Finally something positive happens for George Zimmerman.  The progressive nut-job, Jerry Counelis, who supported a Bernie Sanders/Dennis Kucinich Presidential ticket for 2012, has filed a claim of a civil rights violation – and protests that George Zimmerman attorney Mark O’Mara has “defamed” him.

Good News…..  Good News…..

How is this a positive for George Zimmerman you ask?

Well, if the media ACTUALLY does some research into who is representing Jerry Counelis, Civil Rights President – J Willie David, in this lawsuit, the public might actually grasp how ridiculous the entire construct of the players behind the Scheme are.

Just in case, we’ll show you here.

First the story.   Jerry Counelis lied in his jury interview, he was busted by his own facebook page which angrily made threats against George Zimmerman and his family supporters.  Jerry was dismissed from jury consideration.

The next day Jerry returns to the courthouse trying to gain access to the jury Holding room.  He was stopped by the Sheriff Dept officers in the courthouse, escorted out and given a trespass notice to not return until trial conclusion.

Zimmerman attorney, Mark O’Mara said he was glad the guy did not succeed in getting to the jury holding room, potentially contaminating the jury, and forcing the process to start all over again.  O’Mara called his false statements the behavior of a stealth jurist.

Today the Orlando Sentinel reports:   The Florida Civil Rights Association announced Tuesday that it is representing a dismissed juror who was barred from the Seminole County Courthouse until after the George Zimmerman trial concludes.

The association says Jerry Counelis, former prospective juror E-7, claims his civil rights were violated during jury selection and alleges that he was defamed by Zimmerman’s attorney Mark O’Mara.

Counelis told attorneys during questioning last week in Zimmerman’s second-degree murder trial that he had no opinion about whether Zimmerman was guilty of killing unarmed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in Sanford last year.

But after Counelis admitted to Seminole Circuit Judge Debra S. Nelson that he had written a Facebook post — which news reports said was critical of how Sanford police handled the investigation into Trayvon’s death — a deputy escorted him from the courtroom.

Later Friday, O’Mara told the media that people who try to join a jury with preconceived notions about a defendant’s guilt or innocence are “unbelievably dangerous” to the criminal-justice system.

[…]   Florida Civil Rights Association President J. Willie David suggested that O’Mara apologize. He also claimed that Counelis was unfairly banned from the courthouse Friday.

After being removed from the courtroom, Counelis complained at the courthouse about the way he was treated during jury selection, according to a sheriff’s trespass-warning report.  (read full article)

[March 21st 2012, Sanford Florida]   As public anger continues to grow over the shooting death of unarmed black teenager Trayvon Martin in Florida, the city of Sanford issued a letter with answers to questions put to the police chief to explain why the known killer is still free.

The letter, signed by city manager Norton Bonaparte, reiterates the previous reasoning by Sanford police chief Bill Lee which said he could not carry out an arrest because self-appointed neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman said he acted in self-defense.

The letter states:

Mr. Zimmerman provided a statement claiming he acted in self defense which at the time was supported by physical evidence and testimony. By Florida Statute, law enforcement was PROHIBITED from making an arrest based on the facts and circumstances they had at the time.

It provided new information about Zimmerman’s statement to police: “Zimmerman’s statement was that he had lost sight of Trayvon and was returning to his truck to meet the police officer when he says he was attacked by Trayvon.”  […]

At a highly-charged town hall meeting at Allen Chapel AME Church in Sanford on Tuesday night, Jealous told the 350-strong crowd: “Any chief who would so allow his officers to so mishandle a situation like this has to go. We will ensure that there is a new chief here in Sanford.”

Hundreds more gathered outside, chanting “I am Trayvon Martin.”

The calls for Lee’s resignation came as Florida governor Rick Scott, who attended a meeting with black lawyers and civil rights activists on Tuesday night, said it was time to revisit the state’s controversial “Stand Your Ground” law. This allows people to use deadly force if they feel endangered, without requiring them to retreat from the threat. […]

Wait a minute did that just say J Willie David III was an active instigator of the protest rally at the ALLEN CHAPEL AME CHURCH?

Don’t we know someone from the Trayvon family attorney group (The Scheme Team) from there?     ….. Martin Family Attorney Natalie Jackson, and her mom, Francis Oliver?

Oh, but wait, it gets better….

…. Remember the Martin Family Media Consultant, Ryan Julison, who works closely with Martin family attorney, Natalie Jackson? Would they have any reason to cross sections with J Willie David?

[December 2010] The Florida Civil Rights Association (FCRA) has asked US Attorney General Eric Holder to direct the US Department of Justice (DOJ) to launch an immediate federal civil rights investigation against the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) and the Orange County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for targeting African American and Hispanic owned barbershops in a series of warrantless drug raids conducted under the pretext (police ruse) of administrative licensing inspections.

The tactics used by DBPR and OCSO have cast a dark cloud over how administrative licensing inspections are being used illegally to conduct criminal investigations without obtaining a warrant. “This cannot be ignored,” said Florida Civil Rights Association President, J Willie David, III.

[…] The Florida Civil Rights Association has provided Governor Charlie Crist and Governor-Elect Rick Scott with copies of the federal complaint filed with US Attorney General Holder. It is time to close this illegal loophole used by law enforcement to get around obtaining a warrant, David added. (read more)

So with crazy Jerry Counelis, Mr. J Willie has multiple similar interests;  And his antagonism toward Zimmerman attorney, Mr. Mark O’Mara, couldn’t possibly be motivated by an ideological alignment with Race-Driven (if not racist) Martin Family Attorney, Natalie Jackson.   The daughter of Sanford’s Francis Oliver who described herself as having “fought white people her whole life”, and who raised Natalie to be at the “front of the movement”.

Nah….
