Anger Games Night 6 – Monday Night Riots and Looting – New York City is Lost – Open Discussion Thread…

The riots, arson, looting and related violence has worsened in direct proportion to the depth of the Deep Blue Democrat leadership.  New York City (NY), Los Angeles (CA) and Philadelphia (PA) are complete anarchy. Antifa groups (aka White ISIS) have organized for chaos in many simultaneous areas.  Black Lives Matter are looting at will.

Monday night the severity of the mayhem has worsened exponentially.  Democrat strongholds in California, New York, Illinois and Washington DC are out of control. There is organized looting and anti-police violence in Democrat strongholds.  Local and state officials are allowing extremely violent conditions to continue.

After President Trump told governors today they needed to take back control of the streets the blue state governors are doing little to stop the chaos.  The social anarchy crowd now purposefully rules over law and order in the deeply leftist communities.  This is by design.

Politically speaking, the merging of Antifa (revolution communists) & Black Lives Matter (sub-text political Islam), has a purposeful agenda unknown to the standard brick thrower.

Suburban white liberals and elitist minded political activists, essentially modern affiliates of the former Bill Ayers Weather Underground, are the organizing entities. Most of the people on the street are oblivious opportunists within the anarchy.

Local authorities in/around the urban danger zones have the primary responsibility to maintain domestic tranquility. Federal intervention to replace local political ineptitude, and lack of desire to confront a crisis of their own creation, is short-sighted.

If local officials and/or state governors are not going to take action; factually they do not want to take action because they are fearful of backlash from their own tribe; then federal assistance doesn’t work.

It is better for President Trump to keep reminding the U.S. electorate how he supports, but will not replace, local officials.

The 2020 Anger Games were predictable.

    California————–
Police sealed off South Coast Plaza. “Protesters” are upset as they want to protest in South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa, Orange County.. Are you kidding me? They look like looters. It’s past curfew time..so there is a showdown between the “protesters-to-looters” and the Costa Mesa Police/Swats., according Fox11-channel 11. No Nat’l Guards there, yet, they say. It looks very tense and the future looters are chanting. They refuse to acknowledge there a curfew. Looks like there’s more protesters than the police side. this isn’t going to end well.

Then there’s looting in Hollywood right now.

Recently Todd Spitzer said he won’t tolerate this kind of thing. Well, this seems like the time to prove it.

In Fullerton there was a peaceful assembly then some guy threw a bottle at a passing car. The FPD then SWAT showed up. Yet they stood watching while people engaged in malfeasance…before finally ordering the crowd to disperse from an illicit gathering. I think I would not have that level of tolerance. These protesters are adults. (that they be children in adult meat sacks is irrelevant) The second they cross the line into any form of violence, it’s off to the clink for them.

The new autopsy is as believable as 2016 election hacking reports written by Comey and Brennan. Crump is the same lawyer for every “gentle giant” that dies while trying to kill cops or commit crimes, then are elevated to “saint” status before we have “peaceful” riots for Obama’s sons. The doctor doing the autopsy is the same doctor that does every autopsy for Crump. He writes what Crump needs him to write to sue the city, and his finding always contradict the official autopsy somehow.

The autopsy isn’t performed by the police. The medical examiner’s office isn’t part of the police department. The Hannequin county medical examiner is an independent agency. Since you didn’t know that, I can guess you didn’t bother to read the report, learn who conducted the autopsy, or what evidence was cited in the coroner’s findings. You already had your mind made up to suit your own bias.

If you’d like to deploy that paranoid logic, and make those lazy dismissals, you might as well just pretend every other department of government is part of a vast conspiracy to “exterminate” black people… oh wait, that is the fantasy leftists promote.

If you’re going to believe whatever convenient fantasy bolsters your narrative, why bother arguing? Just label me part of the Russo-White-Supreemist conspiracy, and call for my death. Don’t try to argue facts with me.

There is nothing new under the sun. Round about 1924 my paternal grandfather was a U.S. Marshal who lead the break up of a prostitution/counterfeiting crime ring. Enough bad guys were on the lam looking for revenge that he got a whole new identity. He almost got whacked, even after fleeing Seattle for the Chicago area, because some of the Seattle police were in with the criminals and found out granpappy’s whereabouts.

The strange part is my maternal grandfather had run away from home at age 15. He fled from Chicago to Seattle. It was there that some years later (1924) he was active in union busting of the corrupt longshoremen. The two families did not know each other.

I just said the same thing above. Thes commentators are excusing the cop’s actions, why?If Mr. Lloyd was high- so what, that shouldn’t sentence him to death by cop. So what if he dropped the drugs- if he was high, he more than likely had some on him, that still doesn’t sentence him to death by cop.

He wasn’t fighting…or anything. And, the “official” police autopsy is completely different than the two independent autopsies performed by private doctors. Hmmmmm….nah, the Minneapolis police wouldn’t falsify an autopsy report…….a police force being revealed to have a long history of abuse….

          • Lenfb says:

Actually Dwayne Diesel he had been resisting, which is why three Officers had to collectively subdue him. And saying he was sentenced to death is unneeded hyperbolic nonsense.
The official autopsy made it clear that traumatic asphyxiation or strangulation was not present. So the knee on the neck wasn’t actually the cause.
If one bothers to look carefully at the other available video they can see that most of the officer’s weight is on his right leg, not the left, which coincides with pressure from the knee not being the cause of death. But that is not to say that the weight of three officers on a resisting suspect who is in piss poor health would not have contributed to his death. Of course that weight would have “contributed”. So the only legal question that remains is if they performed their duties as trained. We know using the knee like that is allowed. Was it done improperly and/or was it wrong to use the belief of the suspect’s “excited delirium” to continue such restraint? If they acted appropriately, there is no reason for murder charges against officers acting in good faith within performance of their duties.

But what should happen and will happen are two different things.
The actual narrative of what happened will likely be so twisted by the prosecution that we will likely see convictions.

You’re excusing the cops actions. Yeah “the official” autopsy that was refuted by two additional doctors.

These officers did not act in good faith. And, you must’ve watched a different video- he did not fight, he was arguing. He then was marched to his death…er, I mean to the car…where he was not resisting but somehow still ended up on the ground where- he was still not resisting and they killed him. Video may be interpreted in different ways but there’s no way from any video I have seen you can say Mr. Lloyd deserved to die. Ridiculous.

And you have no evidence that they were not acting in good faith.
And no, the official autopsy has not been refuted. 1. Badan gave an opinion based on the video that can not be proven by the examination.
                2. Unless the prosecution or defense wants to use it, it really has no bearing other than to stir up shit, which is what Crump is known for.
                .
Yes he resisted. Force had to be used to get him out of the vehicle in the first place, and then later he resisted being put in the other vehicle.
Of course he resisted. It took the weight of three officers to restrain him. Not one. Not two. But three. Do you really not realize that?
                .
No he was not killed. He died. There is a difference there that you apparently do not want to make.

More so what video did you watch? Your definition of resisting must be very loose and include not moving fast enough while handcuffed…..let’s see….

                  1. The video is kind of boring because- not much was going on until they started choking him- blocked in this video. The video is boring because there is no resisting….

Here’s a breakdown to help you navigate through the 6+ minutes of footage (this video only goes up to the point where they start to abuse him):

0:43 – 2nd black unmarked cop car pulls up behind first car with Llloyd in the back (drivers side).

0:58 – 2 cops leave the store across the street and jay walk (laws don’t apply to them) and cut off traffic.

Need to skip a few minutes….nothing is happening….

                  3:28 – 2nd black unmarked car moves forward….

3:30 One of the officers helps Lloyd out of the back of the 1st unmarked car- no force needed- he gets out with the help of the officer (handcuffs make it hard to get out of a car…..). No fighting, no resisting as he gets out or as he walks away from car with cop.

I don’t know where you got your facts above: “Yes he resisted. Force had to be used to get him out of the vehicle in the first place…” Doesn’t exist.

3:45 – Cop who helped LLoyd out of car sits him down. No resisting by Lloyd- it appears Lloyd is talking about his handcuffs, no sound not sure but based on LLoyd and the cops mannerisms that’s a good assumption (I’m sure they made those tight around his wrists…to the point it hurts like a MOFO- I know…that’s what they do- it’s happened to me- just for not being polite to a cop).

Need to move ahead again…nothing but Lloyd sitting…not fighting, not resisting, just sitting.

5:22/23 – The cop assists Lloyd standing up. No resisting, no fighting by Lloyd. Cop and him talking peacefully the whole time.

5:30 to 45 – Lloyd again appears to say something about the handcuffs as they are walking. You can see the discomfort in his face. The officer walking him turns him and looks to address the cuffs- he looks right at the hands after Lloyd stops him. The 2nd grey hair officer walks over while if you read Lloyds lips he’s again talking about the handcuffs- the 2nd officer then kinda looks at them and brushes it off (they never loosen them but damn it hurts, especially when they are pulling on your elbows and arms).

5:51 You can see Lloyd still hasn’t resisted as they walk past the marked car- you can see in the reflection of the paint job of the cop car, right rear fender, that Lloyd and the officer are talking as they walk. NO RESISTING.

                  5:56 – camera angle changes

6:02 Still walking and still no resisting. He’s stumbling a bit but that just shows he more than likely was intoxicated (look at his feet as he’s walking)….but still not resisting….

6:08 to 6:11 Lloyd is having a “drunk” lean. and stumbles a few times. He’s more than likely intoxicated (I’m assuming). He’s not resisting and after a few stumbles is facing the car- not resisting.

6:16 LLoyd falls to the ground- if you watch, he stumbles in the same drunken manner as he has throughout the video starting the moment he got out of the first cop car.

6:20 Lloyd is helped up, they open a door, Lloyd is not resisting but then the rest is history- he’s put against the car…..

When you move to the next video (cellphone) he’s still not resisting as they murder him. I won’t post that one….not once is he trying to get away.

So, what don’t I realize? Please tell me how the facts are wrong and I’m using emotion…

                  Okay Dwayne Diesel.
You failed to answer to your previous ridiculous and emotional “deserved to die” commentary only to follow it up with more ridiculous and hyperbolic nonsense. Figures
Taking him down and leaning on him had a legitimate purpose. That you fail to realize that is a problem.
Furthermore, you should really try to avail yourself of more of the available information (instead of a single TMZ video) before making claims.
Try this one from the NEw York Times. Sans the biased narrative which you will probably agree, it contains much of what is available of the video footage.

Again. He resisted getting out of his vehicle and had to be forced out by Officer Lane who then proceeded to cuff him. You can literally see Floyd resisting and not cooperating. And no, it was not Officer Lane who sat him down. It was Officer Kueng who took him over and sat him down after he helped restrain Floyd while Officer Lane cuffed him.
That you thought something did not exist when it clearly does is hilarious.
And your personal experience with cuffs is irrelevant. Additionally; Your lack of understanding when he was actually resisting vs when he wasn’t is irrelevant as well.
As I stated. He initially resisted and had to be forced from the vehicle. And Officer Lane applied as much force was needed to remove him from the drivers seat.

Floyd then later resisted getting into the other vehicle (claiming he was claustrophobic even though he was in the drivers side of the vehicle he was taken out of (and you can’t even get those facts straight)). His resistance and fighting being put into the other vehicle is what predicated his being taken out of and further subdued by a technique that is legal. Whether you want to realize it or not, struggling, even while cuffed, is resisting. And in this case it took three officers to subdue him further.

Most rational folks can understand that continuing to resist requires escalating force to further subdue. And the officer is on scene and gets to make the judgement call as to what is further required. Not arm chair quarterbacks who weren’t even involved.

The only thing that can really be questioned here is if the decision to keep Floyd restrained over possible “excited delirium” and his resistance, is a reasonable cause. Even if that decision is found to be unreasonable under policy, it is still officers acting in good faith of their duties and not intent to harm, let alone murder.

There was more than one autopsy done. The private autopsy showed there was sign of asphyxiation and also he had drugs in his system. I look at it like CoVID deaths. You can die from a heart attack and also have COVID19 but the cause of death shouldn’t be COVID but the heart attack. In Floyd’s case, he had drugs in his system(CoVID) but the knee on his neck caused his death(heart attack). The drugs were a possible contributing factor.

Marc, please keep in mind that the private autopsy is paid for information and not official.
Each individual charged should be able to order a private autopsy for their defense to say what they want to said. But officially, the knee did not cause his death. The entire weight of the officers contributed to his death. That in no way means they were in the wrong, let alone acted unlawfully.
Even if you want to believe the knee caused the death, we also have been officially informed that the use of the knee like that is an approved technique. So it would boil down to whether it was implemented correctly or not. And as I have not seen any evidence that suggests that is the case, I doubt you have seen any either.

Baden said that the “compressive pressure of the neck and back are not seen at autopsy because the pressure has been released…”
He is saying he believes something happened but can not prove it happened. That is not objectivity on his part.
Had such pressure closed the airway, signs of that pressure would have shown up in the autopsy.
No neck pressure compressed his airway. He could breath. His continual talking proves that.
It is more than likely that the fentanyl in his system is what contributed to his death in a far greater way, with the weight of the three officers on him exacerbating it.

Thanks for informing me of the policy. That is all the more reason for the police to reform some of the techniques in apprehending and restraining suspects. If the man is cuffed and resists then ziptie his legs together. Chauvin had backup. The use of force was done to physically exhaust him by restricting airflow.

I’m saying I trust Baden’s autopsy over the in house one and I still question how they got a toxicology report done in only a week. I believe they’re assuming he was high on the drugs because they were on his person but he may have only been dealing them.

                  1. You are welcome.
                  2. Reform is a matter for the public to petition their government. Not a reason to destroy a mans life for executing an allowed technique and charge them with a crime.
Reform? I have seen no reason to restrict the police from using a viable technique.
                  3. No. The technique was used as a means of subduing a resisting suspect, not to restrict airflow, The airflow was not restricted and you literally can not show it was.
                  4. Your trust is irrelevant to any objective discussion. a). That Badan drew a conclusion for which there is no evidence of, greatly detracts from anything he says about it. b). And while we can certainly debate/discuss what Badan presents/says, at this point in time, Badan’s autopsy has no bearing unless it gets used by the defense or prosecution.
                  5. You question how they got a toxicology report in less than a week? Why? You must know it can be done, so why are you questioning the time in which they were able to get it? Regardless, nothing you said discounts the information that has been released.

        Sherri,

That is why blacks raised in an intact family are less than 1/4 of the black community in the United States. Look at HeyJackass.com. It ain’t Whitey causing the homies to do those drivebys, or selling the smack on the corner, or knocking up all the ‘hos in the hood.
The solution to that question lies right in black mirrors. No one in America, including blacks, wants to live in a majority black neighborhood. The reality is that if you want to determine the “livability” of an American community, all you need to know is one stat: how many blacks live there.

The truth is the truth, and I don’t give a damn about people calling it–or me–racist. In fact, the new definition of “racist” is: person winning an argument against a liberal. As Ayn Rand said, “you can ignore reality, but you can’t ignore the consequences of ignoring reality.” The blue state denizens being affected by this criminality are having that brought home to them the hard way now. I guess November will tell if Frank Rizzo was right: “A conservative is a liberal who was mugged the night before.”

I don’t care if he dropped a severed hand- what happened to him was criminal and gross.

I also don’t care if he was on meth…it’s irrelevant. The video doesn’t lie…..the police used excessive force and killed this man. He suffocated….bottom line. This is why people continue to push the race card.

If Mr. Lloyd was violent and fighting back then he gets what he deserves. But, the video clearly shows he was not resisting anything when they decided to throw him down and crush him. This wasn’t the cop’s first time abusing his authority…he has a history.

If he was high, he was high. If he dropped drugs, he dropped drugs. The cops have no right to be the judge, jury, and executioner. Mr. LLoyd is getting all of the attention because he’s a black man and the rabble-rousers are using that to provide an excuse to riot. This is incident has been made into a racial issue by the baiters…this isn’t a race issue this is a policing in America issue. FBI stats show that excessive force leading to death by police is not isolated or skewed towards black males. It’s pretty much correlated to population density and arrests/interaction with the police- only one group gets the publicity.

I can’t tell if you and others are trying to excuse the cop or not.

Kneel on the floor. Keep the right knee on the floor. Raise the left knee and rest the knee on a pillow about 7-8 inches above the floor to simulate a neck. The majority of the weight is on the knee resting on the floor when the kneeler’s spine is upright. Only when the kneeler kneels inward with the spine moving in the direction of the floor does the weight start to shift towards the pillow with the left knee. Policeman Chauvin had his spine upright in the photo meaning the majority of his weight was on the knee resting on the ground. Chauvin’s lawyer will présent this in court and have quantitative weight distribution statistics to present. To say the policeman’s weight on the neck can be challenged. The problem will be trying to find an unbiased jury.

According to the county coroners report that was released yesterday, while it did say he was on Meth and Fentanyl, they also described cause of death as “cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restrain, and neck compression” while ruling it a homicide:

          Click to access 2020-3700%20Floyd,%20George%20Perry%20Update%206.1.2020.pdf

That said though, at a bare minimum Chauvin was criminally negligent. He had a detained suspect that was repeatedly complaining of breathing difficulty that suddenly went still and silent. According to body cams,a fellow officer noted it and remarked that he should be rolled over after having previously asking about rolling him over earlier. Chauvin not only refused but also didn’t take his knee off the neck. At that point he had a duty to roll him over, check his pulse and his breathing and then apply CPR. And that’s applying the absolute bare minimum standard. Prosecution will likely argue that with Floyd already detained and 3 other cops standing right there that he presented no reasonable flight risk and Chauvin should have sat him up or rolled him over to see if that relieved his breathing issues and if not, call the ambulance. That’s not a hard argument to make at all. Given that another officer is repeatedly asking about whether Chauvin should be rolling him over and he refuses and then keeps the knee in place, it may even be difficult to avoid the murder charge. Worse, after he’s made aware Floyd is unresponsive, he looks down at Floyd and still does nothing.

A few folks have noted that the particular knee hold was not approved for use by MPD. IF true (I don’t know one way or the other), that’s even worse for Chauvin.

As an aside, from both pictures and video, it appears Chauvin had his legs too close together to maintain proper balance and also had his hand in the pocket of the leg that was being used to restrain. By necessity, given the distance of his legs, he would have needed to lean on that leg to maintain balance. Properly executed, what you said is right. It just doesn’t appear Chauvin did it right.

Demonstrators today: deemed largely peaceful, with protests necessary no matter last week’s disease spread concerns. Actual violence and deaths versus responsible gun owners in Michigan etc. Passive or non-existent police response to the violent and destructive actions of unchecked mobs. The majority of Latino’s and the majority of muslims (in Europe) are the natural allies of Conservatives. With open borders, globalist progressives would be importing their own downfall and therefore they invented the ‘Alt-Right’. ‘Western Civilization’ was supposedly threatened because immigrants were said to be ‘backward thinking’, or worse, towards women and gays. Alt-Right pundits, self-proclaimed ‘defenders of Freedom of Speech’, kept repeating the same narrative over and over again: leftwing feminists were not real feminists because ‘the Left did not speak out on immigrant sex crimes’. In Alt-Right media, immigrant men became synonymous with rapists, echoing the feminist narrative of rape prone black athletes and Ivy League fraternity boys. Any discussion on the benefits and problems of immigration and refugees was narrowed down to this one narrative, effectively derailing all sensible discussion, thus prolonging the status quo. And last but not least, the narrative made sure that conservative immigrants were scared away from ever voting Conservative.

‘Divide and conquer’ is the name of the game.

Why misdirect attention (yours, and your readers) away from the “Insane Left” (my term) that is literally attacking America? The very terrm “Alt-Right” is meaningless on its own, apart from the “Insane Left” true context now.

Should they do so, they too should be designated as enemy combatants because that is exactly the role they have chosen to play.

The wholesale abrogation of the civil rights, the community and the commons of the innocent citizens, their property and their livelihood being destroyed-at-will by de facto collaboration between violent actors and elected officials protecting them from brute force cessation should be held to equal culpability and guilt for the collusion made apparent by the willful withholding of timely and meaningful arresting action to protect and preserve the civil rights and property of the innocent.

HUGE crowd jumping all around, watching the show. I guess the WSB guys didn’t realize what was being shown? Or heck, maybe they knew and were sick of the wanton displays happening all over downtown. and did it on purpose.

Regardless, it caused a huge stir. IIRC, the mayor ended up saying some crap the next day basically saying that isn’t who Atlanta is, etc etc etc.

And THAT was the end of Freaknik in Atlanta.

When they arrive, they don’t know who’s who, or whats what.

People have called the cops, because they were being burglarised, and then shot cause the cops thought they were the burglar.

I’m sorry but there needs to be some examples set and fast. Police cant behave like little pockets of battling confused men everywhere (held back by corrupt and idiot governors). They are completely out of their depth. They seem to be fighting a losing battle because they are because the leadership is fractured due to state sabotage. This is deliberate. All protest rights need to be shut down immediately (*uck your rights – for now) and then issue orders to shoot looters (at least with buckshot or tranquilisers) on sight. It is the only way to restore order. Too bad about ‘evoking’ the dictator memes. They are now breaking into townhouses – into peoples homes.

Sure, you want to make it easy but there is no nobility in that. Yes, it’s more difficult to decipher who is who when in the field. What you propose will be a blanket covering all citizens. So do not quibble, just declare martial law. Suspend all laws. Standing order is to shoot on sight or maybe only indefinite detainment.. That includes you and your family. This exigency is superior to any exigency you may have of your own. Hey, we can put everything on ration too.

If people cannot handle social media, because they are worse than scavenging hyena’s take it away to restore order. Lead or you lose it. Welcome to Rome’s strategy right now.

These monsters raped my neighborhood last night. I live in downtown New York. They came back tonight again with guns this time and they’ve been shooting in the streets of Manhattan. de Blasio is hopelessly corrupt communist mayor and is actually on the side of antifa and the black Bloc BLM. I have been living with the sound of helicopters a hundred feet over my head shaking the building As the police try to follow all the different mobs rampaging through the streets.

They are also pushing dumpsters up against buildings on fire trying to get buildings to burn down. As many as 2,000 people in a given mob will show up in pin the police against the wall of the building. When they are arrested which only started happening last night, the thugs only get a desk appearance ticket and are turned loose again because New York City, being a Democrat excrement hole, decided to get rid of bail for offenders because it was disparately impacting all the minority communities who commit 95% of the violent crime.

    Insert your worst cursing here….

my company is doing the usual groveling and ass kissing and saying that we all need to reflect on how racist we are on Friday in reaction to all these riots.
