Sally Yates Testifies to Senate Judiciary – Main Justice Deflects, Pointing Fingers At FBI…

The Senate testimony of former Deputy AG Sally Yates is ongoing. So far the Yates responses to questioning are predictable in the extreme.  [The Mistresses of Mirrored Halls – 2017 ]

It was always visible that when the Main Justice small group would be questioned they would deflect accountability by pointing blame toward the responsibilities of the FBI. That is exactly what Sally Yates is doing.

I wish I had the video of Yates when she testified last when Lindsey proclaimed Russia interfered in the election and a huge look of relief came over her. It was bigly important to her. I have searched but can never find that segment.

So this is going to be a really interesting testimony if they just ask the right questions.

Gawd I hate Lindsey Graham! He just gave Yates an out in his closing statements. For a second I thought..well he doesn’t have to say anything bad about her, perhaps he’s setting her up for the fall. But then I realized, no, this is Lindsey. Probably not.

            • One of their favorite tactics is to feign ignorance.

If they say “I don’t remember” they can avoid admission of guilt AND avoid getting caught in an outright lie.

After claiming selective amnesia, they only need to remember to keep forgetting that particular fact.

              HOWEVER…

If they accidentally forget to forget, then they need only say “Egads! Only NOW did I just remember that which I had formerly remembered to forget!”

Notice how the audio of Yates is garbled in digital transmissions, and has a way of cloaking the consonants in the testimony. My computer is just fine, it just seems to be impairing the clarity of her speech and serves as a “Charlie Brown’s Teacher” wonking.

      I watched most of it.

Did anyone ask Sallie Yates why, if they suspected that the dossier was being paid for by “opposition research,” —why they didn’t ask Steele who he was working for?

If Yates had that “suspicion” she then had a duty to resolve that suspicion, and all she had to do was ask Steele. He testified that he told the FBI way back in July of 2016 that he was being paid by the DNC.

Did anyone ask. I didn’t hear it. Cruz got close—then wandered off onto something

    • I nearly choked when Yates used the ” I didn’t know that! ” defense. She signed off on FISA applications to surveil Carter Page, which it was her RESPONSIBILITY to vet prior to signing. I also have serious doubts about Yates’ feigned ignorance in regards to how much Obama knew, or how he came to know it prior to the January 5th meeting.

And, what’s with Graham giving her AND Rosenstein a “Pass” when it comes to contemporary awareness of the falseness of the Steele Dossier? Is Graham currying favor among a certain sub group of the conspirators to protect himself from scrutiny in this, or some other (unrelated) issue? Or, is he simply taking the heat off of Yates to protect Obama?

He seems to be more of a Fixer for Hillary than anything else, so what allegiance would he have to Barry?

    Sundance,

You have done a masterful job shows all that…

    1) Russia Collusion was a fraud and a cover up

    2) The Dossier was a fraud

    3) The DNC Hack was a fraud

    4) They framed Gen Flynn to keep him quite.

    5) They used the NSA Contractor Program for Leverage power and money

The one piece that IMO is still missing that would once and for all show the LONG TERM pattern of spying abuse for leverage, power and money would be…….

if in your current travels you sought out and interviewed the registered HAMMER WB, regarding his direct involvement in the Hammer Program and who specifically they spied on and who directed them and this program.

Also this program was flipped from a foreign surveillance tool to a domestic surveillance tool so there should be some government documents to support and authorize this flipping that maybe you or Judicial Watch can FOIA?

This would now give you the full 11 years (2009-2020) of spying abuse and coup/cover up on a sitting President.

Put all of this together and…….

WE KNOW about their Hammer Spying Program

WE KNOW about their NSA Contractor Spying Program

WE KNOW about the FISA Leak which brings individuals within the Legislative Branch and the media into the Coup plot

We know about framing Gen. Flynn to keep him quite

And WE KNOW Russia Collusion, the Dossier and the DNC Hack were all made up to support their cover up.

It would be an amazing and complete truth and evidence document encompassing a decade of abuse, corruption and weaponizing of our government led by the 7-8 ringleaders.

And the missing follow up question.. Ms Yates what are the names of the people in your office who reviewed the FISA Warrant before you signed. Ms Yates what are the names of the people in your office that certified to you verbally the FISA warrant was complete…

      The silence is deafening..

The fact that she now admits she read and verified the Page FISA warrant ..means she is trying to take the heat off someone else..IMHO

Accept this battle of being good x evil.

I wish it was just politics and greed and power.

    It’s way more that that.

Behind the left is a very dark ideology.

Sundance has God on his side, we have God on our side.

In summary Yate’s testimony is the following:

russia didnt retaliate when we kicked them out of the country and put sanctions on them – Arrest Trump.

Conclusion – Obama wanted Russia to respond and hurt america, and Trump was prosecuted because we werent hurt.

the logic is twisted, yes indeed.

protip: most of counter intel logic is in fact twisted by design. in this case, yates attempts to describe “excuse” the predicate math attributable to some ether link to obfuscation techniques. plainly, she is installing a false narrative…

obama administration had placed a false flag land mine field just before trump took office. flynn sniffed it out early, because he’s got the sharpest knives in the room and has incredibly loyal hard working talented assets in and out of the inner sanctum. patriots

and flynn took action rapidly to disarm these land mine fields.

obama and his cia went to war with flynn over his effective single phone call that wiped out their plans.

spoiler: russia respects flynn because he has never lied to them…stand up guy…we need more of that in our main government. not these punks who design foreign policy from s cracker jack box! looking at you graham!

flynn probably saved our two countries from serious military conflict. he has done this before …three times to be clear.

when this over…flynn will go down as one of the finest american heroes in generations.

      a true warrior!

and obama will go down as the most corrupt president who intentionally attempted to contrive a war between two super powers only to serve as his pure hate for donald trump.

brennan will go down as a traitor to the country…and probably be charged with coup conspiracy origin.

i am writing the history so it never gets lost over time.

something for future generations to reflect.
