Following a meeting with Leader John Thune and republican senators, President Trump pauses to answer questions from the assembled DC press pool. Topics included the legislative agenda, border security, deportation of illegal aliens, Liz Cheney, the California fires, Greenland and the Panama Canal.
It’s a little humorous when you consider this is what a short ‘press conference’ with a President looks like. President Trump delivers rapid fire remarks in big contrast to the four years of Joe Biden. WATCH:

Brazilian former President Jair Bolsonaro has been accused of attempting to stage a coup to remain in office. Similar to the lawfare attacks against President Trump in 2020, Bolsonaro stands accused of fomenting a coup in 2023; his passport was taken to stop him from leaving the country.
Bolsonaro wants to attend President Trump’s inauguration. The two leaders have a lot in common, including the fact that both survived assassination attempts.
(Via Politico) – President-elect Donald Trump has invited Jair Bolsonaro to his upcoming inauguration, but the former Brazilian president may not be able to attend — he surrendered his passport to authorities while under investigation for allegedly helping plan and participate in a 2023 coup attempt in an effort to remain in office.
“My lawyer, Dr. Paulo Bueno, has already forwarded a request to Minister Alexandre de Moraes for me to have my passport returned so that I can attend this honorable and important historical event,” Bolsonaro wrote on X in Portuguese Wednesday, the two-year anniversary of the Jan. 8 coup attempt. A massive California wildfire is consuming some of the most valuable property around Los Angeles. The Pacific Palisades fire is expanding rapidly due to high winds and dry conditions. Making matters worse, firefighters are having a problem with water shortages to fight the fire due to California environmental standards.
An ariel shot shows the extent of the fire last night, and the situation is rapidly worsening. Firefighters are now focused on rescue efforts.
CALIFORNIA – A state of emergency has been declared in Los Angeles after a huge wildfire swept through hillsides dotted with celebrity homes.
The fire forced the evacuation of 30,000 people, some of whom abandoned their cars and fled on foot to safety.
Nearly 3,000 acres of the Pacific Palisades area between the coastal towns of Santa Monica and Malibu had burned by the Palisades Fire, officials said. Fire officials said that several people were injured, some with burns to faces and hands.
A second blaze dubbed the Eaton Fire broke out some 30 miles inland near Pasadena and doubled in size to 400 acres in a few hours, the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection said.
“This was no small thing, to restore a republic after it had fallen into corruption. I have studied history for years and I cannot recall it ever happening. It may have been that our task was impossible. Yet, if we did not try then how would we know it could not be done? And if we did not try, it most certainly would not be done. The Founders’ Republic, and the larger war for western civilization, would have been lost.”
“But I tell you this: We did not go gently into that bloody collectivist good night. Indeed, we made with our defiance such a sound as ALL history from this day forward will be forced to note, even if they despise us in the writing of it.”
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy Name. Thy kingdom come. THY WILL BE DONE, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but DELIVER US FROM EVIL.
For Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory, forever and ever. Amen †
Oh boy, if you have an in tune spidey sense you will likely see the necessarily angled presentation by GBNews Pundit Neil Oliver, as he discusses the ‘rape gangs’ which have been operating in the U.K for decades.
After putting the context in its correct, horrific and evil place, Mr. Oliver asks the right question, repeatedly, “why now?” Why is this conversation taking place at this specific moment?
Neil knows that when attention is being focused on such a capacity that it makes those who do not want to pay attention, pay attention; it is at that moment when we need to stand back and look around. Whose interests are being served within the “now” question.
Elon Musk could have focused attention on the 500,000 missing, presumed exploited, children in the USA; or he could have drawn attention to the scale and scope of North American human trafficking that dwarfs, only in scale – not depravity, the British rape gangs. However, those American domestic horrors are not the attention-grabbing focus of Musk, why not? Why the ‘look over here’ aspect to the attention. WATCH:
.
Personally, I always find Oliver’s big picture questions and discussions to be very pertinent. In the subtext to his narration, Oliver alludes to something even more problematic from the world of politics. Something so much more consequential inside the question.
The “why now” is almost certainly because those who want the distraction, needs a story of such consequence (‘child rape gang’) in order to provide cover for the issue advancing, but not being discussed. (1) The total takeover of liberty by an elite group under the guise of digital identity; (2) Artificial Intelligence driven control and surveillance facilitated by the tech industrialists; and (3) the need for war against Iran.

The Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) is the facilitation silo for the U.S government exploits through the Intelligence Community (IC). The newly appointed Chairman of that committee is Republican Tom Cotton (Sea Island attendee ’16).
Within an article noting Vice Chairman Mark Warner meeting with Director of National Intelligence (DNI) nominee Tulsi Gabbard, it is noted, “The pre-hearing questionnaire also has not been sent to Gabbard as of yet,” implying the SSCI is purposefully slow walking the nomination. The SSCI did not have any issues sending their pre-hearing questionnaire to CIA Director nominee, John Ratcliffe.
Following the meeting, Senator Mark Warner said, “I had questions going in. I have questions coming out.” The main issue appears to be Mrs Gabbard standing on support for Ukraine, which the Republicans and Democrats on the SSCI fully support.
After the Assad removal operation was successful, Tulsi Gabbards previous meeting with removed Syrian leader Bashir Assad, takes on a new dimension. The SSCI does not like that Gabbard was seemingly a previous supporter of Assad in Syria and the Intelligence Community doesn’t like having their interests challenged; particularly as it revolves around Ukraine.
President Trump’s lawyers were allowed to view a preliminary draft of Jack Smith’s report from the documents case in Florida, under strict rules. After a review, the lawyers wrote to the DOJ demanding the political lawfare report not be released [PDF HERE].
Obviously, the report is a political hit job intended to target the transition process.
Because there are still two codefendants in the case, Judge Aileen Cannon has issued an injunction blocking the release of the report until after an appellate court can hear arguments.
FLORIDA – […] Cannon’s order, issued at the request of two Trump allies who were co-defendants in the classified documents case, bars the Justice Department from releasing the report or any portion of it until three days after a federal appeals court rules on the issue.
The order bars Garland, the Justice Department, Smith and “all of their officers, agents, and employees, and all persons acting in active concert or participation with such individuals” from “releasing, sharing, or transmitting the Final Report or any drafts of such Report outside the Department of Justice.”
Cannon’s order does not apply to Trump or his co-defendants, even though Smith contends they inappropriately revealed aspects of the report — which they have reviewed in recent days — in a Monday court filing. In that filing, Trump revealed Smith described him as “engaged in an unprecedented criminal effort,” as “the head of the criminal conspiracies” and said he harbored a “criminal design.” (read more)
President Trump announced that billionaire founder of DAMAC Properties, Hussain Sajwani, will be investing $20 billion in new U.S. datacenters that will be used to operate high speed artificial intelligence (AI) systems. Noting, “at least $20 billion over a very short period of time.” Trump suggested that number could double, and that the company’s founder was inspired by his election victory.
The data centers will be used for AI, and the initial phase will be in Texas, Arizona, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan and Indiana. Mr Sajwani confirmed during the press remarks that it was the election of President Trump that cemented the idea to build the massive data centers.
This investment appears to align with the AI interests of Silicon Valley entrepreneurs who were big boosters in the final weeks of the campaign. Following the announcement President Trump took questions from the press pool. WATCH:
Hussain Sajwani, has long-standing ties to President Donald Trump. His business, DAMAC Properties, worked with the Trump Organization on a Trump golf course in Dubai. Mr Sajwani and Elon Musk joined President Trump for the New Year celebration in Mar-a-Lago.
