WASHINGTON DC – Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. left Washington early Wednesday for a day of meetings in Ferguson, Mo., as the highest-ranking Obama administration official to visit the tension-filled community where nightly protests have led to dozens of arrests. […]

The administration has been working behind the scenes to assure leading civil rights groups that it is determined to see justice achieved as Obama — who has been criticized by some African American leaders for not visiting Ferguson himself — seeks to preserve his support in the black community with his handling of the racially charged case.
Holder and senior Obama adviser Valerie Jarrett briefed 1,000 African American leaders, community organizers and civil rights groups in private conference calls this week, White House aides said. The strategy was aimed at enlisting the groups to “help keep the situation calm and focused,” said a senior administration official, speaking on the condition of anonymity to describe the conversations. (Via DonOfAllTrades) I followed a trail of blood up the concrete steps as Deja vu overtook my thoughts.
I’d been here before, just a few short months ago, doing the same exact thing, following a trail of blood to an open front door.
As was the case then, on this night there had been another call for shots fired heard coming from the street.
A trail of blood, an open door and no body to be found.
Just like last time, the person was taken to the hospital by a friend, so we wait to hear from the hospital when they make their mandatory call about somebody coming into the emergency room with bullets in their body.
As I was checking the house for another injured or dead person, I couldn’t help but notice that the house was exactly as it had been before.
There was no furniture in the living room and there was trash all over the place. Paper plates with leftover food and cigarette butts littered the kitchen counter. The upstairs was where the televisions and furniture were kept. When you live in fear of drive by shootings, upstairs is the safer place to spend most of your time. (more…)

Yeah, I know, ….”really, Spike Lee”?  We all know he’s a racial antagonist. But I just couldn’t pass up this one, and had to share.
Spike Lee finds a “Grand Conspiracy” about the Autopsy being released and the “Josie” audio recording on the same day…. and other bits.
Just forward the video to 3:30 and watch him put on the Tin Foil hat.

The funny thing is he doesn’t even know the sequence. Both the caller to the Dana Loesch show, the “Josie” audio, and our find of the “hidden witness audio”, happened prior to the release of the Parks and Crump Autopsy.
In addition, Spite Lee doesn’t seem to know the “autopsy” was actually done by, and released by, the Brown family attorneys’. He’s so focused on, and frustrated by, the fact the witness accounts deflated the grand autopsy presentation – he put his tin foil hat on backward.

A local Saint Louis radio station is reporting that Dorian Johnson has recanted his prior media espousals and now asserts that he and Mike Brown did indeed engage in a physical confrontation with Officer Darren Wilson.  As a consequence the same Radio Station is asserting the local prosecutor essentially advises it’s doubtful charges would be filed.   The Radio Station report is screen capped below:

While this report is difficult to vet it does align with recently leaked information about Officer Wilson sustaining significant injury as a result of a felonious assault by Mike Brown during the initial encounter.  Additionally we know the Grand Jury is scheduled for tomorrow.   We also just found out the Missouri AG is on site tonight and tomorrow. (Via Sharyl Attkisson)  The Republican-led House Select Committee investigating Benghazi has selected its lead legal official: a retired three-star general who, most recently, served as the U.S. Army’s Judge Advocate General under President Obama. That’s according to sources with information regarding the appointment.
Lt. Gen. Dana Chipman, 55, attended West Point and received his law degree from Stanford Law School in 1986, according to public reports. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Strategic Studies. He will serve as Chief Counsel of the Select Committee.
Chipman retired from the military last year after 33 years of service. His retirement ceremony was hosted by Joint Chiefs of Staff General Martin Dempsey, whose actions have come under scrutiny as part of the Congressional investigation into the limited military response to the Benghazi terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2012.  (continue reading)

IRAQ – A new video posted online Tuesday purportedly shows Islamic State militants beheading an American journalist.
The nearly five minute video, titled “A Message to America,” depicts a man believed to be missing photojournalist James Foley being beheaded by a militant.

The video opens with a message from the Islamic State, attacking President Barack Obama for recently directing airstrikes against the terror group.
“Obama authorizes military operations against the Islamic State effectively placing America upon a slippery slope towards a new war front against Muslims,” the video said.
Then the shot pans over to Foley, who speaks into the camera.
“I call on my friends, family and loved ones to rise up against my real killers: the U.S. government,” Foley said in the video. (more…)

The Brown Family attorney’s Benjamin Crump and Daryl Parks are now claiming Mike Brown was “executed” by Officer Wilson to CNN:

(Via CNN)  We are getting a new description of the shooting of Michael Brown from a woman calling herself “Josie” and claiming to be a friend of the police officer who fired the fatal shots. She describes Brown pushing officer Darren Wilson and punching him in the face. That contradicts the account given by Michael Brown’s friend Dorian Johnson, who was with him at the time and witnessed the shooting.

Attorney Benjamin Crump is representing the Brown family. He spoke to Anderson and described the shooting as an execution.  (link)

To support their “execution” claim, they are pointing to “their autopsy” given to the New York Times.

A false narrative is a quick assembly but horridly slow in the deconstruction.

More evidence comes out to support Officer Darren Wilson’s contention that Mike Brown punched him in the vehicle and a struggle for the officer’s gun ensued.   Medical reports reflect Officer Wilson suffered a broken orbital socket  (eye), and was treated at a local hospital for his injuries.

This provides more affirmation toward the officers version of events.   In addition a local reporter has claimed 12 eye witnesses support Officer Wilson’s version, along with the audio we discovered of a detached eye witness, with no vested interest, speaking off camera and describing the officer supported scenario.
In addition we also know the federal autopsy is complete:

TIME […]  FBI agents have successfully canvassed the area around the shooting scene for witnesses and are sharing what they’ve learned with St. Louis County investigators, said Richard G. Callahan, U.S Attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri. An autopsy by a top U.S. military forensic examiner was completed on Monday and “physical evidence is being analyzed.”

There are no plans, however, to make details of the investigation public before the information is presented to a St. Louis County grand jury—a process that will take weeks or months. Callahan acknowledged the tension between the needs of investigators and the demands of the media and protesters.  (continue reading)
