However, an apoplectic CNN is increasingly alarmed the U.S. electorate would be reading the raw material and making up their own mind.  According to Clinton News Nework pundit Chris Cuomo:  “All your news are belong to us.”:

It cannot be overstated just how far the preferred corporate media narrative is disconnected from reality. The real battle is for your mind.

The institutional media goal is to grind down Trump/Pence supporter enthusiasm (which is massive), and artificially inflate the narrative of enthusiasm for Clinton/Kaine (which does not exist).  Within the reality we find the disconnect outlining the “rigged system”.
Tim Kaine goes to Miami-Dade, a regional geography with millions of registered Democrat voters, to deliver a rally speech and less than 50 people show up:

WE ARE WINNING – The signs are increasingly everywhere. 2.6 million individual small donations to Trump in September, that’s yuge.

The media is shifting their attack Trump approach – to attack Trump supporters. This is a key ‘indicator’ which tells us the media attempts to destroy their original target is not having the necessary effect. Historically, when this happens the media shift and begin trying to frame a narrative against the supporters of their target.
It has always been thus. Remember their playbook: Isolate, Ridicule, Marginalize…

RED SEA – (CNN) The Navy destroyer USS Mason [Guided Missile Destroyer] fired countermeasures in the Red Sea on Saturday after it detected what it believed were incoming missiles.

Officials Saturday night were uncertain about what exactly happened, if there were multiple incoming missiles or if there was a malfunction with the radar detection system on the destroyer.
“We are aware of the reports and we are assessing the situation. All of our ships and crews are safe and unharmed,” one US defense official told CNN.  The USS Nitze and the USS Ponce were sailing nearby. (more…)
