Planning For OIG Release – President Trump Hires Joe diGenova….

Things are proceeding swimmingly.  How is it possible to outline the biggest political corruption scandal in modern U.S. history; which utilized the full weight of the institutions of government and the vast intelligence community; against the predictable tide of a mainstream U.S. media apparatus who will shout ‘conspiracy theory’; while every single entity associated with the collaborative effort will protect the group behind the scandal?

There’s the challenge.  How do you introduce the scale and scope of corruption to almost half the country who have relied upon the false narrative delivered by fake news for the past two years?

Answer: You assemble a strategic communications team, timed to activate when a key series of events takes place.   Joe diGenova is part of that strategic communications team. The triggering event is the OIG release.  The purpose of the team is to help the news consumer digest the corruption elephant one bite at a time.

As each individual indictment is parsed and delivered, there will be tens-of-thousands of pages of evidence, multiple witness statements, and a tsunami of investigative supporting material that needs to be unpacked -per person- and understood against the backdrop of the bigger story.

Understanding the scale and scope is why CTH put together the video series to help grasp the larger issues; and that video series only highlights the FBI and DOJ part of the story. [fyi, that video series will air as a single 30 minute documentary as part of the toolbox].

When does it all happen:

            • I like your thinking. The issue, however, is that such a move tips the hand of the OIG. As Sundance has been spelling out for months, the OIG has been working hand in hand with several chairs of the appropriate Congressional investigations to release pertinent info on many people, usually just prior to their appearances before Congress. That prevents the usual obfuscation and evasive answers from the folks appearing before these committees. It is critical to get ALL of these people on record (under oath) about what they did and who knew what.

If the stories are true, hundreds (or maybe thousands) of indictments have been produced but not handed down. That will begin after the OIG report becomes public, starting of course with the small fish, who will immediately roll over to save their own hides. This is what Mueller has been attempting for 1.5 years. I also believe that the OIG report release (originally due out mid January?) has been pushed back to get more of Horowitz’s ducks in a row. He is not looking at some BS process crimes (like the Flynn case), rather something MUCH more significant. Think of the many things disclosed recently about the FISA judge, and many other dirty players. Simply more ammo for the upcoming battle.

The Trump moves of openly criticizing the AG, the FBI not doing their job, etc., may turn out to be the biggest Psych job EVER. I am betting that AG Sessions has actually been VERY busy, behind the scenes working on the BIG stuff. He only makes the occasional public appearance to talk about some seemingly unimportant investigation.

The release of that report will be interesting, to say the least.

Well, the MSM have uniformly and instantly gone to work discrediting Joe…he’s a conspiracy theorist, you know? That’s because he cites the existing mountain of evidence and states the obvious. And the NYT says there is little evidence.

      From NYT:
“He [di Genova] added, “Make no mistake about it: A group of F.B.I. and D.O.J. people were trying to frame Donald Trump of a falsely created crime.”
[NYT] “Little evidence has emerged to support that theory.”

Really? ALL the evidence supports that “theory”.
Accordingly, we know that Trump has made a good move.

Conflicts of Interests are only for Republicans. They don’t exist on the left.

Sessions’ appointment of Mr. Di Genova would be no different than Rosenstein appointing Mueller – almost. Di Genova would need to hire a staff of a dozen associate lawyers, all of whom unabashedly supported Trump, donated to his campaign or were openly hostile towards him in order to equal the Mueller scenario.

Would The Left be so supportive of Joe? Would they be so silent? Would the media and pundits repeat the mantra, “Let Joe do his job!”?

Any bets that Joe diGenova is about to start screaming from the roof tops that Special Counsel Mueller is covering for the Clintons just like the FBI did. Mueller has turned his back on any crimes the Clinton campaign has committed, especially paying foreign agents for information on the Trump campaign. Also FBI, and DOJ officials gone rogue. The POTUS has just hired a legal sniper and he is about to start racking up the confirmed kills.
Joe diGenova knows how to work inside the DOJ world to inflict the most damage. I would say Wray and Rosenstien are headed for the unemployment line.

DiGenova didn’t mince any words re: McCabe, Wray and Rosenstein. Treepers are going to really like this guy.

FTA: McCabe “deserved what he got,” DiGenova told WMAL Radio this morning. “He was the guy who was the head of the brazen plot to exonerate Hillary Clinton so she could become president of the United States.”

“Where is the director of the FBI? Have you heard one peep out of him, about what he thinks about the firing of his former senior deputy? Isn’t it amazing? It’s like he’s on a milk carton somewhere in the Washington metropolitan area. Chris Wray has become an embarrassment to the FBI. He has said absolutely nothing about this,” DiGenova said.

The former U.S. Attorney for D.C. said Wray and Wray’s Justice Department supervisor, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, are acting “like children.”

“We have a very, very bad situation. It’s the worst since Watergate,” DiGenova told WMAL Radio this morning. “And you have people in charge — Rod Rosenstein to be one, Chris Wray to be another – who do not understand that this is a crisis. They are behaving like children. They don’t know how to lead. They don’t know how to make public statements. They’ve disappeared.”

“The appearance of the FBI director being AWOL [while McCabe is ousted]…. What does that tell you about the FBI director? It tells you he’s a coward,” DiGenova said.

Mr. Trump’s new lawyer also suggested federal District Court Judge Rudolph Contreras — who also serves on the FISA court — should face impeachment proceedings in the House unless he is more forthcoming about his decision to recuse himself in the Flynn case.

“This judge should be made to explain this, and I think it’s absolutely disgusting that the chief justice hasn’t said something about this. He runs that damn [FISA] court. What the hell is he doing about it?”

Roberts and his lawyer wife ILLEGALLY adopted two Irish children and claimed that they were adopted “from South America”. In Ireland it is illegal for foreigners to adopt Irish children and private adoptions are also illegal.

My guess is that David Axlegrease paid Roberts a visit late one evening with a sample copy of the indictment of Roberts and his wife and a timetable for when the children would be removed from the Roberts home in the fashion of little “Alien” Gonzales.

Ironically, when Roberts took the cowards way and flipped on Obamacare, he opened himself up to ANOTHER round of blackmail – for the flip itself. This scenario seems a lot less far fetched in light of the now well known level of politicization, corruption, and criminalization of the FBI, DOJ, and other agencies.

Sun-tzu warned never to leave an enemy in a position from which he cannot retreat. The Deep State have taken everything away from Mike Flynn which makes him the most formidable enemy they have ever faced. There is an unbelievable, liberating power inside a true warrior whose back is against the wall. They are all cowards so they have failed to understand what a terrible mistake they have made with the courageous Mike Flynn.

He knows everything and HAS NOTHING LEFT TO LOSE.

They have given a true warrior no avenue of retreat. They have taken away his wealth. They have slandered his honor. They have attacked his patriotic service. He will fight them to their deaths. They will pee their pants when they see what he rises to do to them.

Such a man fights with the power of a hundred warriors and I believe he likely CAN burn the city of Washington DC to the ground with what he knows and the fearlessness he shares with King Leonidas and the 300 Spartans at Thermopylae.

These Obama scoundrels have no serious strategic thinking. They make shortsighted and desperate tactical moves but they will surely be slaughtered like Hannibal destroyed the Romans at Cannae, though his Carthaginians were badly outnumbered.

Racketeering predicates are related if they have the same or similar purposes, results, participants, victims, or methods of commission, or otherwise are interrelated by distinguishing characteristics and are not isolated events. Id. at 240, 109 S. Ct. at 2901; Ticor Title Ins. Co. v. Florida, 937 F. 2d 447, 450 (9th Cir. 1991). Furthermore, the degree in which these factors establish a pattern may depend on the degree of proximity, or any similarities in goals or methodology, or the number of repetitions. United States v. Indelicato, 865 F. 2d 1370, 1382 (2d Cir.), cert. denied, 493 U.S. 811, 110 S. Ct. 56, 107 L. Ed. 2d 24 (1989).

Continuity refers either to a closed period of repeated conduct, or to past conduct that by its nature projects into the future with a threat of repetition. H.J., Inc., 492 U.S. at 241-42, 109 S. Ct. at 2902. A party alleging a RICO violation may demonstrate continuity over a closed period by proving a series of related predicates extending over a substantial period of time. Id. Predicate acts extending over a few weeks or months and threatening no future criminal conduct do not satisfy this requirement as Congress was concerned with RICO in long-term criminal conduct. Id.

As to the continuity requirement, the government may show that the racketeering acts found to have been committed pose a threat of continued racketeering activity by proving: (1) that the acts are part of a long-term association that exists for criminal purposes, or (2) that they are a regular way of conducting the defendant’s ongoing legitimate business, or (3) that they are a regular way of conducting or participating in an ongoing and legitimate enterprise. Id.

***Next paragraph….here is the Obama admin and CIFUS,??

The RICO statute expressly states that it is unlawful for any person to conspire to violate any of the subsections of 18 U.S.C.A. § 1962. The government need not prove that the defendant agreed with every other conspirator, knew all of the other conspirators, or had full knowledge of all the details of the conspiracy. Delano, 825 F. Supp. at 542. All that must be shown is: (1) that the defendant agreed to commit the substantive racketeering offense through agreeing to participate in two racketeering acts; (2) that he knew the general status of the conspiracy; and (3) that he knew the conspiracy extended beyond his individual role. United States v. Rastelli, 870 F. 2d 822, 828 (2d Cir.), cert. denied, 493 U.S. 982, 110 S. Ct. 515, 107 L. Ed. 2d 516 (1989).

My question is, does the DNC fall into this category as well? Hillary did buy them out. The DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz was in cahoots to destroy Bernie Sanders, and also, through the Democrat Party apparatus/media these same creatures used the Dossier to frame and spy on President Trump. Part of the conspiracy? What about those Pakistani brothers. Is there another deal that we haven’t heard about yet?

Does this have something to do with the missing State Dept. money?

No, I think you might be on a branch all by yourself thinking Mueller is going to get an indictment and that will be the end.

I think Mueller will be a nagging annoyance for Trump’s full 8 years, but Trump is clean, and I don’t see an indictment coming. And even if he find Trump jaywalked sometime, it isn’t going to be the end.

Remember, impeachment is a political act. If they have the political majority and desire, they have no need of an indictment, they can name their own crime since high crimes and misdemeanors are not defined. But it takes a 2/3 supermajority in the Senate to convict.

That’s not going to happen, no way,

Even Jeff Flake has said Trump shouldn’t be impeached – and Jeff Flake is a sanctimonious a**hole. The Republicans should have a bigger majority in the senate after the elections, so the odds of their voting to remove are near nil – especially after the IG’s report demonstrates the conspiracy against Trump.

Differing from the official FBI and Las Vegas Metro Police Department narrative, revelations pinpointed by a True Pundit investigation include:

-The FBI uncovered specific evidence showing that Paddock was anti-Trump and had an affiliation with ANTIFA, though it never was divulged to the public and agents did not follow such leads, per orders of their superiors.
-The FBI & Vegas police worked hard to conceal Paddock’s politics and a classified report linking his ideologies to the massacre.
-FBI and intelligence officials believe Paddock and associates chose to strike the Las Vegas country music concert with over 22,000 people because they likely supported President Trump. FBI agents said they were instructed to keep that key motive quiet too.
-When FBI agents and agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives informed FBI bosses that Paddock didn’t start buying dozens of guns until after Trump’s election, they were told to keep that fact quiet and shrouded

To stop an ongoing coup d’etat you need to mobilize serious muscle. Loyal Federal Marshalls, loyal FBI, perhaps some SOP personnel to secure documents and computers, 101st Airborne to deploy to areas where the Marxists will riot and burn, National Guard to keep order after. How do you diffuse the MSM including social media since they are conspirators? Pull the plug on them? Arrest their owners, editors and anchors? This is unprecedented. The ood news if there is…is the fact Trump is one of the best innovators on the scene.

Mueller may get an indictment but the legal history indicates that a sitting president cannot be indicted. The only way to get to a sitting president is to impeach. Period. So any indictment from Mueller would be for show purposes only. Besides, what is Mueller going to indict for? Obstruction? Based on McCabe’s “memos”? Good luck with that. McCabe was fired for lying. Anything he says is questionable.
It takes time (yes it’s frustrating) to get the goods on these guys so they can’t wiggle out of their criminality.
