Fraud Confirmed – The Ficticious Unaccompanied Alien Children No Longer Need Housing – Not Only Don’t The Numbers Match, But The Actual Need Is Now Non-Existent

We began documenting two months ago the “border crisis” of unaccompanied alien children, UAC’s, was a pure ruse, a figment. Constructed simply to create the optics of crisis and support the demand for comprehensive immigration reform prior to the congressional recess.

Evidence continued to mount week after week as we followed the money flowing out of the DHS and HHS agencies to various left-wing social constructs who were profiting from the scheme. Panic and alarm sounded as $3.7 billion was demanded by Obama to cope with the non existent “border crisis” – couched more favorably as a “humanitarian crisis”.

jeh johnsonobama-luis-gutierrez-wh-photo-1-550x412

Three weeks ago we shared the fact that well over 40,000 reported UAC’s were missing from this years record keeping.  The facts catching up with the ruse.

Well, the truth was/is they’re not technically missing because they never existed in the first place. DHS, which compiles the reports coming from the Border Patrol, and then gives the statistical summaries of the reports, had artifically inflated the apprehension numbers to support the White House narrative.

However, DHS, or more accurately Jeh Johnson, could not divert the end user of the apprehension reports, The Executive Office of Immigration Reform, the entity who controls the court dockets, from recording the missing reports.

Comparative FOIA’s into the recording agency, The Border Patrol, and the end user, The EOIR, showed the statistical ruse.

The reports were missing because they were never written; they were never written because the UAC’s were not actually real.

Now today the reports surface the White House “Administration” has quietly abandoned the search for the crisis housing. The removal of the crisis housing search is a consequence of the reality the UAC’s do not exist:

WASHINGTON DC – The Obama administration has quietly abandoned its aggressive months-long search for emergency shelters across the nation as the number of children illegally crossing the southern border alone continues to drop.

At the same time, three facilities at military bases in Texas, California and Oklahoma set up as shelters are no longer housing children from Central America.

An official with the Department of Health and Human Services, which led the search for shelters, said there’s been a decrease in the number of children apprehended at the border and an increase in the number of children sent to live with families or friends.  (more)

Obama Golf 2

Eventually the TRUTH comes out. It always does. The only question becomes “is anyone paying attention to it” ?

AS WE EXPLAINED LAST MONTH – Readers will note that since the word of the border crisis hit the media our research has indicated the entire construct of a humanitarian crisis for children is a ruse. There simply are not mass influxes of Unaccompanied Alien Children. For almost two months we have been repeating that it’s all a fraud – the influx is families, or more specifically women with children.

beck 2

There is no border crisis about unaccompanied alien children – period. Sure there are “some” unaccompanied minors, but no-where near the figures that are bantered about in the media. Not – Even – Close.

Now the evidence to support all of our research begins to surface.

National Review Online presents an interesting article about almost 40,000 missing receipts for Unaccompanied Alien Children between the Border Patrol apprehension tickets reported, and the Executive Office of Immigration Reform (the immigration court system that gets those tickets for processing).

To flush out the disparity between fiscal years and time lags in court processing several years of data can be added together to analyze and compare.

Border stats

According to the Border Patrol reporting (chart above) if you combine fiscal years 2013 and 2014 more than 85,000 “recorded apprehensions” of Unaccompanied Alien Children. Yet according to EOIR only 41,592 apprehension reports were received for Unaccompanied alien Children over the same time period (chart below).

UAC stats

That’s a difference of 43,000 UAC’s over two years.

What gives ?

It gets better. Additionally from the article:

…” […] EOIR has recorded 20,814 receipts marked as juvenile in fiscal year 2014 as of June 30, but Border Patrol recorded 57,525 apprehensions of unaccompanied alien children during the same time frame.

This means immigration courts have receipts for fewer than four out of every ten unaccompanied alien children apprehended by Border Patrol this fiscal year.

Mattingly said EOIR stands behind the numbers of receipts it has recorded, but would not speak about the difference between the number of juvenile receipts and CBP’s apprehension data”… (link)

That’s a difference of 37,000 UAC’s this year alone.

The NRO article goes on to discuss the discrepancy as a matter of bureaucratic bungling exposing how inept the immigration processing, and/or processers, is/are. But NRO never stops to ask the question – what if the discrepancy is simply because of FALSE DATA?

Because that false claim, or false data, is exactly what our research indicates.

This entire “crisis” of unaccompanied alien children (UAC’s) is purely trumped up by the White House, and sold by a duplicitous media, to advance a demand for comprehensive immigration reform.

But who would be fudging the numbers to give a false impression of a crisis?

Again, from the article:

…” […] Within DHS, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services have the authority to charge unaccompanied alien children”….

An ICE spokesperson declined to comment on this story, and a USCIS spokesperson referred questions to DHS, which did not respond to requests for comment. A CBP spokesperson responded to NRO’s requests in an e-mail with a link to apprehension data publicly available on CBP’s website but did not provide comment about the number of NTAs issued to illegal-immigrant children….(link)

Yep, as we have continued to share it’s the Department of Homeland Security, DHS, who holds the keys to the data vault.

…..And who did President Obama give those keys to ?

Image: Barack Obama, Jeh Johnson

Yup, that would be $3.7 BILLION DOLLAR Jeh Johnson.

WASHINGTON DC – Federal officials testified Thursday their agencies have been overwhelmed by the surge of illegal immigrants in the Rio Grande Valley.

Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson said two key agencies in charge of border security are about to run out of money unless Congress approves a $3.7 billion emergency funding request from President Obama.

“At our current burn rate within the Department of Homeland Security, ICE will run out of money by mid August,” Johnson testified, referring to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

“Customs and Border Patrol will run out of money in mid September,” he warned.

Johnson said surging transportation costs and the need to build additional detention facilities has depleted his operating budget.

Secretary of Health and Human Services Sylvia Burwell said her department is running out of beds for the tens of thousands of children who have crossed the border illegally from Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador. (read more)

You see, back in June of 2011 DHS Jeh Johnson was the Chief Counsel for the Pentagon -and part of what’s called the administration’s “Office of Legal Counsel” (OLC)- when a little controversial issue came up with President Obama and a country called Libya.

A pesky issue surfaced surrounding presidential authority to engage in military action without congressional approval, and then remain engaged beyond the 30 day legally required timeline for notifying congress.

The President’s OLC is essentially his “plausible deniability” tool if ever challenged as to the legality of executive branch overreach or power. The OLC act as one of the concentric walls around the executive office in the event a penetrating scandal develops.

Let’s just say the DHS post was a reward for Johnson’s, well, willful blindness. Nudge, nudge, wink, wink, say-no-more, say-no-more.

jeh johnson

“How many do we need”? “Well, I see, um, e-l-e-v-e-n-t-y six unaccompanied alien children… yeah, yeah, that’s the ticket”.

Again, just for emphasis this issue of the 40,000 missing kids is not an issue of 40,000 missing tickets or reports. [Have you ever seen those poor Border Patrol folks filling out the ledgers?]

This is NOT about 40,000 missing tickets.

This is about 40,000 missing “UNACCOMPANIED” children. Only missing from official record keeping because they never existed in the first place.

illegal alien shipment

The kids are all ACCOMPANIED.

ACCOMPANIED by their parents, aunts, uncles, and families….

While the emphasis was on the unaccompanied children ruse, how many grown men and possible terrorists slipped in while the mothers and children were crossing. Were they the uncles, etc? I think terrorists came over our southern borders. All of this to get immigration reform passed. Congress will soon be back from vacation. They need to wake up. Secure our borders now!

    • So….when is congress going to start prosecuting these hucksters for lying UNDER OATH?

      • justfactsplz says:

I’m not holding my breath. With a democratic majority in the senate it isn’t going to happen.

      • Connie McClintock says:

Rhonda, it’s more than just lying under oath. Misrepresenting and falsifying the numbers of UACs in an attempt to garner undue monies from the govt is FRAUD!! Jeh Johnson has defrauded the US govt (aka: the taxpayers,) in an effort to gain control of billions of dollars. One can only speculate about where this money would go, after being delivered to the hands of terrorist sympathizers. But at some point in the process, both he and obama, and probably a number of others, would see an increase in their finances.

My question is: when the reports have been spread about all these children coming over in droves, and herds of sick people were being held in whatever “holding pens” could be found, where were the border patrol agents? They are the ones who knew if there was an extraordinary number of children arriving this year, as opposed to a year ago. If they weren’t being swamped by an inordinate number of unaccompanied minors, why didn’t they speak up? Border agents, being human, are good and bad, straight and crooked, but in all this time, if the reports we’ve been hearing are not true, surely some of them would have tipped off the media long before now.

What about the busloads of kids who were seen being dropped off at bus stations around the country? That can’t be normal influx, because it’s never happened before. And what about the public schools who are complaining about these UACs being shoved into their, already over-burdened, classrooms? What about the additional stresses being put on hospital ERs, because of these kids? I can see a few choice criminals in our govt trying to benefit from such lies, but I can’t see a the enormous, and unbelievably far-reaching complexities of hundreds of thousands of UACs crossing the border, being supported and promoted by the hospitals, schools and the general public who have had to deal with this greater influx of kids.

The facts behind the UAC claims have sounded hokey, especially whenever all that money was “desperately needed”, immediately. But this article doesn’t seem to support it’s own claim that this was all a giant hoax, perpetrated by some scheming govt insiders, in an effort to embezzle money from the PEOPLE, and push the voters to view these concerned liberals more favorably. Two ends seem are tugging at the middle…………. two sides tell two different tales. In order for this to be believed, they need to come up with more conclusive evidence……………. and then fraud charges need to be filed against Jeh Johnson, and everyone else they can get him to roll on.

Just a note, I don’t think they’re complaining about UACs, they’re complaining about extra children. The schools wouldn’t necessarily know whether they came over with an adult or not. They just know they’re extra children, potentially with diseases, and likely not able to read or write in any language, let alone Spanish or English.

Well then, that does tend to confirm my very first reaction to all of this — “Why would parents of a family-values cuture allow their children to make the difficult and dangerous trip to the US unaccompanied? And what would cause children to leave their parents?!” And there is the answer — they didn’t.

Slightly off-topic, what’s up with all of these mothers with children? I can’t imagine that they are going to add value. Men, or single women, possibly, because they can work. But mothers with small children? Do those who make it in all go on welfare? Ugh, sorry. I’m hating welfare so much now. There might be a few deserving recipients, but I think the vast majority are just leeches.

  7. Wow! Every time I think the Obama Administration has hit rock bottom, it goes deeper still.

This is really a stupid question: since illegal aliens can’t vote or get a job that actually withholds taxes & FICA, what is the advantage to bring in these masses?

Would comprehensive immigration reform give citizenship to them? Surely Congress will NEVER allow this. Would they?

    • By the way, I’ve been of the opinion, since this crisis started, that the Obama Administration created this entire calamity, in order to push through reform. I didn’t realize just how correct I was, I had no idea it was a ruse.

Who are these people in President Obama’s Cabinet? They certainly don’t have anything that resembles allegiance to the nation in their hearts and minds. They are hellbent on destroying us.

Answer to this question: Refugee Status. There are a large number of “re-located” Somalia and Sudanese tribal citizens in and around major city centers of Arizona and lesser populated cities in desert communities (one can visually identify these foreign citizens by their traditional tribal wear). These citizens have been quietly re-located, given financial assistance, re-location orders and follow-up documents for their support and word-of-mouth reporting back to their countries of origin. They’re largely, uneducated, Live a strict Islamic/Muslim religious regimen and frequent only those community services active in promoting Islamic/Muslim view points. For their “support” of Obama’s administration…see there has to be government-to-government “quid-pro-quo” taking place, decidedly these newly minted LPR (LEGAL PERMANENT RESIDENTS, with Social Security numbers) will shortly have citizenship for 2016 elections. See, their paperwork is “on-the-fast-track.” Now, are all Americans and American citizens awakened to the total disregard for “Rule of Law” by this POTUS and largest international criminal organization yet to set foot in the Oval Office? God Bless America. Pray. Amen.

Who days they can’t vote? They can’t legally vote, but the Dems are not bothered by legalities. They’ll be voting.

    • sundance says:

FairestWitness, they vote. You can be certain that they vote.

In an earlier report I showed how the illegal aliens are given an introductory assistance package at their processing venues after DHS clears them. The local groups who assist the immigration assembly give them voter registration forms as part of the orientation packet into the U.S.

They vote. Or at least, they are given the opportunity and tools to vote.

Of this there is little doubt.

OK, I hope and pray some REAL investigative journalists might be making plans to go south of the (what?) border, before the next “wave” of UACs hits the staging areas. Might be less risky than covering overseas, but then again, maybe not.

You guys are priceless. This guy Jeh looks and talks just like the rest of the crooks…Holder, Perez, Obama, Rice, Jarrett, Cummings, Clyburn, Sharpton and Jackson. I sent an e-mail to my Oregon senator Ron Wyden telling him why we should return all illegals. He sent me a standard e-mail yesterday saying the the senate passed the Gang-of-Eight bill so now it was up to the house. You’d think he’d know his arse from a hole in the ground.

    • Kay Kay says:

I sent letter to my Montana senator Jon Tester asking him to close the border. I too received the standard we must have “Comprehensive” immigration and the Senate bill is designed to handle the “immigrants”. It’s important that we know which Senators are Statesmen and which are politicians. I will be doing the best I can to get the news out that we have a politician who is unconcerned about the state of America.

  12. Dixie Darling says:

I don’t doubt any of the excellent information Sundance and staff has provided and spent many hours researching, but is there a possibility that all those numbers really did come across the border, were counted but not documented, were not necessarily children, and were transported to each state by the 1200’s or so, and dropped off to disappear into the population, never to be seen or heard from again unless they decide to blow something up? Our Gov. was really pi$$ed that 1200 were dropped in this state with no information about who or where and no official documentation nor notice. And this state never showed up on any of the maps provided as having officially received any of those illegal aliens.

In other words, there could be a terrorist on every street corner in America, compliments of the admin.

Which would help explain the huge and I mean huge increase here. Also interesting (read laughable) is the local Ag businesses claiming there’s a “shortage” of immigrant labor. Somebody needs to tell this administration that just because someone is only 4’10” in shoes doesn’t make them a “minor child”.

  15. David Reynolds (The Mudman) says:

This is not the only fraud. Remember ACORN which was involved in the housing scam a few years ago, that had a Harvard trained lawyer named Barak Hussein Obama. Acorn disappeared, but they are still operating a scam. They are now known as Southwest Key (Google “Southwest Key and ACORN”) and housing illegal alien kids and charging the government $254/day per kid. They have one of their many facilities in Montgomery County, Texas. Could this be related in some way with why Obama won’t close the border? Would he possibly try to give his buddies federal money? Would he really?

    • sundance says:

As we’ve shared previously, yes. ACORN 2014 is exactly what this UAC facilitates. Look at the entities getting the HHS grant money. They are essentially in the same business as ACORN was prior to their defunding.
