Minority Democrat Extremists Defy 70% of Americans – Keystone Veto Override Blocked By 37 “Domestic Terrorists”…

When Republicans were in the minority conservatives were routinely called “extremists”, “domestic terrorists”, and worse.

keystone

Ergo, following the same logic – today as the minority party, Democrats, openly defy 70% of the American Electorate, and refused to support a veto override of the Keystone Pipeline, they are positioning themselves as the extremists and domestic terrorists.

(Via The Hill) The Senate failed to override President Obama’s veto of legislation approving the Keystone XL pipeline, falling five votes short of the two-thirds majority needed in a 62-37 vote.

Nine Democrats voted with Republicans to override Obama: Sens. Joe Manchin (W.Va.), Heidi Heitkamp (N.D.), Mark Warner (Va.), Claire McCaskill (Mo.), Bob Casey (Pa.), Joe Donnelly (Ind.), Michael Bennet (Colo), Tom Carper (Del.) and Jon Tester (Mont.). (link)

Oh My, Hillary on Camera: “potentially being investigated like that; why would I ever want to use email, can you imagine”…

The older media story essentially circled around Bill and Hillary Clinton falsifying the amount of donations given by a big time Democrat fundraiser. Essentially listing the political donation as a far lower donation than actually received.

The Clintons claimed they listed the amount the donor reported; the donor said bulls**t, claiming he gave and reported far more money than was listed on the mandatory disclosures. This put the donor in a position of legal risk because it could appear he falsified documents. The donor claims he reported the correct contribution, it was the Clintons who falsified the amount on the required campaign finance forms.

However, that’s not the important aspect as it relates to today’s headlines. Take the video to 03:40 and listen to what Hillary Clinton admits regarding her use of, and concern with, Email.

Officer Darren Wilson Will NOT Face Federal Civil Rights Charges – Full Ferguson DOJ Finding Report Included (pdf)

darren wilson november 2Following the shooting death of Mike Brown in Ferguson Missouri the federal DOJ launched two investigations.  One investigation into Officer Darren Wilson, and a second investigation into the Ferguson Police Department.

Officer Wilson was previously cleared by a Saint Louis Grand Jury of any wrongdoing.

[…] DOJ found that Wilson’s use of deadly force against Brown could not be proven to be considered “objectively unreasonable,” and that federal charges were not appropriate.

“There is no evidence upon which prosecutors can rely to disprove Wilson’s stated subjective belief that he feared for his safety,” states a DOJ report on the decision. (link)

Today, after telling the family of Mike Brown that Officer Wilson will not face any DOJ charges, the DOJ released a report of their investigative findings.  The Saint Louis Post Dispatch has a summary of findings HERE

Team Clinton Ran Their Own Private Email Servers From New York Home….

Probably paid for by the Clinton Global Initiative… Things are getting really interesting.

Podesta and ClintonWASHINGTON (AP) — The computer server that transmitted and received Hillary Rodham Clinton’s emails — on a private account she used exclusively for official business when she was secretary of state — traced back to an Internet service registered to her family’s home in Chappaqua, New York, according to Internet records reviewed by The Associated Press.

The highly unusual practice of a Cabinet-level official physically running her own email would have given Clinton, the presumptive Democratic presidential candidate, impressive control over limiting access to her message archives. It also would distinguish Clinton’s secretive email practices as far more sophisticated than some politicians, including Mitt Romney and Sarah Palin, who were caught conducting official business using free email services operated by Microsoft Corp. and Yahoo Inc. THE OBVIOUS – Other Hillary State Dept Aides Held Private Email Addresses For Secretive Communication…

We shared this expectation last evening within hours of finding out about the secret Clinton email accounts.  Specifically, regarding Huma Abedin. If there were other State Department Officers and aides to Hillary who held similar email profiles Abedin would definitely be at the top of the list.

She is.

….And she is not alone.

Huma Abedin and Hillary Clintonundefined

(Left – Huma Abedin and Hillary / Right – Hillary and Philippe Reines)

Gawker, yes Gawker, is highlighting the obvious. Other “Top Clinton Aides” used personal email addresses in an apparent intentional effort to avoid the sunlight within state department emails. Huma Abedin was definitely one of them and GAWKER has proof. (more…)
