Investigative Report: Brennan Used FBI Agent Peter Strzok as Author For Intelligence Community Assessment and Placed Dossier Material into Obama’s Daily Briefing…

Some major reporting today from Paul Sperry includes very interesting details about how President Obama’s intelligence community structured their Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) about Russian interference in the 2016 election – SEE HERE

In essence by following-up with various people involved in the construct of the ICA, journalist Paul Sperry outlines how CIA Director John Brennan and Director of National Intelligence, James Clapper, subverted their own intelligence guidelines in assembling the intelligence report.

While much of the background parallels our prior research, there are two very interesting aspects outlined by those with direct knowledge of the construct. First, that Brennan positioned FBI Agent Peter Strzok as the contact between the CIA analysis and the information flow to FBI Director James Comey:

[…]  A source close to the House investigation said Brennan himself selected the CIA and FBI analysts who worked on the ICA, and that they included former FBI counterespionage chief Peter Strzok.

“Strzok was the intermediary between Brennan and [former FBI Director James] Comey, and he was one of the authors of the ICA,” according to the source. (link)

This structure is interesting because it highlights an increasingly obvious intention of the participating group to control the content of intelligence, and the information flow therein.  There are several instances which highlight the level of a strategic effort  undertaken to keep James Comey out of the loop on details within the 2016 operation(s).

Their approach creates the “I don’t know” and “that was not my understanding” defense as deployed heavily by James Comey during his book tour and media interviews.

This approach also creates an unusual set of contradictions.

Former FBI Director James Comey repeatedly says the work on the Clinton and Trump investigations was kept inside a very “tight group” of DOJ and FBI people; yet Comey repeatedly claims to have no knowledge of their activity when questioned about specific events.

Deputy Director Andrew McCabe keeping Director Comey in the dark on the Huma Abedin laptop issues for four weeks (Sept. 28th through October 26th) is a clear example of Comey’s ‘willful blindness’.

There are also numerous examples in the Page/Strzok text messaging or working around Comey within the FBI small group (Andrew McCabe, James Baker, Lisa Page, Peter Strzok and Michael Kortan), as Andrew McCarthy finally realized when he sat down to read the content last weekend: “I am bleary-eyed from a weekend of reading about half of them. Even in their heavily redacted form, they are a goldmine of insight.”  I digress.

A second interesting aspect revealed in Paul Sperry’s reporting is something we discussed at great length surrounding the President Obama daily briefing material (PDB):

[…] “Brennan put some of the dossier material into the PDB [presidential daily briefing] for Obama and described it as coming from a ‘credible source,’ which is how they viewed Steele,” said the source familiar with the House investigation. “But they never corroborated his sources.”  (read more)

So with another confirmation that Brennan was putting FBI Counterintelligence Investigation findings into President Obama’s PDB, let’s revisit the statements in April 2017 from President Obama’s National Security Advisor, Susan Rice.  As relayed in an interview with MSNBC’s Andrew Mitchell:

Susan Rice @00:51 – …”Let me explain how this works.  I was a National Security Adviser, my job is to protect the American people and the security of our country.  That’s the same as the Secretary of State, Secretary of Defense and CIA Director.; and every morning, to enable us to do that, we receive – from the intelligence community – a compilation of intelligence reports that the IC, the intelligence community, has selected for us –on a daily basis– to give us the best information as to what’s going on around the world.”

[Note, Susan Rice is describing the PDB]

“I received those reports, as did other officials, and there were occasions when I would receive a report in which, uh, a ‘U.S Person’ was referred to.  Name, uh, not provided, just ‘U.S. Person’.

And sometimes in that context, in order to understand the importance in the report – and assess it’s significance, it was necessary to find out or request, who that U.S. official was.”

The interview goes much further. There was a lot of news in that interview. There is also a tremendous amount of double-speak and self-contradiction; in some cases between sentences that follow each other.

Notice how Susan Rice contradicts herself about what the intelligence community puts into the PDB. Remember, Rice considers the PDB intel community to be very specific: James Clapper (DNI), John Brennan (CIA) and Defense Department (which would be the Pentagon and NSA Mike Rogers). And she states they would never send the President innocuous things unworthy of review.

However, right there Susan Rice is confirming the “unmasking” request(s) which can be pinned upon her, are directly related to her need to understand -on behalf of President Obama- intelligence for the President’s Daily Briefing (the PDB).  This was a previous question now answered.

This is EXPLOSIVE, and here’s why.

Remember, the President’s Daily Brief under President Obama went to almost everyone at top levels in his administration.  Regarding the Obama PDB:

[…]  But while through most of its history the document has been marked “For the President’s Eyes Only,” the PDB has never gone to the president alone. The most restricted dissemination was in the early 1970s, when the book went only to President Richard Nixon and Henry Kissinger, who was dual-hatted as national security adviser and secretary of state.

In other administrations, the circle of readers has also included the vice president, the secretary of defense and the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, along with additional White House staffers.

By 2013, Obama’s PDB was making its way to more than 30 recipients, including the president’s top strategic communications aide and speechwriter, and deputy secretaries of national security departments. (link)

Pay attention to that last part.  According to the Washington Post outline Obama’s PDB’s were going to: “Deputy Secretaries of national security departments”, and his speechwriter, Ben Rhodes.

Susan Rice defined the Obama national security departments to include: “State” – “Defense” (Pentagon includes NSA) and “CIA”….

So under Obama’s watch Deputy Asst. Secretaries of Defense, via their connection to their immediate supervisor, had likely daily access to the content within the PDB.  And who was an Obama Deputy Secretary of Defense?

“I was urging my former colleagues, and, and frankly speaking the people on the Hill [Democrat politicians], it was more actually aimed at telling the Hill people, get as much information as you can – get as much intelligence as you can – before President Obama leaves the administration.”

Because I had a fear that somehow that information would disappear with the senior [Obama] people who left; so it would be hidden away in the bureaucracy, um, that the Trump folks – if they found out HOW we knew what we knew about their, the Trump staff, dealing with Russians – that they would try to compromise those sources and methods; meaning we no longer have access to that intelligence.

So I became very worried because not enough was coming out into the open and I knew that there was more.  We have very good intelligence on Russia; so then I had talked to some of my former colleagues and I knew that they were also trying to help get information to the Hill.  … That’s why you had the leaking”.

Funny how that happens…

Hindsight is 20/20, but many people were tracking close to the bulls-eye back when this entire sordid affair initially became visible.

Peter Strzok is the most important person of them all given the latest revelation. He was their “Superhero” that would do anything and everything that they asked. He was also the “Life Insurance Brooker” when Page was questioning the possibility Trump would win. He also was Andy’s right hand man in all matters that Andy needed taken care of.

Yesterday we learned that 3 FBI Agents went to visit and wake up Deripaska when he was in New York as part of Russia’s United Nations delegation (2 months prior to the election meaning it was in September).

During an hour-long visit, the agents posited a theory that Trump’s campaign was secretly colluding with Russia to hijack the U.S. election.

“Deripaska laughed but realized, despite the joviality, that they were serious.”

You can bet your bottom dollar that one of those 3 Agents was the “Superhero/Life Insurance Brooker/FBI Agent” Peter Strzok.

At this point he and Bill Priestap remain on the FBI payroll. This bastard needs to be protected because he ultimately takes down the entire house of cards. For the POS, they needed him dead 💀 a long time ago.

I absolutely LOVED this part from the article:

Recently retired National Security Agency Director Michael Rogers stated in a classified letter to Congress that the Clinton campaign-funded memos did factor into the ICA.

In a March 5, 2018, letter to House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, Adm. Rogers informed the committee that a two-page summary of the dossier — described as “the Christopher Steele information” — was “added” as an “appendix to the ICA draft,” and that consideration of that appendix was “part of the overall ICA review/approval process.”

His skepticism of the dossier may explain why the NSA parted company with other intelligence agencies and cast doubt on one of its crucial conclusions: that Vladimir Putin personally ordered a cyberattack on Hillary Clinton’s campaign to help Donald Trump win the White House.

The GREATEST White Hat of them all is moving into the next mission for our President and the country!

I believe many of the “big names” involved in this despicable coup truly believe the shadowy powers of the globalist cabal will ultimately protect them & no real consequences will be forthcoming

I’ll bet they believe no matter what comes out, the global cabal will maintain control of not only our government but governments worldwide

They also know they have the MS Media on their side, along with a still corrupt to the core judicial system. It’s going to take some time for Trump to clean up the corrupt sewer known as our “courts”

You’ve got to remember these people have been running things for a long time, & their tentacles run deep in our system & systems worldwide

This is why this will be truly one for the history books, if that is, we win & actual history is recorded

This is a fight for the freedom of the entire world, & we the American people once again find ourselves doing all the fighting. But that’s OK, as it’s nothing new

If we lose this war, the globalists win, & we go down, as does the entire world dynamic

They wanted to believe it so badly that they would take any crumb of information or data that supported their wish in order to convince themselves that they at a minimum could rationalize their corruption. Somewhere along the line (probably about Sept. 2016) they needed to make a decision – “go for it” or drop it. They decided to go for the shiny apple – they wanted that shiny apple SO MUCH they just couldn’t stop jumping for it. Anyway, just my opinion.

I don’t agree. I think they saw that candidate Trump was uncontrollable. He had his own money, he didn’t care about political correctness, and his calls to “Lock her up” were NOT music to any of their ears. I’m sure at least some of them could hear those crowds chanting at those huge rallies and were thinking “uh-oh – this is not good”.

I think they began to fear than this guy could actually do it – he actually had a shot at winning, and could come in and be a threat to everything they had been doing – for years – and this was bad, very bad. I don’t think any of them believed for one minute he was a Russian stooge – although maybe a few tried to convince themselves he was because they could not believe he won. Tell the lie often enough you begin to believe it. But really, I think they see him as the wrecking ball that could actually do damage to their careers and their way of life. Fresh air for most of us – but terrifying for them.

A lot of interesting information about Mueller/Comey/Obama illegally spying on Americans was released by whistleblower Robert Montgomery. I would point out that Montgomery also stated that the CIA manipulated the election results in Florida in 2008 in order to help Obama win. So not only has the CIA manipulated elections in other countries, they also were involved in the elections in the US in 2008 (for Obama) and 2016 (against Trump). Looks like the CIA was more involved in the US elections than the Russians.

    • The three paragraphs below are from that link, I did not know this about Gina Haspell. It needs to be verified.

“Gina Haspel is a John Brennan acolyte. Brennan is a now-visible and public opponent of President Trump. He is part of the deep state that opposed and now works against the President,” Stafford told TGP. “She should not be in charge of the CIA.”

The letter asks for clarification about under what circumstances the CIA will trail, monitor or otherwise collect information on the communications and movements of US presidential candidates. Senator Paul asked for a response relating to candidates Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders, John Kasich, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Jeb Bush and himself.

Senator Paul’s letter goes on to directly ask Haspel if she, or anyone else at the CIA, are aware of any US government or non-government agency being involved in the surveillance of presidential candidates while they were travelling outside of the US.

No. It’s plain English. You just quoted it. “Deputy Secretaries of national security departments,” not “Deputy Assistant Secretaries of national security departments.” In the hierarchy, there is one Deputy Secretary, multiple Undersecretaries, multiple Assistant Secretaries, the Service secretaries (e.g., Secretary of the Navy), and then you get to all their assistants. There are Deputy Undersecretaries, Assistant Undersecretaries, and Deputy Assistant Secretaries, and that’s just DOD. All the Service Departments have their own Deputies, Unders, Assistants, Deputy Unders, Assistant Unders, and Deputy Assistants. Sometimes there is a principal designated who is more special than his peers, such as a Principal Assistant Undersecretary of the Air Force. In that case of titles held by hundreds of people, exactly one, the Deputy Secretary of Defense, got access to the PDB. Evelyn Farkas was not the DSD. She was one of the DASD’s.

Obama’s political rise is eerily analogous to the Will Smith character in that movie, with well meaning “progressives” enabling every step of these characters’ ascendencies.

But that was before I realized the seemingly bottomless pit-ness of deep state corruption, which is not all grounded in “progressive” ideology. Obama is not just a “progressive” con man. His pathological lying, pettiness, and gangsterism is also tied in with deep state dynamics that are frightening to contemplate.

Found this on the DOJ Civil Rights website. It’s a description of a Federal crime known generally as deprivation of rights under color of law. Just saying like it sounds like a grand charge on an indictment.

Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.
For the purpose of Section 242, acts under “color of law” include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within the their lawful authority, but also acts done beyond the bounds of that official’s lawful authority, if the acts are done while the official is purporting to or pretending to act in the performance of his/her official duties. Persons acting under color of law within the meaning of this statute include police officers, prisons guards and other law enforcement officials, as well as judges, care providers in public health facilities, and others who are acting as public officials. It is not necessary that the crime be motivated by animus toward the race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin of the victim.

The offense is punishable by a range of imprisonment up to a life term, or the death penalty, depending upon the circumstances of the crime, and the resulting injury, if any.

Susan Rice is a really deceptive character. I don’t buy in to body language analysis 100% but Bombard on YouTube gave an interesting opinion of Rice in that interview.

Bombard said that Susan Rice mixes recalling certain ‘facts’ from memory then goes back and forth in to portrayal (things she wants you to believe) while holding her body unnaturally still.

Bombard says your eyes look up when recalling actual events from memory and your body flows (‘sings’) naturally. There’s no effort to it. Susan Rice literally looked like she was tip toeing through a mine field in that interview, held her neck and shoulders very tight and didn’t breathe until she knew the camera wasn’t on her (concealing how stressed she was about looking believable).

Basically, I think Bombard concluded she’s a lying crook who artfully mixed truth and lies. Sundance has been saying that for months about that interview, but it is interesting to me, as a fairly truthful person, to hear how a deceitful creep has to become so practiced and go to such lengths to hide their crimes.

That really helps me, now I understand why so many were so fanatical about this. They made the Kool Aid, spiked it and everyone drunk it. They genuinely think the fairy tales were real since they were in the DPB!

They thought they were doing gods work when it was Back Door Brennan’s Kool Aid.

    Thanks again SD.

Don’t forget that Brennan had a secret group working for him.
btw:I wonder if Samantha Powers was in this group & that is why she unmasked so many people.

“Brennan convened a secret task force at CIA headquarters composed of several dozen analysts and officers from the CIA, the NSA and the FBI.

The unit functioned as a sealed compartment, its work hidden from the rest of the intelligence community. Those brought in signed new non-disclosure agreements to be granted access to intelligence from all three participating agencies.

They worked exclusively for two groups of “customers,” officials said. The first was Obama and fewer than 14 senior officials in government. The second was a team of operations specialists at the CIA, NSA and FBI who took direction from the task force on where to aim their subsequent efforts to collect more intelligence on Russia.”

This law lying to the FBI just does not seem right. Trump should issue a nationwide blanket pardon. All they have to do is get two or more people to give a differing account of something and they can pick their poison regardless of who is telling the truth. The truth is up to them. Something just ain’t right here.

Another important point and I apologize if it’s been made is something I know we’ve talked about here bc I know I said it to ??

Remember when it was said Obama doesn’t always read his PDB? And.m most people’s instinctive annoyed response was he was lacy? And sone if us said not lazy but intentional? This gave him PLAUSIBLE DENIABILITY.

I am not going to be one but surprised if they’re able to demonstrate he didn’t receive his PDB on the days that correspond with incriminating info being in them. I’ll be furious but not surprised.

Brennan was the architect, I no longer have any doubt. Whether he did it on his own or was ordered to do it by his boss is a whole other matter.

Being Dir/CIA he could not get it done without the FBI. “Stork” was the perfect candidate from their research into the FBI, and he was recruited as a hero, as the CIA always does with those types of personalities…..

Revisiting the Farkas interview statement also confirms what I have been asserting from the start. President Obama declassified tons of data and/or delegated authority to declassify data in order to carry the data away from the Government or outright destroy it. That likely includes destruction of records which would list materials declassified, destroyed and/or removed. Clapper and Brennan likely have billions of bytes of data at CNN or destroyed billions of bytes of incriminating evidence. The Clintons also have massive amounts of data removed during both the Obama and Clinton administration days.

Do not be surprised if some of data requested by congress just flat no longer exists.

This data constitutes another element of the insurance policy.

Plus, Obama could also have “sacred” NSA data destroyed or declassified as well, as the originating authority of ALL things classified in the US Government.

LOL. Nothing done using the internet or in the presence of a machine (TV etc.) connected to the internet is ever lost or destroyed. Audio, video, texts. EVERYTHING is captured, stored and can be retrieved. BTW phones and TVs are always on, recording and taking video. They cannot be turned off. It was laughable to say Hillarys emails were destroyed. They weren’t. As President Trump said in a widely mocked comment, if you want something to be private, put it writing and send it by courier.
