Sounds like the Norwegians are trying to play both sides in their best attempt to balance and come out on whichever side ends up winning- it will be Russia, but they are hedging and hedging hard.

I’m do damn sick and tired of it all. I get even more frustrated when I hear people, people I know to be smart, peddle the same lies and BS. It appears, other than Treepers, and a few other types, most people have no clue about 2014, Victoria Nuland, the coup we helped forment, the overthrow we pushed, the encroachment on Russian borders, and the bio-weapons labs we built all across Ukraine.
They forget the Clinton reset button and then her selling Russia our Uranium as well as missile technology (Kolkovo). They ignore and forget a lot of what has happened over the last decade.
I do believe that Elon removing access to Starlink (although I think he took too long; Elon’s companies knew the Ukrainians were using Starlink for military purposes), as well as the US reiterating that Ukraine doesn’t have access to the military version, is also a signal.
