(HatTip Froggie) The strong-arm robbery cohort -and “shooting eye witness”- of Mike Brown, Dorian Johnson, is represented by his attorney Freeman Bosley Jr.    Both Johnson and Bosley have run afoul of the law and been charged with “theft”.

As previously outlined – Dorian Johnson even has an outstanding warrant pertaining to his prior arrest:

(VIA DAILY MAIL) The key witness in the shooting of unarmed black teenager Michael Brown was arrested for lying to cops three years ago and currently has an outstanding arrest warrant.

Dorian Johnson, 22, was arrested by police in Jefferson City, Missouri, in June 2011 after he allegedly stole a delivery package off a doorstep in an apartment complex. He was attending college at Lincoln University in the city, which is about 120miles west of Ferguson.

When cops asked Johnson for his name, he told them he was Derrick Johnson and that he was 16 – though he gave officer a birth date that would have made him 17, according to an arrest report obtained by MailOnline.

Officers later found a student ID in Johnson’s sock that gave his real name. (more)

“I think, again, what the president made clear at the time of the Guantanamo transfer was that his commitment to the men and women that serve overseas is a bedrock one, that we will leave no man or woman behind. 11:48 a.m. to noon – An officer responds to a call of a sick person.

11:51 a.m. – Another call comes in about a robbery at a convenience store. The dispatcher gives a description of the robber and says the suspect is walking toward the Quick Trip convenience store.

12:01 p.m. – The officer encounters Michael Brown and a friend as they walk down a street.  “Big Mike” Brown is shot to death as a result of the encounter.

FAST FORWARD TO TODAY — 

• As of around noon,  $235,010 had been raised for the safety of Officer Darren Wilson and his family, and to assist them with unavoidable expenses.
• As a result of the success and momentum of the fundraising which was initiated on GoFundMe four days ago, the friends, family, and supporters of Officer Wilson have made a pragmatic change.

As of right now the support page for Police Officer Darren Wilson has raised over $190,000 and growing.   People around the nation are awake to the propaganda within the culture of rabid hate within the professional grievance industry.
People like Daryl Parks, Benjamin Crump and Al Sharpton can only exist within a system that allows them to rage against people for fallacious reasons.   The constructs of hate are always manipulated by people who derive financial benefit and power from the targeting it creates as a specific consequence.

(Via MediaIte) It has been nearly two weeks since Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson shot and killed 18-year-old unarmed Michael Brown and according to a new report from the Washington Post, prosecutors in the case have still not spoken directly to the potential defendant.
​St. Louis County Prosecutor Robert McCulloch is expected to handle the case, despite calls from him to recuse himself because his own father, a police officer, was murdered by an African-American man.
“We’re gonna proceed, as I’ve laid out to people, until I’m told — if i’m told — by the governor that I can’t,” McCulloch said in an interview Wednesday. “And the most devastating thing that can happen is if a week from now, a month from now, he decides he’s taking me off of this case. Then everybody’s starting over.”
On Thursday, Gov. Jay Nixon (D-MO) indicated that he will not appoint a special prosecutor to handle the Ferguson case:  (more)

(Via WFB)  The Obama administration violated federal law when it released five senior Taliban leaders from prison without notifying Congress, as is legally mandated, according to an investigation by the Government Accountability Office (GAO).

The GAO concluded in a report issued Thursday that the Obama administration failed to provide proper notification of the Taliban release and illegally used taxpayer funds that were not appropriated to enable the inmate transfer, according to the report.
The Obama administration in May secretly struck a deal with the Taliban in Afghanistan to free from the Guantanamo Bay prison camp in Cuba five of its top leaders in exchange for the return of captured U.S. soldier Bowe Bergdahl, who was later accused by fellow soldiers of having deserted the Army prior to his capture. Why ? Because they were petrified of the political optics of contrast. The Obama administration had just used the excuse, “by any means possible” to trade the release of the Gitmo5 terrorists for Private Bergdahl. The White House understood the optic of an American hostage being killed as retaliation for military strikes against ISIL as a risk of the newly created Obama reality – negotiating with terrorists.
The White House leaked the rescue effort in a feeble attempt to show they did try something.

So the White house compromised a covert operation for political cover and gain. It’s how the McDonough team work. The only risk they worry about is the political risk of how it makes them look. All politics all the time. Period.
