Kevin Clinesmith – Criminal Information….

It’s not an indictment, it’s a Criminal Information with no grand jury, which suggests counsel for defendant approached DOJ to structure an agreement.  The plea agreement likely also included an agreement for method of public release. [LINK HERE]  Last year John Spiropoulos explained the Clinesmith information for OAN TV.  WATCH:

Interesting, Dunewell. I believe that SD & Sidney Powell are two GREAT forces for truth in America today! I also believe this plea deal is chump change. See anyone in handcuffs? Is Clinesmith going to jail with a SWAT team as escort? NOPE, WE DIDN’T SEE THAT! That only happens to Conservatives like Millie Weaver who was just escorted to jail in Ohio by a SEAT team & cannot get bail until Monday! But, let’s wait until Tuesday!
IS ANYONE MANUFACTURING HANDCUFFS FOR LIBERALS, DEMONRATS OR RHINOS?

I grow impatient as well GoldenH. I have said for a while not to get our hopes to high. The election must come first to force justice. I believe too many want justice to force the election. After everything we now know the left is capable of including violence would you want to be in Barr’s shoes? If Trump and conservatives win its much safer to press forward but if they lose it means anyone that has spoken unkindly about them are going to have a tough time; including probably everyone on this site lol. Personally I think we need to ratchet things up before the election. The left knows the stakes and are willing to do anything including mass voter fraud. What are we willing to do?

You REALLY believe the ONLY ones conducting illegal 702 search queries of the NSA database, using FBI contractor access,….were Obama admin people?

At least 10,000, and as much as 99,999 searches, since 2012.

I believe Republicons in Congress, were ALSO exploiting the loophole, as well.

And, because their illegal political spying would be exposed by Flynn and DJT, they were just as involved, from the early planning stages, as Obama admin and Congressional Democrats.

Republicon Congressional leadership are a major force behind the ongoing ‘resistance’ effort to undermine DJT’s candidacy, and PDJT’s Presidency.

We have WATCHED them, as they have done everything they could to hamstring PDJT, and done NOTHING to help or defend him.

Clinesmith isn’t pleading to altering the email. He’s pleading guilty to initially lieing about it, so “false statement”.

This is the Wolfe model, Durham is no bull, he’s a STEER. Castrated, his job is to bury 10% of the evidence, drag things out, and effectively exhonerate everyone.

Because all the potential defendants have a “get out of jail, free” card; they KNOW the Republicons in Congress were exploiting the Contractor access to the NSA database, and have been complicit in the coup from day one.

THATS who Comey, McCabe and Stroxz are threatening, “if they go down”.
        And, its why they are so cock-sure that they WON’T be ‘thrown under the bus’;
Congressional Republicons are ‘protecting’ them in a myriad of ways,…
        Including putting Barr in place.

Been saying all along, its not about evidence, its about WILL. And currently there is no WILL to prosecute, for major crimes, which WOULD lead to ‘flipping’.

All the will is going in the opposite direction; McConnell confirmed Barr, and Barr appointed Durham, and Durham is handing Clinesmith a Wolfe deal.

        Lets see what happens next!
        Tuesday,……

Isn’t the best deal the first deal?

Couldn’t Clinesmith help to nail some key people?

Let’s see if Durham / XXXXX submits a change of venue request given DC voted for Hillary Clinton over 95%.

I still day a partial solution is an enforced AFFIRMATIVE ACTION in party affiliation hiring – i.e., all Federal Gov’t jobs must be filled by 40% Republicans / Conservatives, proven by official registration going back to 18 years of age. If the FBI & DOJ were 40% Conservative, would we have less skullduggery and TDS?

Instead, how about all actions and decisions by all non-elected government employees demonstrably must be in the public interest. Harder to police but a more appropriate standard.

It’s not really possible to add to the standard that actions and decisions must not be in a political interest because inevitably some that are in the public interest will also be in someone’s political interest.

Wow, tempted to get flippant, “Because I have a brain”, ….
Because no one on the prosecution side, is at all interested in getting any of the actives to flip, quite the contrary.

Sundance would not be engaging in his current “We ride, we KNOW” operation, if he had ANY confidence that Justice was going to be meted out, by Barr/Durham.

The Negotiation has already happened, and much of it was unsaid. The threat Clinesmith, Comey etc. make doesn’t NEED to be stated, its inherent in the situation.

“If you don’t shield me, from the consequences, I’ll tell!”

We will see Clinesmith get a deal like Wolfe, unless there is enough public pressure to force a different outcome.

Sure, Clinesmith COULD help nail some key people.

Thats WHY I am confident he will get a sweetheart deal.

There is no simple fix. Originally, as a new admin came in, they would fire people from previous admin, in order to make room for ‘political patronage’, putting those whohad helped them win into gov’t jobs.

Eventually, it was detirmined the Fed Gov needed a core group of civil servants to give continuity to the government, and so a sort of barrier was established; civil servants, who basically can’t be fired, and political appointees, who work “at the pleasure of the POTUS”.

By creating the SES, and by Obama “embedding” (that is, moving people FROM SES to Civil service) Obama succeeded in mucking up the system.

Finally, I would note: Mueller, Comey, are registered Republicans.
Even Weismanne came into Gov. at a high level job in the FBI, under the BUSH admin.

I don’t think anything I posted (intentionally, at least) discounts the “Trump effect”. Quite the contrary. I am mainly addressing the “old thinking” that devolves from “R vs D” instead of THEM (Uniparty of R AND D, against US and PDJT).

For instance, “hash this out during the primaries, but in the general we MUST vote R, even if they are a Rino”.

Actions based on such thinking is how we got where we are, and more of the same will only keep us stuck in the same boat.

But yes, OBVIOUSLY PDJT has exposed it all, much more than we or even he realised (he has admitted as much).

If anyone can fix this, its DJT, with Gods guidance and our support. The job SEEMS insurmountable, but then so did parting the Red Sea, lol!

I watched the video by Millie Weaver last night posted here, and read the AmericanThinker article on her arrest under a sealed indictment.

If what she and her whistleblowers are saying is accurate, its much worse than administrators.
I reccomend everyone who can watch the video, ,….

The only bright side; I have long felt the whole “DATA” thing has been overhyped. The entities described in the video have a fundamental belief that humans can be reduced to 0’s and 1’s in an algorythm, and manipulated any way they choose.

And yet, while they have been trying to manipulate the American people against PDJT from day one, his support has only grown stronger.

They overestimated their ability to influence opinion using data.

I coulda told em it wouldn’t work.
A friend of mine texts me, that his Dr. is putting him on a HepC treatment, and he will be cured in a month.

For the next two months, all the popup ads I see, are for HepC treatments,…I don’t have HepC.
No one I KNOW has HepC, except my friend, and he’s already GETTING the treatment.

But “targeted advertising” using data swept up from my phone, is supposed to be miraculously effective at not only predicting, but controlling human behavior.

Their are people who put their faith in humans; governments, science and math, etc. and believe that they can create heaven here on earth, if we other stupid humans would just LET them.

Its the Tower of Babel syndrome, 21st century version.

I laughed when I read about your text with a friend about hep c treatment. I had a similar experience. At a gathering of women for a book club meeting and sitting on the couch with another woman in conversation on something medical, I stated to her, that I had been treated for 8 years for CTCL. What is that she asked. Cutaneous T-cell Lymphoma, I responded. Of course, I explained the disease and that was the end of it. Within 48 hrs, advertisements for treatments for CTCL were popping up on my phone. I took screen shot and showed it around. My cancer is pretty rare and even friends who were MD’s asked what it was. Unless you have it or are a dr who specializes and diagnosis it, most are unaware of it. Just saying, my iPhone was quite busy listening in on the conversation while sitting innocently on the coffee table in front of my friend and I.

Exactly. Listening and scooping up info on YOU, from texts, emails, searches, etc.

We have all had similar experiences,…another friend emailed me about him buying a “metal building”, what we USED to call a,”quonset hut”, although they have come a long way.

Have -0- interest in buying one, myself but nevertheless got ads for months.

If they get so many “misses” when using mega data for targeted advertising, what makes them think they can be more accurate, when trying to use mega-data to manipulate public opinion?

I think DATA has been overhyped, and those most involved in data collection and exploitation have an emotional and financial investment,….in haveing a FAITH in Data, that simply isn’t justified.

As I pointed out, this Shadow government has been using MEGA DATA and algorythms, to tell it what to do, to manipulate public opinion against PDJT, and they have been following the dictates of the algorythm,…..
                And FAILING in their goal.

They are like the engineers at 3 mile island. They keep monkeying with the algorythms, confident that if they can just get it “right” they can achieve the result they desire.

And they keep doing the equivalent of advertising medical treatments to those who don’t need them.

To wit, PDJT has far more support than when he was elected.

The “Acme nefarious plans division” that has been pumping out the lawfare coyote plans to PDJT’s roadrunner, may actually be a computer, and idiots who think complex human interactions,…can be reduced to 0’s and 1’s.

Manipulation is actually fairly simple and straightforward.

Induce your victim into experiencing a strong enough emotional responce, and the part of the brain that engagrs in critical thinking goes dormant.

Once that happens, any inputs are accepted without question, since questioning things is what critical thinking is all about.

ANY emotion will work, if its STRONG enough: Fear, Anger, Sorrow, Sympathy, Pride,….ANY emotion, if its strong enough.

Con artists have known this, for ever, scientists with PET scans have proven it.

And once the critical thinking is mute, you can convince someone of anything.

EVERYBODY has ‘buttons’; push their emotional buttons, trigger the strong emotion, and your home free. They will INSIST you take their money, or liberty.

They will HELP you do it, and thank you. And so Con Artists and CONmunists rely on this trick, to manipulate people.

Cause it WORKS,…I just don’t think you can use “MEGADATA” to apply those principles in order to manipulate the masses.

Again, they have been trying to manipulate us into hating PDJT for 4 years, and his popularity has only risen.

They are trying to trigger US, into resorting to violence, like the left, and it ain’t working.

As long as I keep getting targeted with ads for products I have absolutely no interest in,…
They can have the 0’s and 1’s,…the Data means nothing, if they are so heavy handed in their feeble attempts, and they keep not only missing the bulls eye, they can’t even connect with the TARGET.

Thank you. Last nite I watched the mollie weaver video, and today rrad, about how she has been arrested, under a sealed indictment, apperently for Obstruction of Justice.

Her video DOES present an alternative, and very disturbing explanation. Frankly, I am still digesting it.

It talks about a “Shadow Government” that tapped into, and has been exploiting the NSA database.

My initial thought is that those behind this may have overestimated their ability to manipulate public opinion.

They have been trying to use megadata and algorythms to manipulate public opinion against PDJT, and have been doing what the algorythms told them to do, to get the result they wanted.

AND IT HASN’T WORKED. PDJT has MORE support now, than when elected. The whole concept is flawed, and they keep refining their algorythms, without acknowledging a basic truth; peoples behavior can not be reduced to 0’s and 1’s, and never will be.

Skynet will fail. Thats my initial responce, and I would urge everyone to view the video, keep it alive on the I-net, and follow this criminal case as closely as we have Gen. Flynns.

Looks like this courageous independant reporter and mother of two is being railroaded.

And, this responce lends credence to the accusations in her video.

Yes I agree with your comments about how it’s not possible to reduce people to algorithms. People do things for reasons that make sense to them at the time. Sometimes they do things that are not consistent with their past behaviour or their own principles or worldview, but the specific circumstances led them to act inconsistently.

Modern economics tries to do the same thing. It’s stupid. Which is why economists, and in this discussion data miners, get it so wrong so often.

Don’t economists realise they personally sometimes act contrary to their own models? Surely they do. In which case they would be dishonest, pushing these models that they know don’t model their own behaviour.

It would be taking away their identity, something that is very difficult for anyone to do.

Been their, done that; its not easy, and I don’t think we do it volontarily, we do it when circumstances change.

We get married, have kids, get a different occupation, or get released from prison, or discharged from the military.

Changes like that change who we are, and who we view ourselves as being.

I would expect the investigation to accelerate through the fall. I don’t think indictments of FBI officials will fall under the category of election interference of you can’t indict people during the election…I would expect these indictments to unfold even during the election…I think they’re moving in that direction but they’re up against a wily cast of characters and it takes some time to unravel a bunch of stories.”

That’s when I found CTH. Been here ever since.

I point a lot of “conspiracy theory” friends here. I tell them that “theories are fine”, but if you want FACTS – CTH is where you will find them, documented, where “trails of breadcrumbs” are turned into “well lit superhighways of facts”.

I understand SD is holding back, giving the “powers that be” an opportunity to bring the sunlight themselves. But, for better or worse – TIME IS RUNNING OUT.

I try to explain to these friends of mine, that there are many “moving pieces”. This isn’t just about Comey, Rice or Lynch. You want to spring the trap, when you can be sure ALL THE RATS are in it. Or at least rats that can be leveraged to squeal, that have enough stature that the squealing is worth the deal they will get.

Sadly – this reeks of a Wolfe style deal. But the fact of the matter is – there probably isn’t much more that can be charged/proven.

And as much as I like Barr (at least his public persona), I still think he’s more concerned with protecting the institutions, than just ripping the bandage off and letting the puss pour out (regardless of who gets exposed). The only way for the wound to heal, is to excise the infection – ALL OF IT. Otherwise, it just comes back, and is even more resistant to the cure.

Flynn needs to be pardoned already (there really isn’t any longer MORE political risk to it). He knows where ALL the bodies are buried, and where the map to the graves are – which is why he was pursued with such panic and haste. Bring him in, let him off the leash.

There has never been a time in my 60 years on this planet, where I feared so much for our Republic. Our enemies no longer “nip at our heels”, but are latched onto our legs and working their way towards our throats. They telegraph their moves with impunity: Piglosi stating that, without a clear winner SHE goes to the oval office – talk of our beloved military dragging VSGPDJT from the WH (and with the way BHO gutted its upper ranks of all but those loyal, and the lower ranks being mainly our “indoctrinated youth” – this is a real possibility).

If Barr isn’t willing to start REAL PERP WALKS – where the arrested face REAL LONG TERM JEOPARDY to their freedom – then SD needs to launch Phase 2.

We’re running out of time I fear. The time to act is NOW…

His lawyer is saying Clinesmith made a mistake and is sorry. Clinesmith hasn’t appeared before a judge to plead. A few posts up, Judicial Watch’s Tom Fitton said today’s filing by Durham doesn’t include the plea agreement. Mr. Fitton smells a rat. Also a few posts up, Sydney Powell raised same points as Fitton. She smells a rat, too.

Don’t be so quick to accept the government/Barr/DOJ has closed the cell door on Clinesmith. There’s many unanswered questions that call into serious question what’s really happening/going to happen to Clinesmith.

One thing is for certain. Dem lawyers always fight dirty and play dirty. You can be sure Clinesmith’s lawyer is doing all he can to make sure Clinesmith doesn’t plead to knowingly and intentionally lying in his email. Doing all he can to make sure the Republicans and conservatives can’t cite this as an example of the coup. But can only cite it as an “honest mistake” by a junior lawyer.

Even when the defendant pleads guilty, there is still a hearing. The judge doesn’t just say “alrighty then, off to gaol you go”. There is a formal process where the judge satisfies himself that the defendant is in fact guilty and that all of the facts have been gathered for the public record. Then the judge has to decide on an appropriate sentence based on the facts plus the arguments from the defence lawyer that the sentence should be less than the sentencing guidelines suggest plus the arguments from the prosecutor that the sentence should be tougher 🙂

It’s a long process even with a guilty plea.

In practical terms, there is no difference between an indictment and an information, once the document has been filed with the court. The main difference between the two is simply that an information does not require a grand jury proceeding and an indictment does, but there can be some advantages for a defendant to plead guilty to an information instead of an indictment. […] Because the Fifth Amendment expressly creates a constitutional right to be indicted by a grand jury, an information is used in federal criminal cases only when a defendant voluntarily pleads guilty and expressly waives the right to being indicted by a grand jury. https://palmbeachfederaldefense.com/blog/2019/10/what-is-the-difference-between-an-information-and-an-indictment-in-a-federal-criminal-case/

Why plead to an information instead of an indictment?
An information is similar to an indictment in that it serves as the document formally accusing the defendant of committing one or more crimes, but it allows federal prosecutors to conserve resources by not having to present its case to the grand jury. In exchange, prosecutors view a defendant’s willingness to plead to an information as both cooperation with the government and acceptance of responsibility of criminal wrongdoing, which can result in fewer or reduced charges in an information versus an indictment.

Clinesmith pleading guilty to a lesser charge without a grand jury protects Clinesmith and any ongoing investigation. Him pleading guilty is the start of a slippery slope downhill. However, without a grand jury, no one else within the Coup Conspirators Club gets a preview of the evidence against them.

In these situations, even the most experienced people, get tripped up on esoteric flaws in their plan and coverup. And, if someone gathers enough pieces to the puzzle, the esoteric flaws become large cracks on the porcelain façade. Those cracks then require explanations, and explanations can be rebutted with evidence.

My gut tells me that they will be trying to figure out where cracks are from inside the vase. That Barr’s hand had to be forced is not a good sign, but I have a feeling that Team Trump has people watching the watchers.

Protecting the ongoing investigation could go either way. They could want to protect it to try to delay delay delay. They could want to protect it to continue to develop the cases against the greater conspirators.

’13. On or about June 19, 2017, within the District of Columbia, the defendant, KEVIN CLINESMITH, did willfully and knowingly make and use a false writing and document, knowing the same to contain a materially false, fictitious, and fraudulent statement and entry in a matter before the jurisdiction of the executive branch and judicial branch of the Government of the United States. Specifically, on or about June 19, 2017, the defendant altered the OGA Liaison’s June 15, 2017 email by adding that Individual # 1 was “not a source” and then forwarded the email to the SSA, when in truth, and in fact, and as the defendant well knew, the original June 15, 2017 email

Maybe I am just pessimistic but this Clinesmith issue does not impress me. It is my humble opinion that this was done on Friday because they knew Sundance had a Friday timeline. They know he knows and they just want to pacify him and those who have spoken with him. Sundance has information that they do not want made public. They have been obfuscating and kicking this can down the road for a long time. They hit two birds with one stone by doing this. They delay Sundance and they have something to show for all the time and money that has so far been spent. Maybe, they are hoping they can outsmart Sundance with their moves. I do not believe that Obama, Biden, Clinton, Mueller, Rosenstein, Rice, Yates, the lovebirds and many others will hear the click nor see the bars of a jail cell. Perhaps Comey will be thrown under the bus and spend jail time but even with that I am skeptical. Most likely, the people in the bottom of this totem pole will end up holding the bag and spend some time in jail to justify the cost and the time spent in this investigation. Their hope is that will satisfy us who want full justice.

How can the justice system be fixed? We have judges who have become an extension of a political party when they should be guided by the Constitution and our laws. Do they even know the Constitution? The Flynn Case is an example of the travesty that our Justice System has become. Clinton can not be deposed for the Benghazi tragedy!

Would have been much more effective with a perp walk in handcuffs on tv.
    Just saying…….
Lisa Page has not tweeted in 2 weeks.
Strzok rumored to be cooperating too.
McCabe and Comey authorized FARA (criminal) against Flynn, Manafort, Page, Papadopoulos and morphed it into (counter-intel) vs. Trump. Only one with Russia contact was Page.
FBI is too big and needs to be out of counter-intel business.

PUSH PAST CLINESMITH – Senator Grassley: “Those who orchestrated, enabled and amplified the bogus Russia collusion saga must face a reckoning, and those who violated the law must face justice,” Grassley said. “Thanks to recent declassifications, we now know that the same FBI lawyer who doctored evidence to push for spying authority on Trump’s campaign was also intimately involved in plans to co-opt intel briefings to spy on Trump himself. Today, he is being held to account.” Grassley urged Durham to keep pressing ahead “for the good of our nation.”
“His team must continue to provide transparency into this multi-year, multimillion-dollar debacle,” the veteran senator said. See https://justthenews.com/accountability/russia-and-ukraine-scandals/bringing-first-russiagate-charge-durham-hints-other

SHADOW ELECTION MANIPULATORS relevant to Sundance’s invaluable advisories – a video just released after videographer was just arrested in Ohio – likely on trumped up charges. See “What They Don’t Want You to See” YouTube while you can: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9HFxVvrXjCg

I hope losing the opportunity of having Clinesmith executed in front of a firing squad, for beginning 4 years of a traitorous constitutional coup crises, will be worth it. The only way he should be allowed to escape capital punishment is if we get Mr.s; Obama, Clapper, Brennan, Comey, McCape, Mueller and Mrs. Hillary Clinton in front of that firing squad for destroying America.

This should surprise NO ONE! Clinesmith is low hanging fruit. It’s taken 1 1/2 years to get this punk who was guilty as hell and admitted it. He’s an arrogant little millennial who needs a number of years in Federal Prison. He needs to take it in the rear while he yells, “Viva le Resitance”. He’s basically a traitor to everything this free republic stands for. Dollars to donuts he gets the James Wolfe treatment…. a slap on the wrist. The DC corruption knows no bounds…….
