Many people are pointing out how Sean Hannity has reacted to the Cliven Bundy comments.   Indeed, arguably – Sean Hannity and Glenn Beck have espoused two of the loudest and angriest responses to the comments from Cliven Bundy.
Or are they ?
Are they, Beck and Hannity, responding to the Bundy comments, or are they responding to the New York Times and Media Matters presentation of the Bundy comments ?    I think the latter, but I digress.   Check it out yourself:

There is an intellectual dishonesty at play here.   But why ?   Perhaps because Hannity likes to emotionally swing for the fence on every at bat ?   Perhaps because Hannitys’ show has been suffering in the ratings  ?   Perhaps because he was moved to a new TV hour and a joyful Megyn Kelly is simply CRUSHING HIM (and all others BTW) ?
Or, perhaps, at least from my own perspective, it’s because the constant stress in Hannity’s presentation is like watching Gary Busey eat an ice-cream cone amid a McDonalds playball pit.    Nerve wracking, stressful, stupidly sweaty, unable to sit still, constantly shouting – Busey always comes off like he’s peaking amid a serious dose of amphetamines.   I can’t watch his acting either because I always feel stressed out while sitting on the couch.
Perhaps Hannity is caught in the quicksand of a downward personality where the more you thrash the quicker you sink.   Shouting doesn’t help. (more…)

Her action is nothing dissimilar to President Obama who took control of census data in order to manipulate employment and healthcare statistics.   Or, in Miami-Dade how the School Superintendent manipulated criminal reports to avoid uncomfortable student statistics about unlawful behavior.    We are in a time where manipulating data is the chosen method to avoid reality of progressive policy.   In this case of Veteran’s affairs however, the manipulation killed people….. 

ARIZONA – Veterans Affairs official accused of keeping double books to hide the fact that dozens of veterans died awaiting care previously ran a Washington state VA facility that allegedly fudged suicide numbers, FoxNews.com has learned.
Sharon Helman, director of the Phoenix Veterans Affairs Health Care system, is accused with other management officials of keeping a fake waiting list that made it appear sick veterans were being treated in a timely manner — while hiding the real list that showed up to 1,600 sick veterans were waiting months to see a physician. Rep. Jeff Miller, R-Fla., chairman of the House Committee on Veterans Affairs, said investigators have evidence that two sets of records were kept by the facility to conceal the lengthy delays in care. All around the media world today I’ve seen both the left and the right side of the political ideological groups attacking Cliven Bundy based on a New York Times article and Media Matters video.
It took me a while to find the extended version of the video comments without the progressive, albeit convenient, editing.   The entire video is actually more than an hour long and you can view it – CLICK HERE
Well, for the sake of the discussion, here’s an edit of the longer version, including a transcript I did from the video itself.
Were there some non-politically correct statements ? Yes.
Were there some uncomfortable choices of terms and phrases spoken from an 67 year old Grandpa who still uses the words “negro” and “colored’s” ? Yes.

{Actually you can hear his granddaughter off camera saying in a rather concerned voice [trying to get his attention]  “Grandpa… Grandpa” (@1:58) when he talks about the invisible difference between long gone “slavery” and  current “dependency”. Obviously his granddaughter is concerned – and knows full well her Grandpa is not articulate enough in modern PC’isms to attempt to nuance his way through the minefield of race in modern America.}

But the broader question “Is Cliven Bundy A Racist”? …..can be answered by actually listening to his words, ALL OF HIS WORDS. Not the New York Times or Media Matters excerpts of his words, but rather ALL OF THEM.

(Via Byron York)  On Tuesday, State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki appeared flustered when she was asked a question concerning one of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s main legacies at Foggy Bottom. It was something called the Quadrennial Diplomacy and Development Review, known around the Department by the clunky acronym QDDR, and it was created by Secretary Clinton in 2010 to “provide a sweeping assessment of how the Department of State … can become more efficient, accountable, and effective.”
When Psaki announced that the 2014 edition of the QDDR is now underway, to “build on the foundation established by the 2010 review,” Associated Press reporter Matt Lee asked: “Off the top of your head, can you identify one tangible achievement that the last QDDR resulted in?”
Psaki could not. “Well, Matt, obviously it’s an extensive, expansive process,” she began. Noting that she came to the State Department after the first review was finished, Psaki said, “I am certain that those who were here at the time, who worked hard on that effort, could point out one.” (more…)

When Libya erupted in *rebel* turmoil we were following the details closely because we quickly identified the ideology of the “rebels” as al-Qaeda.   
Over time the entire civil war became a conflict of Justice Minister Mustafa Abdel Jalil (the first defector and self proclaimed head of the rebels) vs. Kaddaffi. 

If it were not for Samantha Power, Susan Rice and Hillary Clinton Kaddaffi would have won the internal war.    The misguided premise of R2P (Responsibility to Protect), a specific Samantha Power construct, is the excuse that was eventually used by the Obama administration to enter the foray and pick a side.  They chose the al-Qaeda “rebels”.
This commission report essentially encapsulates what we have previously outlined.   However, for some reason they totally avoid the mention of Justice Abdel Jalil.
BENGHAZI GATE – The Citizens Commission on Benghazi, a self-selected group of former top military officers, CIA insiders and think-tankers, declared Tuesday in Washington that a seven-month review of the deadly 2012 terrorist attack has determined that it could have been prevented – if the U.S. hadn’t been helping to arm al-Qaeda militias throughout Libya a year earlier.
‘The United States switched sides in the war on terror with what we did in Libya, knowingly facilitating the provision of weapons to known al-Qaeda militias and figures,’ Clare Lopez, a member of the commission and a former CIA officer, told MailOnline.
She blamed the Obama administration for failing to stop half of a $1 billion United Arab Emirates arms shipment from reaching al-Qaeda-linked militants. (more…)

ALABAMA  − Less than three months before the June primary, four Alabama counties had more voters on their rolls than what the Census Bureau says is their voting age population.
Officials give a number of reasons for that, including under-counting by the census.
Secretary of State Jim Bennett said the discrepancies create opportunity for voting fraud.
“Every duplicate name and every bad address is just an opportunity for crooks to attempt to manipulate our elections,” Bennett said.
Each county has a three-person board of registrars that is responsible for maintaining the voting lists with help from the secretary of state’s office. (more…)
