Senator Marco Rubio and Senator Ted Cruz are competing for the ‘moderate amnesty vote’.
Via CNN – Rubio, speaking in Hilton Head, South Carolina, Thursday, noted Cruz’s support for H-1B visas as the two senators spar over broader immigration policy.
“Ted is a supporter of legalizing people that are in this country illegally,” Rubio said. “In fact, when the Senate bill was proposed he proposed legalizing people that were here illegally — he proposed giving them work permits. He’s also supported a massive expansion of the green cards. He’s supported a massive expansion of the H-1B program – a 500% increase.”
He added: “If you look at it, I don’t think our positions are dramatically different.” (link)
Vincent Asaro has been acquitted of all federal racketeering charges charges including the 1978 Lufthansa Heist, and capital murder. The Lufthansa heist was the backdrop within the Hollywood movie “Goodfellas.”

Today a New York City jury found Asaro not guilty which is a huge embarrassment for the DOJ which has spent millions prosecuting him. Five members of the Bonanno organized crime family of La Cosa Nostra (the Bonanno family) were charged with racketeering conspiracy, including predicate acts of murder, conspiracy to commit murder, solicitation to murder, robbery and extortion. They were arrested in 2014 in Brooklyn. (more…)
Mark Steyn also notices how Fox Business News and the Wall Street Journal were in no hurry to compare or contrast Marco Rubio with Donald Trump on the issue of immigration enforcement, borders, deportation and Rubio’s gang-of-eight affiliations.

Well, I thought the most interesting moment came when Donald Trump brought up Eisenhower:
Let me just tell you that Dwight Eisenhower—a good president, great president, people liked him. ‘I Like Ike’, right? The expression ‘I Like Ike’? – moved a million and a half illegal immigrants out of this country, moved them just beyond the border: They came back. Moved them again, beyond the border: They came back. Then moved them way south. They never came back.
To the establishments of both parties and the media, Trump is beyond the pale. Yet he keeps, confidently, moving beyonder. And, as he does so, he’s moving the pale. NBC News.
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy Name. Thy kingdom come. THY WILL BE DONE, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but DELIVER US FROM EVIL.
For Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory, forever and ever. Amen †
Macy’s is blaming “warm weather” and “low spending from tourists” for a massive drop in sales and excessive on hand inventory, which has now caused them to cut their full-year sales forecast.
However, given the severity of the backlash against Macy’s over their initial disparagement’s of Donald Trump [June/July 2015], and considering the ongoing visible impacts of “Cold Anger” – perhaps this is more an effect of boycotts AND/OR weather.

(Reuters) […] Macy’s Chief Executive Terry Lundgren said on a conference call he was not happy with the company’s performance in the quarter ended Oct. 31.
Sales at stores open at least a year fell 3.6 percent in their third straight quarterly decline. Analysts on average had expected 0.2 percent growth, according to research firm Consensus Metrix. (more…)
Great job Trump Team Virginia. Virginia is the second hardest state to qualify for ballot placement (hardest is Illinois). While the Trump team needed 5,000 signatures, plus 200 per congressional district (11), team Trump submitted 15,000 signatures which were verified and validated !!
Donald Trump is now the first, and so far only, candidate to reach these challenging VA qualifications. The remaining campaigns have less than a month remaining to qualify. The primary date is scheduled for March 1st.
RVA PRESS RELEASE – The Republican Party of Virginia (RPV) is pleased to announce that Donald Trump is the first Republican candidate to submit signatures for “pre-check” review by the RPV and are ready for submission to the State Board of Elections, well ahead of the December 10, 2015 deadline.
RPV reviewed the signatures on the petitions submitted and the Trump Campaign passed the pre-check process indicating there are sufficient signatures to meet the 5,000 statewide and 200 per Congressional District requirements of Virginia law. (more…)

(Via Fox News) The first column I wrote on the Mizzou controversy analyzed the allegations and pointed out that firing a president had zero connection to any of the allegations or the demands for the protesters.
In that column I accepted the protester’s allegations as true. But as the week has gone on and the protesters have been exposed as anti-first amendment, selectively racist, and, last night, willing to perpetrate actual lies to get more attention, isn’t it time to examine whether these incidents are actually real?
