Walls Close In Around DOJ and FBI “Small Group” Participants…

Several stories broke yesterday:

♦Senator Ron Johnson gains copies of the manipulated/edited FBI small group “talking points” that exonerated Hillary Clinton despite overwhelming evidence.  Johnson is a Senate Judiciary Committee member and remains focused on those specifics.

♦Senator Chuck Grassley has identified that former FBI Director James Comey leaked classified FBI information to the media to gain political leverage.  Additional questions are now raised by the Senate Judiciary Chairman.

♦The FBI has begun a new review of the Clinton Foundation pay-to-play network during Hillary Clinton’s tenure at the State Dept.  Investigators are questioning the people within the Clinton foundation about actions taken as a result of donations to the foundation.

♦A federal judge has ruled that Fusion GPS must turn over it’s bank records to the House Intelligence Committee.  Including records of financial payments to journalists and media outlets to push the Christopher Steele “Dossier” story.

♦House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes will be receiving all remaining DOJ documents, without redaction, that pertain to the 2016 DOJ/FBI FISA court application.  In addition eight key members of the FBI “small group” will be questioned by the committee.

♦The Dept. of Justice it reopening the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email use; and how both Clinton and her aide Huma Abedin used, shared and stored classified documents on their personal servers and devices.

♦Paul Manafort sues Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his probe due to a claim of overreach and operating outside the scope of his legal authority from congress.

Additionally, the DOJ Office of Inspector General, Michael Horowitz, is anticipated to deliver 1.2 million documents, from a year-long investigation into the FBI/DOJ, to House Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte on January 15th.

It is easy to get stuck in the weeds on any individual storyline within the larger network of ongoing investigations.  However, the bigger picture is found in the commonality all of these investigations hold.

The single thread that binds all of these stories together is the political use of the FBI and DOJ by former and current officials within each department….

In addition to the FBI and DOJ leadership, a small group of around 20 people participated in the weaponization of the FBI Counterintelligence Unit, the DOJ National Security Division, and later the Robert Mueller Special Counsel investigation.  All of the investigative headlines surround the former political use of the FBI and DOJ.

Chairman Devin Nunes (Intelligence Committee), is looking specifically at the unlawful use of federal intelligence agencies for political purposes; including domestic spying operations on political opponents, and the unlawful use of FISA 702(16)(17) captures by operators within all divisions of the intelligence community.

Chairman Bob Goodlatte (House Judiciary Committee), and Chairman Chuck Grassley (Senate Judicial Committee), both have oversight over the FBI and DOJ.  They are looking at the overall political activity of the DOJ and FBI.

On January 1st I expressed optimism because I can see how this methodical investigative approach makes the most sense.  There is a clear plan, a coordinated plan, visible within the sequencing.  The current headlines solidify that perspective.

As Devin Nunes gets specific information from the DOJ and FBI for his overall intelligence investigation, Goodlatte and Grassley continue gathering their information. Directly related to the release of documents to Chairman Nunes, I would advise everyone to remember the ongoing leak investigations and the sting operations as previously cited.

In the coming ten days do not be surprised to see numerous leaks to the Washington Post, New York Times or CNN that are the outcome of those continuing operations.  Look for a pattern within the leaks.  It would not be surprising to see variations (fake news/real leaks) of the same documents used as tracers.  All of the inbound information to congress only increases the likelihood of leaks.  However, we are also in the phase where the congressional leakers will have to wonder if they are a target.

Sometime this month, after the initial Inspector General Michael Horowitz release (Jan 15th), House Judiciary Chair Bob Goodlatte and Senate Judiciary Chair Chuck Grassley will likely call for a Special Counsel to investigate the upper-level management of the FBI and DOJ, all divisions.

We should support that approach. The SC can quickly put a Grand Jury together and start presenting the IG investigative evidence from Horowitz, as well as enforceable subpoenas for witnesses.

There are ample dots to easily assume crimes have occurred. I mean easily. The questions are lingering why the meeting with Paul Ryan. Can’t have been anything positive in any way. Lots of folks calling out Sessions. Is he too beleaguered to have any affect. Many of the criminals are still working at the FBI and DOJ and many more are embedded Obama freaks………Gowdy is challenging Nunes his own guy……I see a lot of blockades from the GOP guys who should have closed all this down yet still are hoping for Pence to take over….The plots are deep and I don’t really sense a lot of chess going on……..

Considering who put this cabal in positions of power. Obama’s reign is over. The rank and file FBI and DOJ patriots who saw this coming must have been chafing at the bit to turn these criminals in. These lawless Obama and Clinton cronies never dreamed that there would be a president Trump. Hillary was right when she said “If that f – – – ing bastard wins we all hang from nooses!” how prophetic! He must have seen emails and texts from Barron, Melania, Don Jr., Tiffany, Eric etc. those emails and texts were just about everyday life. Yet these POS wanted to view them in the hope that they could bury OUR PRESIDENT! Think about that for one second when you say to yourself that nothing will happen. Look at our Lion’s reaction the previous two days to TRAITOR Steve “Sloppy” Bannon. These POS will get the death penalty if it is allowed based on the charges that are brought forward! I’m normally a cynic, and I think as much as can be covered up WILL be covered up. But like a snowball rolling down a steep hill, this thing has taken on a life of its own.

My guess is the Deep State knows it must throw the people a bone — too many of us know something awful went on. They’re setting up Strzok, Page, Ohr and McCabe to take the fall. Whether Strzok, Page, Ohr and McCabe understand that or not and/or are in agreement with it–think Webb Hubbell who went to jail and earned a pot load of money “consulting” while in the slammer–remains to be seen. If not, they’ll start singing.

I think they’ll agree to take the fall for the big guys for a lot of reasons, some financial and some because they have to. I am reminded of Blagoveitch (Gov of ILL) who was “wiretapped” for trying to sell President Obama’s senate seat and whose “wiretap” was pulled prematurely (wondering here whether it came too close to revealing someone who couldn’t be revealed). Blago was howling about his innocence all over the TV on any program that would have him, then suddenly, he pleaded guilty and went to jail quietly. I wondered at the time, was his family threatened? What made him shut up so suddenly?
Maybe he was paid off. Who knows?

We’ll see what happens. The people will get a scalp. My guess is it won’t be a big one, but rather a scapegoat like one of the above, that Hillary will skate as she always skates — this time because the statute of limitations has run out — the Congress making sure it DOES run out. Then we’ll have Starr/Comey 2, i.e. she’s guilty but we can’t prove it,

I’m retired military. Typically (in the USAF) officers move every 18-36 months to make themselves promotable. They have to have a wide array of experience. In senior positions, generals/admirals don’t stay forever. I think 3 to 4 years seems about right. One could make a point that at the end of a long 30-40 year career (where they didn’t become wealthy), generals/admirals want to get out to make their big payday off of their previous titles/influence (like serving on the board of Lockheed-Martin or a think tank). An alternative theory might be that Rogers will be more able to speak up once out of the tight confides of the military.

I have been saying the same thing for the longest time. Nunes saw something that made him sick to the stomach. I don’t believe it’s the wiretapping per se. It’s the depth of it that got him. These people went far and deep to destroy this President AND his family AND anyone close to him. This was an attempted coup of epic proportions. It was not just to get him “unelected”. They meant to destroy him.

Come on folks, this cabal is the same one that has operated since the inception of the IC agencies. Only difference is they are in the process of getting pulled out into the light. Just as a way of putting it into context, remember the Kennedy bros, they actually fell victim to an earlier version of the same cabal. You can call me out for speculation all you want but just look at the similarities of this coup attempt on Trump and the Kennedy assassinations. They both are deeply rooted in the IC, Justice, CIA and judiciary. Same agencies, different faces.

        Fifth Column:
A fifth column is any group of people who undermine a larger group from within, usually in favor of an enemy group or nation. The activities of a fifth column can be overt or clandestine. Forces gathered in secret can mobilize openly to assist an external attack. This term is also extended to organized actions by military personnel. Clandestine fifth column activities can involve acts of sabotage, disinformation, or espionage executed within defense lines by secret sympathizers with an external force.

Don’t ķnow the precise etymology or origin of the term, but I can say that marching forces are traditionally in four columns, four men abreast.

Civilians might be tempted to call those “rows,” but in the Military a row consists of the men marching shoulder to shoulder, ninety-degrees from the columns, a cross-section of the formation. If you have four columns with ten rows, then you have forty men.

There are MANY rank and file at the FBI who have waited for this to happen. A sense of “separation” between the FBI rank and file, and FBI leadership set in and became pronounced under Mueller. He fundamentally altered the character of the FBI leadership by bringing iin many DOJ attorneys to fill leadership posts that had traditionally gone to FBI agents who got there on long career-tracts. Mueller closed a lot of those doors by bringing in former colleagues at DOJ. Comey continued that in large measure, and the FBI rank an file have always resented that approach. They view themselves as separate and independent of DOJ, and it was not a welcome change for a bunch of DOJ lawyers to take over the 7th Floor Suite of Offices.
Comey was doing reasonably well with the rank and file until his public exoneration of Hillary. Dozens of people sit in jail, or had their lives/careers ruined by episodes of “spillage” of classified information far less egregious than what Hillary did. FBI agents who investigate those kinds of case knew immediately that Comey’s exoneration was proof the “fix was in.” He — and his leadership team — lost all credibility with the rank and file over that decision.
There is a huge portion of the FBI right now who are giddy watching what is happening to people who formerly ran their place. They are embarrassed to have been associated with them and their actions.

The Finnucum case is one of many where questionable motives will have to be reviewed in order to understand and untangle this web of deception. In the event that this happens, and is proven there was a violation of rights in the Finnucum case, then you can bet both the department and McCabe will be sued for wrongful death. IMO, I think the FBI will settle this quietly, but as far as McCabe is concerned, he may decide to eating a bullet is a better option knowing that he is about to be bankrupt and awaiting his arrival, Bubba in the big house was to make him his boy toy!

The tendrils of the cancer lead into all agencies and departments, but it has taken time to discover the networks. That is what Nunes and others saw, a DOJ/FBI-centered conspiracy that ran to NSA and DOD and other agencies. When viewing the raw data, at some point Nunes and others had the epiphany. There was a moment when they suddenly understood what they were looking at: a conspiracy within the government to subvert a presidential election and, if that failed, to take down a president with fabricated charges. It was nothing less than an attempted coup. No one expects to see that in America. Not for real. Seeing it was devastating.

So how do you get the information out to the American people? You present the evidence slowly, deliberately, in small bites, so that as you walk them through it other individuals will have their own moments of clarity when they realize what they are looking at. If you just throw it all out there, or present the conclusion first, no one will believe it. No one will want to.

Even if Glenn did hire Chris Steele, he hired a FOREIGN AGENT who went to other FOREIGN AGENTS to CONSPIRE to corrupt an election in the USA, which was also a CONSPIRACY involving the FBI and BO-DOJ…

And if the Dossier brought about through a CONSPIRACY with FOREIGN AGENTS continued to be used (WHICH IT DID!) against a President of the United States of America, the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the United States, that constitutes espionage in a conspiracy with foreign agents to Overthrow THE USA.

I ran across this in an article written by Andrew McCarthy, a former assistant US attorney:

“The U.S. Attorney’s Manual, which guides Justice Department procedures, elaborates that the statute’s phrase“‘organized criminal activity’ should be interpreted as being much broader than ‘organized crime.’” It includes “any criminal activity collectively undertaken.” That could mean any conspiracy or any fraudulent scheme involving two or more people.”

So it appears that the Clinton, Mueller, Comey, Rosenstein, McCabe actions in Uranium One is a fraudulent scheme involving two or more people. And the Clinton, Mueller, Comey, Rosenstein, McCabe actions in producing the phony dirty dossier and using it in an attempt to take down Trump is a fraudulent scheme involving the same two or more people. What a coincidence!

Where is Obama in this? FBI Anon said, “We are entering a time of political purge – the likes of which has not been seen for decades, if not centuries. Trump has the evidence he needs to launch an investigation into a myriad of DC collusions. He must concentrate on the communications between Lynch, Bill Clinton, Obama, and Brennan. He needs to get serious with the pedophilia investigation because he can bring down his enemies in one fell swoop. I am so glad that our president decided not to close Gitmo, because he is going to need the space.

    _______________

And when they do call for a Special PROSECUTOR (he’s not going to be counseling anybody…), we can get the most ravenous, doggedly determined seeker of truth and JUSTICE imaginable as Special Prosecutor, and the criminal Left won’t be able to say a WORD about it, because they have twisted themselves in knots excusing, defending and supporting the hilariously partisan Mueller and his coven of Sick Hillary and Hussein worshippers.

I have a different reaction to the Nunes/Wray/Rosenstein situation: it seems to me that Wray and Rosenstein went to Ryan’s office to try to get Congress to back off a bit. They didn’t call or email for security reasons– and also, they came, hat in hand. There are national security AND/OR criminal investigation issues with some of the documentation requested. In other words, there are things being requested that cannot be leaked! And as we all know every committee in DC has thrown all professionalism and sworn oaths and legal restrictions out the window in order to feel so important and brave for tattling all to the NYT and others! I’m OK with whatever Ryan negotiated here and Nunes seems to be, too. I think the Swamp is in big d*mn trouble and knows it. It’s obvious now that Sessions and Wray HAVE been working behind the scenes on Clinton and other issues. Also, the news that Nunes has zeroed in on Mueller’s sidekick as a leaker to the media is YUGE–Muleface has no credibility left. None. In other words, there’s a lot of winning going on….

    _______________

And as noted by others, when (not if) the Clinton Slush Fund Foundation is officially determined to be a fraudulent racketeering enterprise (not a legitimate charity), the people and corporations who wrote off those hundreds of millions of dollars in donations should LOSE those deductions and have to pay back taxes, yes?

You can’t give ‘donations’ to a criminal enterprise and then write it off as a tax deduction, lol!

Those Crooked Hillary donors are gonna be so mad…

Sessions I believe has been laying in the weeds working in the background with people he can trust, going behind the conspirators. And Trump makes it sound like the little weasel is not doing his job. I think they have both had a game plan to let these people hang them selves with too much slack in the rope. Now, all of a sudden things are starting to pop.
Look for a Grand Jury. Look for Mueller to be arrested the second he clears Trump. Look for people to be exposed before the Nov. elections on both sides of the aisle, as they all had their hands out for ‘hush money’. The tip-up is up and its time to pull the fish in!

so you’re predicting that Mueller will be arrested? maybe in the new “brainwashed hypnotized conservative” swamp video game he will

it’s one thing to passionately wish for that result and another to predict it

the russia “investigation” with ZERO EVIDENCE continues forward indefinitely, while the “investigations” with actual evidence in the public domain, languish

“investigations” are meaningless – sorry to have to break that news ;O

but i’ll take a shot with 2 predictions

the first is that you are setting yourself up for a massive let down – but maybe just playing the game is what counts

and the second is a safer one:

NOTHING has resulted from innumerable “vows” and “promises” and dozens of “investigations in the SWAMP” – NOR WILL IT EVER

the results continue to remain in the condition of ” to be announced “soon” or “shortly””

there are no white or black hats – they are a construct of partisan hypnosis and deep state media mind control

all of them, PUPPETS, raking in the big lobby $$$$ while continuing to relentlessly pork the American taxpayer – while the attack dog media is pulling in billions a day with their cartoon narratives

the swamp investigating the swamp investigating the swamp….

      NOT a SINGLE real criminal:
barry/bill/rodham/lynch/comey/rice/lynch/holder/lerner/mueller etc etc etc etc – with actual documented public evidence of their crimes, will be convicted much less indicted…

      NOT ONE

      take that to the bank!

When I was snorkeling in Baja, Mexico, our guide told us to be careful when reaching down in between rocks. Moray eels anchor themselves in the rocks and if they strike out and bite you they will never let you go. You will drown trying. Your only defense is to carry a knife and cut its head off.

That is the kind of committed individual I want–all in, do or die.

If Sessions can’t address this issue immediately, then we have one final question needing an answer: When is it time for a new attorney general?”

This ties onto Charles Ortel’s recent work, ascribing numerous Bill Clinton Foundation donations from international government officials.

I see in the PDF, why countries will not ask for refunds. I did not open the link, but there are probably 50 or more countries whose ministers of one thing or another have given to William AKA Clinton Foundation accounts.
