Robert Mueller Will Testify July 17th – Nadler and Schiff Pretend Phony Subpoena…

Well, it looks like the gang has a plan… the details are sketchy, but the picture of the construction is visible.  According to Adam Schiff, Robert Mueller has agreed to deliver congressional testimony to a “joint panel” of the House Intelligence and Judiciary Committees, on July 17th.

♦ First, to frame the narrative for the appearance, HPSCI Chairman Adam Schiff releases a letter signed by *only* Nadler and Schiff, that “threatened” a subpoena.  This subpoena letter is a prop for a pre-planned theatrical event.  How do we know? Because only Schiff and Nadler signed it (no coordination with ranking members).  It’s an optic to set the cornerstone for a narrative that Schiff and Nadler want Mueller’s appearance.

♦ Second, the joint committee approach is also part of the strategy.  With 40 members from both committees there will intentionally only be ONE ROUND of questions.  The size of the committee is part of the design to protect Robert Mueller.  Those who follow politics closely will immediately note this motive.

Knowing Mueller was in deep discussions with Schiff and Nadler to coordinate the appearance, the optic of the letter and the size of the committee are the first two immediate flares that indicate a staged performance is being set-up.

Here’s the letter:

Three days ago CTH shared: “Shifty, Pelosi and Nadler have to be very careful with Mueller to avoid exposing the coordinated enterprise behind the two-year Rosenstein, Weissmann and Mueller scheme. It will be interesting to see how they plan it out.”

Now we have a little more information.  Watch what details surface over the next few weeks; just like the letter and the joint committee issues, I guarantee you we’ll see the construct of a completely manufactured event.

Keep watching.

Kabuki theatre to the max. Rigged from the start. Mueller only answering questions within the 4 corners of the report. That being the case, it’s probably not worth 2 cents.

Yes, but as SD pointed out to those who have been following this, there is a trap within the four corners of the report.

The real question is, can we and the few Patriots in the House put enough pressure on one person to question Mueller, whether or not he answers? Asking the auestion is the most important part.

The timeline is off with Downer. 💣 🔥

Can anyone find SD’s resolved post about the dates the special counsel muddied up with official communication and the unofficial communication by the coup co-conspirators?

I found this, yet there is one more that confirms the incident.

Mifsud is certainly integral to how the plotters ginned up the justification for spying, but I hope the smarter republican committee members have better questions than that. They need to catch Mueller in a lie and questions like “why wasn’t such and such in your report?” aren’t going to accomplish anything other than giving them the opportunity to display outrage like Trey Gowdy. If they each only get one question, they need to coordinate their questions and not ask a question to which they don’t already know the answer. They probably need access to Mueller’s email, texting and phone records so that they’ll know what to ask. It has to be a black and white yes/no question on which they catch him in a lie. “Did you call so-and-so on or before such-and-such a date?” That kind of thing, where Mueller’s denial can be rebutted with forensic evidence.

Nunes can show the newspaper article Mueller used and fraudulently and incompletely misquoted.

              “suspected” VS. “well established”
              “unknown’ VS “known”

              Mueller went with UNKNOWN

In other words…..easily demonstrate his LIE.

              So simple anyone can understand.

They aren’t going to get his emails so forget that.

Barr if REAL should preemptively authorize Mueller to testify about anything except the 4 areas of redactions and specifically state Mueller will be NOT interfering with his ongoing review.

              Let Barr get his emails.

We will now see just how sincere the Republicans are about finding out the truth…if they go along with the pre-planned circus in order to protect Herr Mueller from any actual serious questions, then we will know the fix is in and there will be no indictments.

But, if they actually plan out a strategy, such as the one laid out above, to block Nadler and Schiffy’s little stunt to get dirt into the record (and into the media) without actually having to prove anything, then we can move forward with some vestige of hope that AG Barr and others are actually working behind the scenes to expose the whole thing and bring down the house of cards!

Or, they are worried that the,”Russia hacked/ wanted Trump to win” narrative is under attack, hence calling in Mueller.
Mueller goes very much on the record about how confident he is,….two days (or whatever) later evidence comes out totally refuting the narrative.

That totally discredits Mueller. Flynn, Stone could discredit. Also, Durham has focused in on the ICA, recognising that this narrative is key, and shaky.

Frankly I’m less confident of Republicans executing a good plan.

However, given their track record, I am VERY confident the Dems will screw up their bad plan.

Kavanaugh hearings, shitehole comment, even the p*ssy grabbing tape episode,…every time they have a plan, they screw it up, or set themselves up to be screwed, comes to same thing.

Have you ever served on a Federal Grand jury? I know the answer is no, or you would not have posted as you did.

My wife served on Grand Jury in the Southern District of Florida for 22 months (extended from original 18 month obligation). I never learned anything from that (BTW, we enjoyed our 36th Wedding Anniversary today at a good steakhouse here in Las Vegas). If he were to exit the WH, having NOT resolved by eliminating the Parasitic Scum … he, along with his entire family would be LOCKED UP before he made it back to NYC.

Perhaps the Republicans should coordinate their questioning, building the cross-examination on the most important issue, or issues, and use testimony as it develops to dig deep into the issue. Testimony can easily be cross referenced to a witnesses prior statements and writing, and the inconsistencies dealt with by the upcoming Republican questioning. No speeches from committee member, just coordination in their team approach to the questioning. It works, when needed, in civil litigation and trials, and could work here.

It seems logical for the Republicans to have there act together, ie, piggyback their questions,(one question each)to get maximum clarification for a particular narrative.

If i was a true God loving, country loving republican I would study and memorize Muellers address from a few weeks ago. As well as the entire special council report. I would have the most important parts of the report segregated into a separate document highlighting from most severe to least, the points of the report I KNOW, can trap muller into a perjury charge. Jordan, Gaetz, Collins, Ghomert and Meadows should be the questioners that time is yielded to. This is the chance of a lifetime for some
Of these guys to make a name for themselves to hopefuly one day become president.

The cynic in me worries that Muller has been playing dumb and feeble throughout this and this is his big set up of some sort that he has had planned all along. But I don’t see how that could be based on the evidence in the public theater.

To all the republicans in office; This is your moment. Step up to the plate and win the f——-g game. God bless those of you willing to fight and win. Defeat these evil scum. Please. Good is counting on you. Evil must be stopped once and for all.

I’m highly suspicious because I cannot imagine a circumstance where Mueller would voluntarily testify if he risked having to answer questions under oath that could would expose him or his investigation for what it is – illegal and corrupt. We know this will be scripted but the question is how do Schiff and Nadler plan to assure Mueller that he is protected? I don’t know the committee rules well enough to predict how they can be manipulated to accomplish this.

If Mueller is going to refuse to answer questions based on the ‘ongoing investigation’ or ‘sources and methods’ objection it will be interesting if he will be accompanied by a DOJ lawyer who will will raise them, or if will he do so himself.

Schiff and Nadler wouldn’t have gone public unless it’s a done deal that Mueller will be testifying.

  40. One is indeed left to wonder: “is Mr. Mueller supposed to be an officer of the Department of Justice, pursuing a criminal investigation in the well-appointed role of a Special Counsel … or is he merely a political hack?”

But Also … “Since when did the United States Congress become a courtroom?

If this President, having been duly Impeached for supposed “high crimes and misdemeanors,” were to emerge once again into private life … he would not(!) face criminal charges, because the Justice system has concluded that there is not(!!) sufficient evidence under which to pursue criminal charges. (And, as the Constitution is careful to point out, your Impeachment is not such a charge.) Therefore, kindly explain to me how you propose to convict a man of a crime, when the criminal justice system subsequently would not?

This does not sound Constitutional to me!!

      • Based on documented evidence of their deliberations, I think that the Founders clearly understood the purely-political aspects of “impeachment,” and therefore intended to frame it as a (non-judicial …) consequence of a serious crime. To me, it is very clear that when they said, “… but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law …” they fully expected these consequences to occur as a matter of course.

But … the Constitution did not reserve the aforementioned powers to the Legislative Branch! Clearly, they expected the determination of guilt to originate elsewhere. There is yet-another “check and balance” here.

As Sundance said, the manufactured performance is coming.

As the Barr Summary utterly wrecked the Coup’s desired narrative-setting, the Coup/Lawfare/Dem House has had to work to try to “reframe” the entire report and conclusions. As well as to give the impression that they are ‘furthering’ the work of Mueller, who handed off the job to them.

The Coup resurrection started with Mueller’s read statement several weeks ago. This is the last major power move that the Coup and its allies would appear to be able to make, at least before an impeachment inquiry were launched and before any court cases over persons like McGahn testifying are settled.

The Coup failed badly in their hearings with Cohen and Dean. But they have done a good job of bringing a drip-drip-drip feeling back (even if all from rehashed material) to things and they have boosted the impeachment concept in polls (more people favoring it now as compared to like a month ago).

With these matters you have to keep momentum. As soon as you let go of the rope, people stop caring. So there has to be at least one, or better several, items about impeachment or Mueller or Russia each week or you lose the set up. No surprise this was announced today.

Hopefully we Deplorables and Team Trump can run some counter-programming on this operation. Schedule other events, hold rallies, make key announcements, etc to offset this. The media will be ready for the “big day,” and Mueller’s lieutenants will give more details for the PR fare in the closed door meeting, for sure.

This is all about polls and perception. If the Dems can get the polls where they want on impeachment, they will impeach. If they can’t get the polls where they want, they wont impeach. So MAGA Nation has to help hold the line now to try to prevent impeachment (even if removal is essentially off the table). So that POTUS is in as good of shape for 2020 as possible.

I also think that some of this background “hate Trump” stuff is being ginned up to help get his polls down. Migrant Children, Fake Sexual Assault Lady, etc. All seem timed to help in this last go-round to try to impeach.

Get ready. The astroturfers and paid trolls are going to be going nuts between now and July 17, and in the immediate aftermath of Mueller’s testimony, as well. It’s spin time.

Essentially, Mueller was absent in action much of the time during which the members of his team were engaged in their junkyard dog tactics. Mueller is in no way prepared to undergo hard questioning. Therefore, Mueller is only willing to “testify” with very careful hand holding and protective attention.

If the DemonizingRats cannot control the narrative, Mueller will not appear. If Mueller pulls out, the DemonizingRats will have a script to ready to blame the Republicans for derailing the whole effort.
