Scheme Team Ploy – Mueller asked Barr for Letter Outlining Testimony Restrictions….

The media has been apoplectic in selling outrage over the U.S. Department of Justice sending a letter to Robert Mueller with guidelines for his testimony.   House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler appeared on morning TV shows today to decry the hubris of the letter calling it “incredibly arrogant” of Bill Barr to send such instructions.

However, in the background, for those who watch these manufactured events, you can see that everything around this “letter” was staged.  Everything around this letter was intentionally designed by the Lawfare group; which includes Jerry Nadler’s staff.

Yes, it is revealed today…. the Lawfare staff of Chairman Nadler -who are coordinating with Mueller’s staff- requested the letter to set-up a manufactured narrative before the testimony.  Essentially, team Nadler and team Mueller requested the letter, so that Nadler could decry it.  That’s the textbook definition of manufacturing outrage:

(Reuters) House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler said Mueller did not need to follow the instructions contained in the letter.

“He does not have to comply with that letter. He doesn’t work for them. And that letter asks things that are beyond the power of the agency to ask even if he still worked for them,” Nadler said in a CNN interview.

“I think it’s incredibly arrogant of the department to try to instruct him in what to say,” Nadler added. “It’s part of the ongoing cover-up by the administration to keep information away from the American people.”

A spokesman for Mueller, Jim Popkin, said the letter had been received but declined further comment. (Link)

See what they are doing?

Notice how the Mueller “spokesman” doesn’t refute the narrative?

See the scheme?

This is what Lawfare does folks.  This is all they know to do; and the media selling the narrative is all just part of the plan…. It’s ridiculous in the extreme.

Here’s the Letter:

.

It’s all a staged performance folks…. all of it.

You would have to think that the Dems have been running questions and answers to Mueller for days. I bet they might not like what they see. An old white guy being evasive and not answering questions. Maybe panic time for the other Team. The plan optics may not look good.

That was my first thought too Mark. They haven’t gotten a commitment from Mueller to lie so they created this vehicle to say “Mueller would have said ‘x’ but he was hamstrung by the DOJ’s letter, so he only said ‘y’”.

Having guidelines would help Mueller in that no one will be able to ask Mueller about his role in Uranium One for example.

Your letter requests that the Department provide you with guidance concerning privilege or other legal bars applicable to potential testimony in connection with those subpoenas.”

And that takes the focus off what is really important. Namely, that the Russian hack is a lie, they murdered Seth Rich to protect that lie, and that for 2 years they attempted to get PDJT to obstruct justice fully aware that there wasnt any conspiracy, collusion or coordinated Russian attempt to sway an election.

How about asking why would the FBI take some outside contractors word for Russian hacking when it is the cornerstone of his investigation? Did Mueller even see their evidence of Russian Hacking? Of course answer is no…..so how in the world could he justify his SC…….To Me that would be the beginning of the end of his credibility and that of the SC.

Giving Muller cover for the second time, may finally reveal Barr. I believe that he will move to protect the institutions (like the FBI and DOJ), he loves from further scandal. If Mueller is allowed to fail once again publicly then Mueller and the FBI will be humiliated along with their work product. Barr will in effect, be the leader of a failed and Humiliated government organisation, no longer respected, only feared for their corruption.

So if my read on Barr is right, we should expect Barr to do whatever it takes in order to prevent the aforementioned from occurring.

So why accuse Barr of being complicit in hiding the facts? What facts? The salient facts concerning the conspiracy to bring down a President. Those are what we are after. The only way we are going to get to them is through declassifying what were, for obvious reasons, never included in the report to begin with. Take a deep breath, fellow Treepers. The overarching goal is to expose the truth. Inch by inch, the noose is quietly and patiently being closed around them… then SNAP! PDJT, a successful hunter, will take home his prey.

What “has happened” has been decades in the making. And when simpletons like me were raising questions and objecting (back in the ’80s and ’90s) we were mocked and quickly silenced as being childish and hyper-critical amateurs.

What “has happened” to our country has happened in broad daylight. Those who objected or tried to raise the alarm were treated as simpletons and oddities. There were, by ones and twos, thousands of us.

The Moslems and the democrats are not the only snakes that have been invited into the national house over the last 4-5 decades.

We are simply (and predictably) arriving at the destination to which we have been headed for a very long time. Our national house is on fire, and acting indignant at this point has limited value. Barr cannot be held primarily responsible for the flood of garbage that he is faced with.Where we are now is a very natural result of where we have been for decades.

When someone pushes this all too far, enemies and friends rally to the Kabuki stage in unison, and the media is there to cover for them.

    Here’s my unicorn conspiracy theory;

What if the criminal cabal has this perfect plan to get Muller to talk about one his 2000 footnotes which are nothing more than, I’ve heard it from news therefore it needed to be investigated… and right after libtards get their Gotcha sentence to start Maxine’s peeeechment, a bombshell drops as in declassified docs blowing the whole thing up and making all of them look like the total fraud they are?
Maybe not even Barr’s action involving declass… just simply a whistleblower or John Solomon’s saving the day?

Then we will see Unicorns all over…Ok… I am dreaming… it is my conspiracy theory.

    Nothing more than a dream.

I think legally Mueller is only aloud to speak of things that are in the report that were make available to the public, so if something in one of the footnotes has not already been released with the report to the public, Mueller is not aloud to speak of it, whether in open session or behind closed doors.

Just more performance for the circus to give the news cycle more soundbites of innuendo.

I understand that people are frustrated but people need to calm down about AG Barr. Unlike Sessions, PDJT shows great confidence in him. Quite likely more public DOJ actions are waiting for the IG Report to drop otherwise it would appear to be interference.

If nothing happens after that fine. Until then, allow the proper process to play out. Meanwhile please read both Paul Sperry and John Solomon’s excellent articles about James Comey running a rogue spy op starting with President -elect DJT:

      Than you, Athena.

Some of the comments about Barr on this thread are disgusting, particularly the ones calling him nasty names with no basis in fact. He is simply following proper legal practice, about which he knows more than many people, when telling his EMPLOYEE Mueller that he may only speak about what was in the report.

He is not “covering for his buddy.” This is rank foolishness. If in the end his actions do prove him to be the swamp – I don’t think that will happen, but it seems sundance may, so I am I willing to wait and see – Barr won’t have any actual buddies – just co-conspirators. Swamp people are sociopaths and that is the last thing he comes across as.

I refuse to pass judgment on him at this stage.

And yes, the articles Athena posted are both about very important scullduggery and well worth reading!

Read Barr’s guidance letter before you fling a fit over it. He fulfilled Mueller’s request for input, but provided no guidelines at all. The letter serves as nothing but an idle courtesy; humoring Mueller, if you will. Nadler can splutter and shake his jowls about it all he wants, but the letter provides no cover. Mueller can’t weasel out of testifying with this. So the globalists are just whining and fretting as usual.

I cannot comprehend the TDS insanity being evidenced by Nadler and his team today. It violates the first rule of holes.

Tomorrow will put on display how little Mueller actually knows about ‘his’ report. The manufactured rage about DOJ guidance is absurd on its face. Mueller requested, Barr did not order. It says stick to the 400 plus page public report—something Mueller already said in his goodby presser. Nadler objecting to such simple guidance is pure clown show. What, Nadler wants Mueller to violate FRCP 6(e) and lose his law license?!?

I can imagine three groups of potential voters. 1. Those already consumed by TDS, for whom this will be a reason to further display terminal TDS. Immune to facts and logic. 2. Those who may not like Trump, but care about the US and its due process, for some of whom this stuff likely drives them away from TDS Dems—walk aways, so to speak. 3. Deplorables, for whom this farce should be a big motivator to work hard toward the 2020 elections.
Take back the House, bigger Senate majority, and PDJT will have a huge second term impact. ‘Permanent’ Immigration law reform, finish the wall, infrastructure, drug pricing, federal deficits, …. whatever else is still on his to do list.

Indeed TDS defies comprehension, all the more so when emitted by a prominent Congressman. But when PT’s opponents have nothing to use in their Quixotic anti-Trump campaign they resort to faux outrage to gin up attention to their agenda. Hence the absurd tactics on display which I agree won’t convince anyone not already afflicted by pathological TDS. The question to ask is whether (and when) Nadler, et. al., will give up on using Mueller’s grand work of fiction, it obviously hasn’t been anything other than a dry well. However, it’s notorious difficult to convince psychotic individuals to relinquish their delusions, no reason to think TDS legislators would be any different.

Well dear, we are dealing with people who are used to sending political opposition to jail, bankrupting them, terrorizing them.

Some were placed in solitary confinement. Ask Sidney Powell and also Manafort.

They recruited the anarchists to terrorize Kavanaugh, their community organizers beat our people, tried to kill one of our Congressman and beat Rand Paul. Terrorized Sarah Sanders and many other with the blessings of this criminal cabal and their propaganda media. Their violent street terrorists are glamorized and praised.

Muller has left 4 innocent men in prison to protect the image of the FBI, 2 died in jail.

Clapper lied about his fake intel to invade Iraq. How many died?

I can go on, but we are dealing with dangerous criminals. Why the suspicion?

Yeah, no reason to think they wouldn’t engage in fraud, murder, violence or anything else other than their past actions. That’s it! Just look at what they have been doing. Other than that pattern yeah you’re right, nothing to see here.

How do you conclude that Barr is swamp? Barr was the one who let the media know that Mueller requested the letter. Barr didn’t need to tell anyone, he chose to do that. It was a straight up honest move on his part. He wanted everyone to know what Mueller had done.

Fox News: Attorney General Bill Barr told Fox News on Tuesday that it was former Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team who asked the Justice Department to send Mueller a letter telling him to keep his upcoming testimony to House lawmakers “within the boundaries” of the public version of his Russia probe report.
