Has she invoked the DC court? Sullivan hasn’t ruled.
Ms. Powell has filed a motion to have Sullivan recused / removed.
He has ignored just about every other motion she and the DOJ have recently made.
The appellate court kicked the case back into Sullivans sweaty greasy hands….I guess we’ll have to wait and see what happens.

So Sullivan will sit on this “for a while” then schedule another hearing in 30 days to continue the persecution – or actually sentence LTG Flynn. Obama must be paying him per diem.
Payment is non-indictment of his namesake by those holdovers in the FBI.
Sullivan’s ‘job’ is to prolong the Flynn case until after the election, whereupon all the behind-the-scenes Deep State collaborators are hoping (wishfully dreaming) that a different POTUS will be elected. This is their last dying breath of hope. If that doesn’t happen, then expect the swamp drain plug to be opened full on during Trump’s 2nd term.
No doubt Sullivan will rule against it.

Massive lesson needs to be learned from 4 years of Crooked Obama Executive branch holdovers that sabotaged, staged attacks on Trump administration, leaked, lied, etc.
What needs to be gleaned is that Trump needs to Get Rid of All Obama Holdovers, All of them. Even the CDC, NIH, Garbage Collectors, Pencil Pushers. Pick from the military if you have to.
And kick McConnell in the pants if there are any delays in replacing them, even if it means going to the courts to do that.

The only “holdovers” the President can immediately remove are the appointees. There are detailed and onerous Federal Protections for the remaining 2.5 million (non-military) employees of the Executive Branch, including the 10,000+ Obama hired in December 2016.
McConnell and Republicans in the senate have prevented the “appointments” of the President’s 1st picks as well as provided names of swamp rats whom they would appoint, to protect the 2.5 million land mines. The “professional” staff are the ones doing the leaking and causing the damage.
And one of Obama’s last acts was to make it easy for those appointees to transfer to civil service positions for the federal protections. Thomas Lifson at American Thinker had a series of articles about how detrimental that would be; Dr. Lifson called it right.

1. Draft laws to hold journalists accountable. the Press will cry foul – let SCOTUS decide. This issue needs to be duked out in court. In the meantime, inflict pain on the press. They cannot continue to lie and deceive. The EO stopped Antifa from further destroying our historic monuments. We need to make the press accountable.
2. Enforce the Communist Control Act. Need I say more? These last 7 months have changed everything.
If we’re going to hold the press accountable for their lies, we need to do the same in the halls of Congress. Why should elected officials be allowed to lie with impunity to the American public without repercussions? Accountability is their buzzword. Turn it around and hold them accountable too. The whole lot of them.

While I agree the last four years have been “One Wild Ride”, I believe the last four years are healing our Republic, not destroying it. The slow and steady destruction has been taking place for much longer than the last four years.
These rodeo clowns have been exposed over the last four years, but I don’t believe it’s their first rodeo.
Our VSGPDJT, through his willingness to take every incoming arrow, has exposed so much corruption over the past four years. It is to the point that every attack on him draws more attention on the ones doing the attacking than it does on him. In order to remove the cancer, you first need to find out how far the cancer has spread and then strategically and systematically remove it.
Some here complain about the people he has selected to be a part of his admin. I think it is necessary to have some of these people in high places to expose them for who they really are. For example, if he fired Comey on Day 1, we may never have known the full extent of what a fraud he is. I believe the same is taking place with Fauci, Birx and Redfield with viruses/medical research. Put them out in front so he can hang the whole thing around their necks and expose the corruption in that field.
In that sense, our Commander in Chief is a masterful Exposer in Chief.

From hand written contemporaneous notes just released debating whether to “go after” LTG Flynn.
My question follows:
“We know the truth of something being falsely stated to the public” and the Russians know this and will use it against us…
Here’s how I read this very important passage:
We know that Flynn didn’t lie. We know that he was not colluding with the Russians. We know that the Russians know we don’t believe that the a Trump campaign/administration wasn’t colluding with the Russians. And we know that the Russians know it was a dirty trick of the Clunton campaign all along…
Yet WE and our media and Obama administration allies are telling the opposite to the public…
And sooner or later the public will find out, even if it is the Russians who have to tell them.
In other words, consistent with the other bullet points, the NoteTaker is trying to take a clear-eyed view of why fbi/DoJ should NOT go after a Flynn…because they themselves know the truth…
But they did it anyway.
