DOJ: "Nice Website You Got There, Be a Shame If Something Happened To it"….

Previously the DOJ was only going so far as to call the Tea-Party right-wing extremists so they could be easily targeted by the IRS. Now the DOJ intends to push the envelope further by attaching the “right-wing” label to Islamic Jihad. The truth is fundamentally opposite. Totalitarian regimes are on the far left of the political and governmental continuum. But lets not allow facts to mess up a good propaganda campaign.
Loretta lynch(Washington Free Beacon) The Department of Justice is concentrating on “far-right” groups in a new study of social media usage aimed at combatting violent extremism.
The Justice Department’s National Institute of Justice (NIJ) awarded Michigan State University $585,719 for the study, which was praised by Eric Holder, the former attorney general, earlier this year.
“There is currently limited knowledge of the role of technology and computer mediated communications (CMCs), such as Facebook and Twitter, in the dissemination of messages that promote extremist agendas and radicalize individuals to violence,” according to the NIJ grant. “The proposed study will address this gap through a series of qualitative and quantitative analyses of posts from various forms of CMC used by members of both the far-right and Islamic extremist movements.” (more…)

SCOTUS Rulings All Week…

The Supreme Court of The United States (SCOTUS) will be delivering rulings, on previously argued cases, all week. Today, two rulings announced.

r-SUPREME-COURT-JUSTICES-large570
♦  8-1 EEOC wins suit filed against Abercrombie and Fitch on behalf of Muslim woman who sought discrimination protection -based on religion as the qualifying protected category- claiming disqualification from employment because she wore a headscarf.
Ridiculously Abercrombie argued their side of the case based on the applicant never “requesting a religious accommodation“. Justice Scalia informed the business the applicant did not need to be specifically denied a requested accommodation in order to be discriminated; the applicant merely needed to prove their employment disqualification was due to their religious belief.

…”An applicant need only show that his need for an accommodation was a motivating factor in the employer’s decision”…  ~ Scalia

This was really a no-brainer win for religious freedom and employment eligibility. (more…)

Perpetually Aggrieved Muslim Flyer Tahera Ahmad – Not Her First Grievance Rodeo…

When a person walks around continually looking for grievance it should come as no surprise when they find one, or eleventy.

The ridiculous, and profoundly sketchy, story of the liberal Northwestern University Muslim chaplain, Tahera Ahmad, discriminated against by United Airlines because a flight attendant opened her can of diet Coke is one such invisible grievance that only the perpetually aggrieved could find.

Three More People Killed Sunday – Baltimore's May Murder Rate Breaks Records – Deadliest Month In 40 Years…

Here’s an interesting little snippet buried in the data:

[…]  During April’s riots, thousands of dollars in narcotics and other drugs were stolen from more than 20 Baltimore pharmacies. Twenty-seven pharmacies reported damage during the unrest.

BALTIMORE – With three men killed in eastside shootings on Sunday, Baltimore recorded its deadliest month in more than 40 years..
Baltimore leadership
The 43 killings in May surpassed the 42 homicides the city saw in August 1990, and left Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake defending police and her administration.
Speaking at a morning ceremony to honor McKenzie Elliott, the 3-year-old killed by a stray bullet in August, Rawlings-Blake said it’s time to stop finger-pointing and assigning blame for the recent violence.
The killing of African-Americans in Baltimore has to stop, she said, noting that 189 of the 208 killed last year were black men. For the city to improve, all homicides need to drop, she added.
“We have to do better,” the mayor said. “We have to want more.” (more…)

If He Builds It, They Will Come – Scott Walker Leads Growing Field In Iowa….

He could unite the rebel alliance…

IOWA – Scott Walker’s popularity streak in Iowa is real: He’s seven percentage points ahead of his nearest competition in the presidential horse race here, chased by a tight pack of four in a clear top tier: Ben Carson, Rand Paul, Jeb Bush and Mike Huckabee.
Scott Walker 2
Marco Rubio lags in a single-digit scrum, but a deeper look into the numbers shows that if Walker is the hare in Iowa, Rubio may be the tortoise, potentially positioned to pull ahead if he campaigns hard, a new Des Moines Register/Bloomberg Politics Iowa Poll finds.
Walker, a Wisconsin governor known for imposing restrictions on labor unions, hasn’t officially announced he’s running for the White House in 2016, but he’s the first choice for 17 percent of likely GOP caucusgoers in Iowa, making him the one to beat in an oversized field of 16 Republicans tested. Saint Louis County Judge Will Hear Argument From Grand Jury Critic – Mike Brown Shooting Case

The issues within the Post Dispatch article below highlight the problems created by media publicity within the legal system.
Media Lying
Similar to the Trayvon Martin shooting much, if not most, of the information transmitted to the public in the Mike Brown shooting was created by agenda driven media entities like MSNBC, CNN, all the alphabets, and 90%+ of the print media. Most of it completely false.
The media, essentially broken down into various factions within an ideologically similar left-wing profession, looking for a cause, a Ryan Julison type cause, to push upon their readership and viewership – while inflating their own ego and liberal bona fides.
Rioting erupts in Ferguson, Missouri after police involved shooting of an unarmed teenOh yes, make no mistakes, the real enemy in all of these events is an intentionally deceitful media.
To offset the inherent bias stemming from the embedded, media-driven, false narrative, Prosecutor Robert McCulloch gave the grand jury every available scintilla of information to present the total realistic picture of what took place in Canfield Greens apartment complex. Simultaneously, outside the Grand Jury, the false stories fraught with agenda-interests were being promoted by the media 24/7.
There was, in essence, two realities. One inside the legal preceedings based on fact, the other outside in the rest of the world based on emotion and deception. It is no surprise to see how some cannot grasp the concept of being lied to so totally and completely. (more…)
