(Via Breitbart) Catherine Engelbrecht – the founder of True The Vote and a victim of targeting by President Obama’s IRS, other agencies, and Democratic Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD) – compared Mississippi’s GOP chairman Joe Nosef to the leading Obama administration scandal players.

“Joe Nosef has now joined the ranks of Obama, HoIder, Lerner, IRS, DOJ, Rep. Ejiah Cummings, and all the rest,” Engelbrecht told Breitbart News. “I’m proud to be part of a group of patriots who’ve come together from all over the country to stand with the voters of Mississippi and tell the truth of our experiences, even when politicos like Mr. Nosef would much prefer if we all just kept quiet. April 2009 –  After a Mid-East trip to Egypt to deliver his Cairo speech, President Barack Obama travels to South America for the “Summit of the Americas“.  The summit included thirty-four South American countries.  Obama wanted to promote his point that relations in North and South America can be heavily improved, especially after age old ideals on immigration and commerce are dropped.   Hugo Chavez warmly embraced Obama and provided a gift, a book titled “The Open Veins of Latin America“.  (link)

December 2009 – November 2010 – 100% of all political effort was leveraged to create and institute the ACA or ObamaCare.   All media oxygen is focused on ObamaCare 24/7.
November 2010 –  President Obama is “shellacked” in Mid-Term elections.   Loses control of the House of Representatives to Republicans.   Biggest electoral defeat since 1918.
January 2011 – Emphasis, and political strategy changes.  “Comprehensive Immigration Reform“, ie. “amnesty” becomes the mainstay approach toward retention of political power.  Throughout a contentious Republican primary season, to assist their ideological traveler, the U.S. media kept the issue on the front burner.
November 2012 – Election year campaign(s).   Using wedge issues like “War on Women”, and “Immigration / Amnesty”, candidate Obama promises to push congress for “amnesty”, under the guise of “Comprehensive Immigration Reform”, if elected.  President Obama wins reelection.
December 2012 –  Immediately following reelection President Barack Obama signs an Executive Order creating the “Deferred Action Program”, or DACA.   Allowing millions of illegal aliens to avoid deportation.  (link)

WASHINGTON DC – A federal judge on Thursday ordered the IRS to detail under oath how some of former agency official Lois Lerner’s emails went missing, as well as any potential methods for recovering them.

Judge Emmet Sullivan of the U.S. District Court in Washington gave the Internal Revenue Service exactly a month — until Aug. 10 — to file a report, which he demanded as part of a lawsuit from a conservative watchdog, Judicial Watch, against the agency.
Judicial Watch is seeking a wide range of documents from the IRS, including Lerner’s emails, as part of a Freedom of Information Act request. It has complained that the IRS didn’t tell it that the agency couldn’t recover all of Lerner’s emails from 2009 to 2011.
Sullivan cast his ruling as a compromise, and a potential way for Judicial Watch to get answers without the court wading any deeper into the matter. Judicial Watch had asked the court to potentially compel IRS officials to testify about the lost emails, through a process called limited discovery. (more…)

(via WeaselZippers) The man to the left of Bergdahl is Badar’udin Haqqani, the son of the Haqqani leader, Jalaluddin Haqqani. The Haqqani are aligned with the Taliban and are the people who held Bergdahl for five years. Badar’udin Haqqani was killed in an attack in 2012.

(Via Breitbart)  National conservative election integrity organization True The Vote has asked a federal judge to issue a restraining order against the Mississippi Republican Party, alleging that the state GOP may be engaged in the destruction of evidence of alleged voter fraud from the June 24 GOP primary runoff.
“Defendant county commissioners have continued to violate federal law by preventing access to election records. Now, we think we know why,” True The Vote founder Catherine Engelbrecht said in a statement. “If the affidavits we now have regarding the destruction of election documents and other similarly stunning findings are true, then no Mississippian, no American, can trust the results of this election.”

It’s a precarious position Senator Cruz is staking out.   Ultimately he’s going to have to make a decision about staying with the NRSC, as the evidence of NRSC FEC fraud is brought to sunlight by the Mississippi election.
So far he’s only vocalizing his animosity about the NRSC using race-baiting tactics to attack another Republican, Chris McDaniel.  However, if the vote-buying fraud is tied to the NRSC  –which evidence is clearly outlining– then Ted Cruz will either have to cut bait, or stay forever hooked to the fraud.

The defiant Republican’s brutal criticism of Sen. Thad Cochran’s (R-Miss.) reelection campaign on Tuesday — and the involvement of a group he is technically a vice chairman of, the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) — is just the latest example of the Tea Party hero refusing to play nice.
That brazen approach has exacerbated already fragile relations with establishment Republicans, who believe the freshman senator is intentionally undercutting them for no reason other than furthering his own political career.

You’ll note that Senator Ted Cruz seems to express disgust and outrage against the tactics deployed by what he calls the “DC Machine”. Cruz states that their conduct in the Mississippi runoff was “incredibly disappointing” etc.
However, we now know -from specific documentation provided by internal research into the activity around the Mississippi campaign- that the National Republican Senatorial Campaign, the NRSC, was the financier for the attack ads against Chris McDaniel.
So who is the “DC Machine”, this “leadership of the NRSC”, that Senator Ted Cruz is so “incredibly disappointed” in ? (more…)
