its supervisory review of debanking activities at the nine largest national banks it supervises: JPMorgan Chase Bank, Bank of America, Citibank, Wells Fargo Bank, U.S. Bank, Capital One, PNC Bank, TD Bank, and BMO Bank.
The OCC conducted its supervisory review in accordance with the President’s Executive Order, “Guaranteeing Fair Access to Banking for All Americans,” to determine whether these banks’ policies or practices may have required, encouraged, or otherwise influenced banks to deny or limit access to financial services to Americans because of their political or religious beliefs or lawful business activities. The OCC’s findings show that, between 2020 and September 2025, all nine banks had such policies.
“Today’s report provides irrefutable evidence that the nation’s largest banks have denied, debanked and discriminated against customers and lawful businesses,” said Comptroller of the Currency Jonathan V. Gould. “Americans should have access to financial services regardless of their beliefs, affiliations, or political views. Fair access to financial services is not a mantra—it is a mandate. The Trump Administration is committed to ending the weaponization of finance against hardworking Americans, once and for all.”
In the report, the OCC found that broad reputation risk policies—which lacked clear standards and objective, risk-based criteria—disadvantaged certain Americans based on their political, religious, or social views or based on their lawful business activities. The OCC also found that banks maintained public and nonpublic policies restricting certain industry sectors’ access to financial services, including those in oil and gas exploration, coal mining or coal-powered plants, firearms or ammunition manufacturing or distribution, construction or operation of detention facilities, the manufacturing, distribution or online retail of tobacco or e-cigarettes, and digital asset activities.
In preparing the report, the OCC reviewed nearly 100,000 complaints to OCC-regulated institutions and received approximately 50,000 documents consisting of approximately 420,000 pages from these banks regarding their policies, procedures, practices, and individual customer decisions. (more)

The symbolism of all these big banks discriminating against conservatives serves to highlight how it is the wealthy and the powerful who are behind the entire liberal agenda.
Abortion, LGBT, BLM/DEI, mass immigration, global warming, deindustrialization, porno pop culture…..Supporting all these things is the default position of every powerful institution.
Stop blaming college professors and Team D. They’re just who we’re instructed to cheer against.
And Team R is a fake opposition party, designed to fool us into thinking that we have some representation.
All (or most of them) have their hands in the till in one way or another.
By all, I mean all elected officials.
They can’t compete very well without campaign contributions, unless they are wealthy and use their own money (heaven forbid).
Only President Trump will use his own money.
The question is WHY?
Why?
You asked why?
Because corporate executives can’t help themselves. If there is a market and money to be made (LGBTQ) they will exploit it until it’s no longer profitable.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m a capitalist 100%. But I not going to sell the rope you’re going to hang me with. But large corporate executives will.
That’s what happens when family owned companies sell out to larger corporations run by Harvard MBAs. The new CEOs come in, make a bunch of bad short-term business decisions, which moves the stock price in a positive direction, until things start turning south.
The CEOs then get out with a golden parachute and the stock holders (your 401K and retirement accounts) are left holding the bag when the stock price crashes because everything was moved to China.
that’s not a difficult question!!! That’s their right to get rich!
Appreciate your reporting, Sundance.
Any there any disciplinary actions? Or just a report?

Any there any disciplinary actions? Or just a report?
well Bank of America was just fined over a billion, largest in history I read yesterday…..
it needs to be alot more and make it hurt
Banks=mafia
Government the enforcers
This has been going on for more than a decade. I’m glad to see the report, but it’s so late… sigh.
So does this mean I can get back all the ridiculous interest Chase and Citibank charged me for 4-5 years because I’m a registered Republican? 47 did say he’d like to drop credit card interest rates charged to 10% for a year, but it hasn’t happened and I think maybe he isn’t allowed. After this revelation I think the admin could force these ridiculous interest rates to zero for 4yrs. The Fed used to cap them at 10% yrs ago!
Pull the banking license of those two Canadian based banks. BMO and TD. U. S. Banks are not allowed to have branches in Canada.
Glad I closed my BMO account when Canada started debanking the truckers. I didn’t trust that they would follow US laws after that. But who knew most of the big banks would debank “the wrong kind of people” in the US?
Banks were also threatening to debank churches. Santa Clara County CA: Calvary Chapel San Jose church was threatened with debanking because they stayed open during the pandemic, despite Gavin Newsom’s order that all churches be closed. The church didn’t require people to wear masks, and people were allowed to sing in church. Per a lead pastor, Jack Hibbs, the bank was told that if they did this, all of the Calvary Chapel churches in the country would do their banking elsewhere and then the bank backed off. It’s good these churches were able to stick together. These churches are also fortunate to have such courageous pastors.
Santa Clara County is still trying to bankrupt the church and they were fined close to a million dollars. The church has contested this and the case is working its way through the courts. Next step is likely the Supreme Court. Church members were also being surveilled using geofencing around the church and the school. Probably also because the church had “notorious” speakers come to talk during the pandemic, like Dr. Simone Gold from America’s Frontline Doctors and Robert Kennedy Jr., who were providing information to the public about the dangerous experimental covid vaccines at the time and how corrupt the Big Pharma companies are.
BMO has recently been bought by First Citizens Bank.
Why is this even news. We on the Right have known this for years. They debanked Trump. For that matter the Left has known about it but they approve.
ACCOUNTABILITY!
HAMMER THEM FINACIALLY!
WITHOUT ACCOUNTABILITY…….THEY WILL MOST CERTAINLY DO THIS AGAIN IF THE ENEMY EVER GETS POWER AGAIN!
SO FAR….LITTLE TO NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE ENEMY FOR THE MOST PART…..NONE FOR THE COUP, NONE FOR ELECTION FRAUD AND THEFT, NONE FOR THE FEDSURRECTION, NONE FOR THE PLANDEMIC.
AND…..THEY ARE BACK LYING AND TRYING TO REGAIN POWER SINCE THEY ARE FREE TO DO SO!
Jamie Dimon CEO of Chase Bank, straight out lied when asked about Chase “debanking” customers, including President Trump.
When asked about Trump’s lawsuit against Chase, he said he could understand why President Trump would be upset about having his accounts closed, adding, “I’d be angry, too,” when asked about the debanking lawsuit. He also said the lawsuit has “no merit” and that JP Morgan doesn’t close accounts for political or religious reasons, instead citing legal and regulatory risk. Pure scum!!
Has Jamie Dimon apologized to Mario Bartiromo for his “grow up” outburst over this. Turns out she was correct that JP Morgan did de-bank political opponents of the Joe Biden administration. Someone should send the DoJ with an FBI search party up this guy’s rear end. What did Dimon know about political de-banking and when did he know it?
So what is the punishment? Why is there never a punishment to suit the crime? De-banking is a massive detriment to someone’s livelihood. As a Canadian caught up in the Give Send Go incident at the Trucker’s Freedom protest, I spent half a year terrified my bank account was going to be shut down and I would have no way to feed my (at the time) 2 year-old son. Everyone who de-banks someone else should be burned to the ground, ashes scattered to the wind. NO forgiveness. NO forgetting.
Now do GoFundMe.
Great, we knew all this already. How are you going to deliver consequences for their actions…
