The Revealing – A Race-Baiting Constructed Story, Turned Political Case, Against George Zimmerman, Now Coming Apart….

The defense team for George Zimmerman released the full color photograph of George Zimmerman’s initial injuries received from 17-year-old Trayvon Martin on the night of 2/26/12.   George Zimmerman shot Trayvon in self defense.  However, the highly politicized -State Special Prosecutor- Angela Corey charged him with 2nd degree murder.

Prior to today only the Black and White version (below) was released by the State of Florida.  It appears the State of Florida is reluctant to release information which deconstructs their case.

Zimmerman in cop car broken nose

A few media outlets are reporting on the latest discovery updates to the case which seem damaging to the prosecution case.

Race manipulator Russell Simmons, who owns The Global Grind, a black and hip-hop news outlet, had formerly publicly announced his adovacy for the Trayvon Martin Family story.

"Scheme Team" (Left to Right) Benjamin Crump, Jahvaris Funton-Martin, Russell Simmons, Sybrina Fulton, Tracy Martin, Daryl Parks

“Scheme Team” (Left to Right) Benjamin Crump, Jahvaris Fulton, Russell Simmons, Sybrina Fulton, Tracy Martin, Daryl Parks

This aformentioned “story” is coming apart at the seams as truthful discovery begins to reach sunlight.

The latest developments are:

The 16-year-old Trayvon girlfriend, “DeeDee” sold by the media and Trayvon Martin Family as an ear-witness to events, is not who they claimed she was.   According to State Documents she is not even 16-years-old.    DeeDee became Witness #8 for the proseuction.  Her sworn statement, only recently revealed to the defense, highlights the person Benjamin Crump delivered to prosecutors claiming to be DeeDee is in actuality an 18 year old woman.

There was at least one additional Law Enforcement officer present in the initial interview with Tracy Martin (Trayvon’s father) at Sanford Police Dept.    This officer affirms the investigating detective’s prior statement – Tracy Martin said the voice calling for help on the 911 recording was NOT Trayvon Martin.

As with the age of witness #8, the prosecution witheld this discovery from defense attorneys.

Angela Corey 1

The State of Florida, and all its accompanying political/legal officers, constructed a false set of charges against George Zimmerman to appease the Race-Baiting and Perpetually Aggrieved black constituency.

However, with sunlight, the “railroading of George Zimmerman” begins to come apart !

O’mara will be on Anderson Cooper live tonight to discuss picture and case.

  2. I was really happy to see this picture on CNN today.

  3. david says:

LIMPapa fails again….she heard no, no and then a shot because Trayvon was about to hit George again

David…you video needs to be posted on it’s own separate line to play….. Admin.

  4. pet says:

dammit. I have CNN and MSNBC blocked on my cable so my kids don’t accidentally get dumbed down. Someone post video!!

  5. Rachelle says:

Angela Corey is looking a lot like Mike Nifong.

  6. doodahdaze says:

    And now. More than ever.

    • jordan2222 says:

Anyone remember Ballad of a Teenage Queen? It was number 1 on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Singles in 1958 and and followed Jerry Lee’s Great Balls of Fire. I was 11 years old.

  7. Coast says:

Wow, what a difference in those pictures. Regarding the statement that Tracy Martin made about the 911 tapes…which parent did Trayvon spend the most time with? I know that he lived in Miami, but did he live with SF full-time?

    • ottawa925 says:

I’m under the impression he lived with his father most of the time. References were made here at the treehouse how the mother basically didn’t know anything going on with him nor did she ever care to find out.

      • jello333 says:

And Alicia (the stepmom). She apparently had a lot more to do with raising him than Sybrina did. But of course she’s been locked in a basement somewhere by the Scheme Team. They let her out long enough to talk to Dr Phil… but now she’s back down there again.

      • myopiafree says:

I think you are correct. But then she fibs – as says she drove him to school EVERY DAY. Go figure!! Let the lies continue.

  8. Kim says:

From NBC News wesite article regarding the color photo:

Benjamin Crump, an attorney for the Martin family, did not immediately respond to NBC News’ request for comment Monday. However, Crump told Reuters that the photo doesn’t add anything new to the case, since previously released evidence showed Zimmerman was hit in the nose during the fight with Martin.

“Trayvon Martin was defending himself. He had every right to stand his ground to defend himself,” Crump told Reuters.
How in the heck does this race-baiter know that TM was defending himself? No witness can verify that. How is he able to get away with saying this?

    • doodahdaze says:

      Liberal and Black.

    • Kim says:

And I wish that people who report this BS get some balls and ask some follow up questions, like: “How do you know that it TM was defending himself and not the aggressor?

      • rumpole2 says:

he would say… “One of the Dee Dee’s told me that”

        • Kim says:

LOL. Yeah, the same DeeDee who heard “get off” from a phone that was knocked out of TM’s hand, battery still in tact, and with the phone in the grass face down. Yeahhh right.

          • rumpole2 says:

JQ needs to run one of their insightful POLLS:
“How many Dee Dee’s in total are there?

            • LOL too funny. The reason I’m here now is I keep getting banned at JQ because I defend GZ. I heard many bad things about this board while there so figured it was the place for me to come. I have enjoyed reading the posts here.

                • murderbythebook says:

I remember posting with you. I kept putting nics on and would time how long it would take to get each banned. There must be a hundred moderators there. lol

          • Wraith says:

How come the headline reads “Killer of Trayvon Martin?”

Seems like whenever some gangbanger slaughters a bunch of people, he’s an “alleged” killer until the trial’s over. >:(

            • WeeWeed says:

              Or a “disadvantaged minor chile.”

            • John VI says:

Zimmerman already admitted to killing trayvon martin. He never denied it. All that is in question is the facts surrounding the event. “Self defense from a thug” VS “hunted down the innocent child like a dog in the street” seems to be the two sides, and never the twain shall they meet

            • jello333 says:

They can get away with that without the “alleged” since George has admitted to the killing… just that it was self-defense. But of course the reason for the headline IS to make George sound as bad as possible. We should just be happy they didn’t say “murderer”, I guess.

    • James F says:

So now Crumpster is FOR SYG? What about him begging for money to change SYG laws?

    • John Galt says:

“Trayvon Martin was defending himself. He had every right to stand his ground to defend himself,” Crump told Reuters.”

SYG is one thing, mounting and beating a KO’d opponent is another.

  9. eastern2western says:

no wonder the prosecution was playing hide and seek with this photo for 9 freaking months. I am sure the digital copy of the dd interview with crump is even much more devastating for the prosecution’s case and angela corey is just playing dumb at this point on the tape just like how she kept sending the defense b/w copies to the defense until the judge practically put a gun on dela rionda’s head. Just from a small part of the tape, I heared crump telling dd to repeat the story just like the way they discussed before which is basically self incrimination for witness tampering.

  10. creepytwins says:

I still remember back when Trayvonistas were claiming that GZ was not hurt… that his nose wasn’t broken… that the video from the police station showed George unharmed. I guess they were wrong, huh? Now I’ll bet they are saying that he injured himself or that he deserved such a vicious pounding for the crime of walking while white-Hispanic (WWWH).

    • eastern2western says:

    • justfactsplz says:

They are saying on another blog that he injured himself and that Trayvon was defending himself.

      • jordan2222 says:

I have read some wild versions.. He hit himself with the gun and broke his own nose.. then lay down and banged his head against the concrete. One said his nose was broken when the gun kicked back.

        • justfactsplz says:

They say the picture looks like that because he was pressing his nose against the window. Hello! He was sitting with the door open and his legs out on the ground because the officer did not want him to bleed all over his squad car.

    • LetJusticePrevail says:

Right now, the popular vote is that this photo was altered. Most have pretty much dropped the idea that the injuries were self inflicted because there were witnesses from almost immediately after the shot, up to the time the police arrived. Now they just compare this photo to the ones taken AFTER George was treated and claim it is proof this one has been tampered with. Naturally, no one tries to quote an expert in photo analysis. Probably because no reliable authority on photography has ever said as much, or ever will.

  11. Ad rem says:

And….right on cue….appearing in the “Post/Partisan” (LOL) section of the Washington Compost….
“No doubt his supporters will say they prove (sic) him innocent of the second-degree murder charge against him.” Yeah….no doubt.

    • waltherppk says:

Hey Mister Capehart ! Who’s that screaming for help in the 911 call ? That definitely is not Trayvon … says Daddy ..and several other people ..see how that works as a caption for the color picture, and you know this case was never black and white or “white hispanic”….especially when the ping logs and complete investigative report on the phones is made public. All of the hate crime spin that media propagandist spinmeisters can ever put on this story is not going to turn reality upside down and make a garden variety self defense shooting of a mugger into a murder or a hate crime. It just isn’t happening and it never was happening except in the minds of imbeciles. This case will go down as another Duke lacrosse styled invented racial strife media hustle contrived by race baiting scumbags who will this time get handed not just their hats but handed their their asses too, and it is so long overdue. Watch and see how that works. Ever since the FBI report came out that this was no race related homicide, this case has been dematerializing because it was based upon a false “black victimology” theory from the beginning. Everybody knows it and people still in denial are going to end up having the same credibility issues as Mike Nifong and Crystal Mangum. Riding that train is a destination to nowhere ….so all aboard if you think that is smart …maybe they can find room for you in the caboose.

    • jordan2222 says:

Please tell me what black journalists believe in George’s innocence.. OR.. do you know of any that report about this case fairly other than Thomas Sewell? I hope you will not take offense to my question but I have not found any and and I have looked.

    • griz1234 says:

Thanks for the link, I spent a couple of hours slapping down the idiots there.

  12. nomorebsplease says:

If trayvon were 19 with a legal gun and used it, in self defense, what say crump?

  13. dawndoe says:

Just saw Marcia Clark Anderson Cooper. She is so full of crap.

    • ftsk420 says:

I learned not to listen to her during the OJ trial. My mom thought she was an alcoholic and during the OJ trial she was half in the bag.

    • menostupid says:

      +1000000 dawn!

    • docraoul says:

Someone should post her exact words but she nearly suggested GZ’s facial injuries were self inflicted.

      • dizzymissl says:

Maybe Marcia Clark is bigboi, or whatever that name is.

      • jordan2222 says:

She apparently does not understand the things that will happen before there could ever be a jury. Does CA have self defense/immunity hearings like we do in Florida?

I have had real issues from the start with out of state lawyers commenting when they clearly do not know Florida law and in particular, our self defense laws. I doubt that any of them ever read this until recently and maybe some still haven’t.

The 2012 Florida Statutes – CHAPTER 776 – JUSTIFIABLE USE OF FORCE

Remember when they all thought he should have been “at least” arrested even if the charges might later be dismissed? WTF? And how about those who flipped out when George was not tested for alcohol and/or drugs?

Some did not understood that the SPD was concerned about violating GEORGE”S civil rights.

Remember how they screamed about the SPD giving George his gun back that night? How long did that story last? One lie led to another as if the false narrative was not enough. And the damn lawyers kept adding more fuel to the fire.

Then they began ridiculous discussions about SYG when SYG did not even apply. I wonder how many of them know those words are not even in the statute?

        Oh boy. .arm chair lawyers.

  14. pet says:

I would hope MOM engages a “crime scene re-enactment forensic professional” to illustrate the realistic timing of events from that night. I know they use this type of digital forensic thing all the time to recreate, visually, automobile accidents based on timing and physics and real science etc. If this thing gets to trial, debunking the whole ‘GZ following TM on his heels’ thing needs to be shown in true scientific sunlight. Its one thing to talk about it abstractly, but another to have the jury watch the video of what was and wasn’t physically possible with a clock running real time.

IMO – after all the peripheral narrative bs falls apart, that forensic analysis of timing is the last nail in the coffin. But it has to be a compelling presentation. Hence, the digital recreation idea.

Just a thought I had thinking about potential jury mindset.

    • jordan2222 says:

At most, only 80 seconds are unaccounted for. I have mentioned the need for a reenactment previously in preparation for the SD hearing. So far, you are the only one who is on the same train.

      • pet says:

80 seconds is a long time in that type of scenario. Sorry, I lurk here a lot and only comment occasionally, but missed your comment regarding a reenactment being a compelling approach to the jury, if it gets to that point.

    • doodahdaze says:

Juries are fascinated by timelines. They can understand it better than forensics.

    • jello333 says:

You’re right, except it would be for the judge’s benefit… because it’ll never get to a jury. I’m no longer even sure it’ll get to the immunity hearing (except as a formality). I can easily see the state asking for this thing to be dismissed well before Spring.

      • Tracker3 says:

IMHO I hope that the defense can discredit the whole DD story as mentioned in the Keyzer Soce thread here on the CTH. If the scheme team can be discredited and the charade is exposed, the angry black crowd won’t protest as much as opposed if the judge throws the case out during immunity. If the judge throws the case out with the DD charade intact, then the angry black crowd will cite conspiracy and the system is looking out for the status quo, and things will be volatile.

        • jordan2222 says:

I want to believe that an accurate detailed video reenactment will help calm things down and help at least a portion of them to see the truth.

      • jordan2222 says:

Do you have the most up to date and ACCURATE time line from the beginning of George’s phone call to the shot being fired. I have several and they are all slightly different.

        • jello333 says:

Nope, I haven’t checked for awhile. I know there are some slight variations from one to another, which might be relevant if we EVER see any legit phone records. Otherwise, I don’t know. Regardless, with all the overwhelming evidence in George’s favor, I’m not too concerned about the precise timing of the calls, etc. (but yeah, I’ve gone second-by-second many times with all this… just haven’t done it in awhile)

  15. jordan2222 says:

MOM blew a great opportunity tonight on the Piers Morgan show. I guess the revelations about DeeDee did not warrant a mention. It is time for him to show some damn emotion.

Of course, Marcia Clark came on and minimized the photo as well as the state withholding discovery. I will not be surprised to see last minute discovery during the SD hearing if we get that far.

Oh, how I wish West could be the spokesman.

    • WeeWeed says:

And Marcia Clark’s record is stellar.

    • Chip Bennett says:

MOM blew a great opportunity tonight on the Piers Morgan show. I guess the revelations about DeeDee did not warrant a mention. It is time for him to show some damn emotion.

Remember the movie Rounders? Remember the final showdown between Matt Damon and the Mad Russian? Damon flopped the nut, and had the patience to check all the way through the River, thereby enticing the the Mad Russian arrogantly to go all-in.

I think O’Mara finally realized that he flopped the nut straight on this case, and is checking his way all the way while the State goes all-in. He knows he’s already on fourth street, just waiting for the river.

He has no need to argue anything in the court of public opinion, and I don’t expect him to jeopardize the upcoming criminal and civil litigation that will come out of Zimmerman’s exoneration.

      • John Galt says:

I think MOM wants to continue to play the nice guy role while West wreaks havoc.

        • jello333 says:

Yep. “I’m sorry, I know Don is gonna destroy you all, and I’d like to help you out. But he’s outta control right now. He even scares ME. Good luck.”

      • pet says:

Well kiss my ass!!! HAHA!! good analogy!!

      • Chip Bennett says:

For anyone who doesn’t know the movie:

      • hooson1st says:

        You are absolutely right.

Plus when you appear in these news spots you have to keep your message limited and focused, usually on one main idea. That way they have deal with your issue.

if you throw three items at them, they get to pick and choose what they will follow up on.

And as always, MOM’s stage is the courtroom, not the TV networks.

They can label that photo any way they want, the viewer can see for themselves what happened to GZ’s nose.

      • jello333 says:

        I have NO idea what you’re talking about… but it’s interesting. ;)

        • jello333 says:

Ok, I guess that shows how little I know about poker. I didn’t get the terminology at all. But I’m gonna have to watch that film sometime… looks good. I like Matt Damon, but John Malkovich is one of the best ever IMO.

      • myopiafree says:

Hi Chip – I agree – O’Mara was wise to stick with ONE THING – the bloody nose and head – proving that TM BEAT GEORGE UP. The issue of DeeDee^2 will come out in due course. He knows that Crump (the fibber) will simply claim that, in good faith, the DeeDees LIED TO HIM, and said her age was 16 (or what ever). This is not the time to get into this issue.

    • sundance says:

Jordan – O’Mara is a face and a voice. Don West is the crafty fox with the plan……. O’Mara was on that show with instructions from the fox to avoid anything, any conversation about DeeDee. December 11th is not far away….

      • jello333 says:

Right after the motion was filed the other day, I think my first comment here was something about how I can’t wait for the hearing. Yeah… it’s gonna be fun (at least for some people).

      • jordan2222 says:

SD. I just saw your comment. I see the value of holding their cards close to the chest. So O’Mara had instructions form West?.. Oh boy.. MOM might be learning more about “lawyering” from West than he did in law school.

  16. Chip Bennett says:

There was at least one additional Law Enforcement officer present in the initial interview with Tracy Martin (Trayvon’s father) at Sanford Police Dept. This officer affirms the investigating detective’s prior statement – Tracy Martin said the voice calling for help on the 911 recording was NOT Trayvon Martin.

As with the age of witness #8, the prosecution witheld this discovery from defense attorneys.

How does this not constitute the State withholding exculpatory evidence from the defense? In a sane world, this revelation would be grounds for immediate dismissal of all charges, with prejudice.

    • ftsk420 says:

This is what Corey does it’s a major complaint against her. I googled her one time and there is petitions against her and 1 main complaint is she withholds evidence.

    • LoudaJew says:

when the records from Trayvon Martin’s school are released, the case will be dropped. the parents will be put on the spot. first of all, he was hardly ever in school. anybody that access to ISIS and works for M-DCPS can access his attendance records, which means many people. a lot of people looked back in March and were surprised what they saw.

      • Chip Bennett says:

when the records from Trayvon Martin’s school are released, the case will be dropped.

While the school records would bear witness to Martin’s character, I don’t see how they will have any direct bearing on the outcome of the trial. The facts of the incident remain unaffected by Martin’s school records; to wit: Martin eluded Zimmerman, then circled back to confront Zimmerman, assaulted Zimmerman via felony battery, held him to the ground, used the disparity of force thus established to further assault Zimmerman for at least the 40 seconds we know Zimmerman was screaming futilely for help. Those facts fully exonerate Zimmerman, and establish legal justification for Zimmerman’s use of lethal force in self defense.

But the State withholding the exculpatory fact that not one but two witnesses heard Tracy Martin state that the screaming voice was not Trayvon Martin’s? In the words of our illustrious Vice President, that’s a pretty big f’ing deal.

        • rooferx says:

Now that I think about it, maybe that is why someone instructed Sybrina Fulton to come out and say something to the effect of “A mother knows the sound of her child’s voice”.
This was the only way to divert from this when this info came out….and it IS info they already knew about, and completely fabricated everything they could around it.
Once DD is exposed, it’s over.

          • Cupcake says:

And then Sabrina “identifying” the voice yelling for help on the 911 tape as Trayvon’s was a big part of the probable cause affidavit?? Yet nothing about Tracy saying it wasn’t Trayvon.

            • jello333 says:

At the 2nd bond hearing, Sybrina ADMITTED it wasn’t Trayvon screaming. She did this by her total lack of emotion, almost boredom, when they played the tape.

              • myopiafree says:

That was a true “Tell Tale” – for her. Trayvon left her life a LONG TIME AGO. Tray-dad stated that the screaming WAS NOT TRAYVON – at the police station. It was George, not Trayvon – and they BOTH KNOW IT!! They fib for the purpose of convicting an innocent man.

        • LoudaJew says:

you have to remember thatTrayvon was expelled, and not only suspended. the marijuana story is bogus. remember Trayvon’s Facebook page said he was graduating from Carol City Sr. , and not Michael Krop.
also, the Fight Club video was filmed right outside of Michael Krop Sr. (for anybody that knows what Michael Krop Sr. looks like)
I agree exposing DD will be big, but the parents of Trayvon cannot handle the truth when it gets exposed about who their son was. Sybrina might have a nervous breakdown. she will not want to deal with it. the problem I have is that she should have told the truth from the beginning.

    • Cupcake says:

Chip – what about the fact that the probable cause affidavit that lead to GZ’s arrest included Sabrina’s statement that the voice yelling help was Trayvon’s, yet there was no mention of Sernio’s statement/report from days after the shooting (and now Erwin) that said Tracy said it wasn’t Trayvon. Legally, what does that mean?

    • hooson1st says:

Is the issue here of exculpatory evidence not being released in timely fashion, as opposed to having been unlawfully withheld?

    • partyof0 says:

There is a sane world…an insane world…and one insane Florida

  17. Cesar BBiano says:

That looks just awful, and painful. How does that photo NOT create reasonable doubt for murder 2? Just terrible.

  18. eastern2western says:

is it just me or zimmerman looks like anything but white? At the beginning, there was a ton of hoopla about zimmerman being white caucasian who killed a black child with his photo posted all over media outlets. However, dude just simply does not look like white at all?

  19. murderbythebook says:

I’m sure the scheme team was unhappy to find out he was Hispanic and not white like they were claiming. Box of rocks, Crump, wanted to make this racism and it isn’t.

Marcia Clark has had a face full of plastic surgery. I thought O’Mara did pretty good. I saw them on Anderson Cooper.

    • James F says:

I just saw them on CNN too. No startling revelations. O’Mara did a fine job. Clark played her role as counterpoint to the defense. Apparently the Scheme Team is avoiding media appearances like the plague.

    • myopiafree says:

Funny – when Nancy saw the bloody nose, and bashed skull – she insisted that it “wasn’t that bad”. Further, she suggested that George could have gotten that bloody nose – not by being smashed in the face by Trayvon’s fist – but by beating his NOSE ON THE CEMENT! Nancy is nuts.

    • LittleLaughter says:

Welcome and Hello, murderbythebook! To your Marcia Clark comment- it is times like these when I see the results, that I decide to change my “corrective surgery fund” to a vacation fund! :-D

    • jello333 says:

Even if George was as white as Edgar Winter, he STILL wouldn’t be guilty of racism (though of course the Schemers would have liked it much better).

They thought that they had a gold mine here with George. They thought “a white Jew!” That would allow them to exploit both racial and ethnic tensions. The reality is a little different than that, of course.

  20. creepytwins says:

LOL… The Leatherman people think the picture is photoshopped. MOM is in BIG trouble LMFAO!!!!

    • arkansasmimi says:

Leatherheads are idiots! LOL I was reading for a second the other day, Leatherhead is trying to figure out how to make himself some money and asked people for their suggestions! lmbo Only reason he is getting the hits he is getting is because of this case, NOT ANYTHING HE IS DOING BAHAHAHAHA

    • Chip Bennett says:

      Photo-shopped? That claim is a fool’s gambit.

Determining whether and to what degree a digital image has been modified is child’s play. We all now have access to that image. So, Leatherheads: have at it. Show some digital analysis that suggests that the image has been Photo-shopped to portray/exacerbate Zimmerman’s injuries.

(We’ll deal with that hurdle first, before we get to the question of why the Sanford Police Department and/or the State would make such modifications.)

The house of cards is coming crashing down, and I’m loving every minute of it. Keep fighting the good fight treehouse!

Poor Mr. Crump is not getting a dime from this case. He will be lucky if he’s only disbarred after all the dust settles.

Personally, I just love the photoshopped accusations. when the zimm’s bleeding head photo first came out, people said it was photoshopped. Now, they are saying the exact same thing about this bleeding nose photo. Next thing, those people are going to claim that zimmerman wearing brown contacts, fake tan and a wig to make him self appear less white. It is funny how the conspiracy nuts could come up with all of the weird theories. hey, I am wondering trent sawyer is still ghost hunting in those cctv tapes.

  23. nameofthepen says:

That color photo carries 1,000 times the impact of the grainy B&W one. Ouch!!! :(

    • janc1955 says:

It does, doesn’t it? And his nose looks QUITE broken.

      • nameofthepen says:

janc1955 says: “And his nose looks QUITE broken.”

Yes, it sure does, doesn’t it! Also, I recently saw a photo of the back of his head which showed the size of the “goose eggs” that were there.

Disgraceful. George was intended as some “blood sacrifice” to an agenda that I don’t think we’ve even fully yet discerned. Just MHO, of course.

    • eastern2western says:

The next thing we need is a clear copy of the original dd/crump interview. The defense’s copy is intentionally made to sound basically useless. eventually, the defense will force the prosecution to produce a clean copy and we are all going to hear crump spoon feeding dd. Gutman claimed that he is the only one has a clean copy and I am just wonderring when is the defense going to get a copy of it. currently the prosecution is playing hide and seek to cover the fact that they are doing nifong around the defense, but we all know what happened to nifong and lets just hope the florida bar association is paying attention to the misconducts of corey and her flying monkies.

  24. smoothcriminal says:

    can’t debate willful ignorance.
Someone on INSessions facebook thread about the pic, actually said “its fake, clearly he is pressing his nose up against the glass of the patrol car to make it look worse than it is”.

  25. LittleLaughter says:

Some Traybots posted a while back on a different site that the gun recoil was likely what caused damage to George’s nose. Gee, imagine if you will all of the people exiting the local gun range with broken, bloodied noses!

    • dmoseylou says:

Yep, they believe it 100% over there. Gun recoil. No doubt about it! :D :D
I peek in there once in a while just to see what’s the “conspiracy theory of the day.”

      • dmoseylou says:

My son is raising his son—my 4 y/o grandson—right. Has him at the gun range at least 2x a month. I guess I should IM him right now; alert him to the dangers of gun recoil.

        • LittleLaughter says:

Good for your son! Better tell him to have his son wear a face mask or he’ll wind up with a broken nose! TeeHeee!
I never visit “over there” any more. Last I checked, even the 3 or 4 conspiracy experts weren’t even posting…just the crickets chirping. Sad that a good site went so far down the tubes. I guess it is because they lost all of their intelligent posters! :-D :-D

    • From a Keltec 9mm Luger? Maybe from a short barreled .44 Rem Mag – 240g @ 1,600/fps or .500 S&W Mag – 400g @ 1,675/fps, but extremely unlikely from Georges lil 9mm. I guess George would’ve had to have limp wristed the Keltec, held it directly against his face & fired a 240g bullet at a magnum velocity for it to do anywhere near that damage. That would require Trayvon’s chest to be directly in front of George’s face when the Keltec was fired at contact or near contact range. No way that would even resemble a likely scenario at the fringe blogs

Mr. McGoo goes to the shooting range.

      • jordan2222 says:

You clearly have a current working knowledge of all kinds of guns. At one time, so did I but my knowledge was pretty much limited to shotguns and ammo. I am 66 and I grew up in SC when rifles were prohibited when hunting deer.

I really got into different kinds of shells when I started hunting for ducks, quail and doves. I have a few shotguns in different gauges but my favorite for duck hunting eventually became an Ithaca 20 gauge “Featherlight” pump, and I preferred number 6 shot. We called them high brass butt Magnum loads were also available. This was before the advent of steel shot which I never used. My friends loaded their own shells.

I killed my first deer at age 8 with a 16 gauge Stevens single barrel, then graduated to a 12 gauge Remington 870 pump. I also have a 12 gauge limited edition Browning side by side and an Ithaca 12 gauge automatic both of which were great bird guns until I gave up hunting about 30 years ago.

I gave my handguns to my daughters.. S&W .357 magnums. I had some rifles but gave them to my brothers who are still big hunters. I still have a .22 German sniper rifle that my father brought home from German which needs to be restored but it fires fine.

Funny how if you grow up with guns, it’s hard to imagine not having any at home.

        • Just attempting to illustrate the extreme unlikelihood that George’s weapon was capable of causing his injuries. I’d expect to see that level of injury had George held a 12 gauge (pistol grip) shotgun against his cheek & fired a 1oz slug into Trayvon’s chest. A 9mm would require a massive projectile & gas pressure to generate that level of recoil would be unsafe at best. George’s weapon very likely would’ve blown the slide right off the rear of the rails. George would’ve been exposed to the propellant gas charge & he would’ve had indication of being injured. Therefore: It’s extremely unlikely that George looked down the KelTec’s sights (aimed) when he fired the weapon. It’s much more likely that George twisted his body, cleared the KelTec from the holster & torqued his wrist to point the weapon. George immediately fired a single shot that struck Trayvon (leaning toward Georges right side) in the upper left chest. That type firing scenario makes the most logical sense & it would place the weapon up against George’s ribcage when fired rather than in front of his face. Nothing is guaranteed but; If discovery evidence contains a reenactment of George drawing & firing his weapon, I’m betting he basically fired from the hip & the weapon was never near his face.

    • jello333 says:

It’s even better than that. Now it’s the ejected shell casing that did the damage.

  26. eastern2western says:

The next thing we are going to hear is zimmerman has a genetic disease that causes broken bones and bruises when he sees black people.

  27. arkansasmimi says:

Do these idiot Female Dogs and Leatherheads bunch not realize that this picture released today came from the PROS?
Also that CHUMP has acknowledged that TM DID hit GZ?

Really…..they’re saying that Crump and company photoshooped their own discovery just to make their own client look more culpable. They are BEYOND STUPID.

one of the twitter besties is a multiple year homeless person with two bi-racial kids. I’ve read that the peeps bestie hits up for dough at the starbucks where she hi-jacks her wi-fi while she sits on her butt all day long won’t listen to her pity party any more. Not sure how the donate button on her blog is doing, though :/. So sad, but she finds the means to have the kiddies’ pics taken with Snoop. Woot for excellent role models.

      • partyof0 says:

So if it WAS supposed to be Photoshopped…how do we know the Photo of these injuries was NOT toned down prior to receiving it in discovery…

  28. diwataman says:

Ugh, If anyone gets taken in by the lunacy over at the leatherblog about the supposed photoshopping just notice one thing, they merely assert it. They don’t offer their photo “expertise” and demonstrate why they think it. I’ve been in film, video and photo for over 10 years and imho there is nothing obvious about the photo to say it’s been photoshopped. Notice the way I phrase that. I’m not saying it hasn’t, just saying there’s nothing obvious. I also took some time to look at it (Leatherman: “at the pixel level”, lol, what a goof, lol, the pixel level), for any photoshopping and still nothing stands out. I can explain in great detail many things about photography and photoshop and how it would relate to this photo if need be but this really does not deserve the time. If they’re going to make the claim they have to offer evidence to support that claim, you know, sort of like Corey does.

    • rooferx says:

What idiots these people are. Why would the State Prosecution hand over a photo that is not credible? Do they think that MOM has altered this photo? Come on, that is ridiculous. MOM and West have been NOTHING but professional through this entire case.

      • diwataman says:

No they don’t think O’Mara did, they think someone did before it was turned over to Corey. The reasoning is that they didn’t give O’Mara a copy of the native file until they investigated it, don’t ask me why that would make a difference. I guess there must be some conspiracy with all the other evidence O’Mara has yet to receive from the State as well because it wasn’t only that one photo they recently received. Silly nonsense.

    • Ad rem says:

I think Leatherman meant to say he looked at it WHILE at a “pixilated” level.

    • jello333 says:

I don’t think we should debate or argue with them AT ALL about this picture. Just let them keep saying it’s fake…. as we (and any other sane person on earth) point at them and laugh.

      • jordan2222 says:

I have said for a long time that we only feed them. That is what they want and the CTH gives it to them. At the end of each day, what do they really accomplish other than to irritate our people here? In a sense, that makes them successful. That has been my opinion for a long time.

While it is true that I occasionally post at HuffPo, I have friends, fans and followers there who have a good understanding of the case. A few of the Trayvonites have converted and some also now have an open mind.

  29. sirbentley1485 says:

I too visited the Leatherman site today and was REALLY amused at all the different senerio’s as to how Trayvon was attacked by GZ. How can they ignore the known facts from the recorded 911 tapes and from the witness closest to the confrontation. I visit the treehouse twice a day and look forward to all the information on all topics. Sundance great job. Have not heard lately about Shellie. Was the case dropped??
