Cutting Through The BS – Rick Perry Endorses Mitch McConnell – We Answer The "Why" Question(s) and Worse… They Wouldn't Let Matt Bevin Speak !

By now you might have noticed that Texas Governor Rick Perry endorsed Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell in his re-election bid.   You might have also heard his endorsement was during the Kentucky Lincoln/Reagan Dinner.   But did you hear that McConnells opponent, Matt Bevin, was also present and NOT allowed to speak ?
Such is the state of the Establishment Republicans, the “Decepticons”, fear.   You think the BIG R’s speak for freedom – they don’t.
Rick Perry gets makeupMcConnell and Boehner
Back in the summer of 2011 as the 2012 candidates were aligning/positioning for a potential run, a meeting was held in Colorado with the Koch Brothers et al, the Decepticons,  the Big Money Donors and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce folk including Tom Donohue.
Governor Rick Perry was the group’s hand selected man of choice.  His presence was unpublicized and somewhat mysterious.   In his home state there were questioning reports of his whereabouts.   That was 2011.
Fast forward to 2014 and it is any surprise the Decepticons and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce / Tom Donohue would not leverage ‘their man’ to assist their agenda ?   Actually, it shows just how desperate they are to retain power.   They wouldn’t even permit Matt Bevin to speak at the dinner.   THINK ABOUT IT.
Is that FREEDOM, or FEAR ?

Abortion Barbie Says Her Paraplegic Republican Opponent “Never Walked A Mile In Her Shoes”….

wendy-davis-2TEXAS – It’s just getting worse and worse for abortion activist Wendy Davis, who is falling on her own sword in the Texas gubernatorial race.

First, Davis was caught by a Dallas newspaper lying about her story of being a single mom who overcame adversity. Then, she sought to blame her problems on pro-life candidate for governor Greg Abbott.   Now, in attacking Abbot, she’s stuck her foot in her mouth saying he’s “never walked a mile in my shoes.”

Problem is, Abbott can’t. He’s a paraplegic who is confined to a wheelchair. (link)

Abortion Barbie – Wendy Davis, Research Outlines Her As Opportunistic Grifter Who Divorced 2nd Husband Day After He Finished Paying Off Her Student Loans – She Gave Up Custody Of Two Children and Left…..

She gave custody of her first child to the father of her second child when she walked out….

In an extensive interview last week, Davis acknowledged some chronological errors and incomplete details in what she and her aides have said about her life. “My language should be tighter,” she said. “I’m learning about using broader, looser language. I need to be more focused on the detail.” (link)

Wendy Davis(Examiner) — On Sunday the Dallas Morning News shined a very bright light on gubernatorial candidate Wendy Davis and, it was in what was alluded to, that shows her in the most negative way. The darling of the left – who is referred to as “Abortion Barbie” by her detractors – has admitted that some factoids about her past were not as “tight” as they should have been. At first it was the team from Republican Greg Abbott that was calling a time out on her pulling at the heart strings background; however, now the DMN has launched a similar action.

Davis, who is attempting to become the first Democratic governor in 19 years, has picked the one state that embraces “Keep it Right / Keep it Red” mentality when it comes to most elected officials. (more…)

Texas Tea – Yea Ted !!! WOLVERINES !!!! (Texas Style) **Update** Ted Serves Chic-fil-A at victory party

UPDATE of shere awesomeness – Team Cruz serves Chic-fil-A at Victory Party:

Sarah Palin responds:

Congratulations to Ted Cruz! This is a victory both for Ted and for the grassroots Tea Party movement. This primary race has always been about the kind of leadership we need in D.C. Our goal is not just about changing the majority in the Senate. It is about the kind of leadership we want. Ted Cruz represents the kind of strong conservative leadership we want in D.C. Go-along to get-along career politicians who hew the path of least resistance are no longer acceptable at a time when our country is drowning in debt and our children’s futures are at stake. The message of this race couldn’t be clearer for the political establishment: the Tea Party is alive and well and we will not settle for business as usual. Now, it’s on to November!

TEXAS “Tea” – Former state solicitor general Ted Cruz, a tea party-aligned conservative once regarded as a long-shot candidate, has won the Republican runoff in Texas, where he will be the GOP nominee for the U.S. Senate in the November election. The Associated Press has called the race for Cruz over Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst. Cruz will be a heavy favorite over Democratic nominee Paul Sadler, who also won a runoff on Tuesday.

Cruz, an emerging conservative star whose father emigrated to the United States from Cuba, has drawn comparisons to Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) and has been lauded by national conservative political pundits and groups for over a year. His victory is a major blow to the Republican establishment in Texas, which lined up squarely behind Dewhurst. It’s also a victory for the tea party and national conservatives who lined up behind Cruz even when a surprise win appeared unlikely. (more…)

“America Is Calling”….Rick Perry

Watch the really good ad Rick Perry just released.  It might be coming out too late to help him in Iowa, but will he be able to convert this kind of optimism into votes in New Hampshire?   Can Rick Perry still be a contender, or by then will it be too late to stop the Mittmentum?   Close your eyes and tell me who you hear.  Yep….

Perry Echoes Palin: "Drill, Baby, Drill!"

Critics of the energy plan Rick Perry will introduce today say it’s “Bush and Cheney gone wild,” but it’s hard to object to common-sense proposals that would create 1.2 million jobs. When Perry delivers the first major policy speech of his campaign today at a Pittsburgh steel mill, he’ll call for expanded oil and gas production, reduced environmental regulations and revised incentives for various types of energy development. 3-J's Introduces House Resolution Demanding Perry Hand Over Names Of All Lawmakers Who Visited Hunting Camp, All GOP Candidates Must Apologize For Name…

Most will think this is silly.  It is.   Most will think this is over the top. It is.   However, remind yourself of what is happening here.  This is NOT, I repeat NOT, a mere lone ideological race baiter wandering aimlessly in the land of race baiting and divisiveness.  This is a calculated strategy to advance the narrative of racism and inject it into the psyche of the upcoming elections.   The goal, along with the Wall Street Protest manipulations, is to deflect attention away from progressive failing policies in general, and Obama specifically.

The rabid leftists will ‘use’ and advance a narrative through the use of the Wall Street Beatniks.   The Democrats are doing in actuality with the Wall Street crowd what they falsely claimed the Republicans did with the Tea Party gatherings.    The Democrats desperately need two things:  An energetic base, and a way to distract the electorate from Obama’s failed policies.    Strategic use of the Hippy counter culturalists and continuing Racist decrees will accomplish these goals.   This has only just begun….. Reverend Wright is off limits, but a painted-over rock is page 1 at WaPo

Professor Jacobson hits this issue exactly right.   This is the type of media bias and flawed narrative that will be used for the next 14 months.   A constant drum beat of attacking ridiculous, bordering on absurd, conservative issues, and a complete avoidance to the shere unlawfulness and inneptitude of the Obama administration.   Ugh, ugh, ugh…
(via Prof.Jacobson) You need no better example of the political corruption of our mainstream media than the page 1 headline at The Washington Post, At Perry camp, racially charged name lingered.

There is no story behind the headline.
The article itself reveals that the offensive name of the camp, painted on a rock near the entrance, was painted over by Perry’s father soon after they started hunting at the camp in the early 1980s. (more…)

Texas In-State Tuition 101: A Primer For Mittens

Rick Perry is not always his best defender. For the last two weeks, Mitt Romney has hammered Perry over a Texas law the governor signed which allows children of illegal immigrants to pay in-state college tuition. At the Orlando debate, for instance, Romney said sardonically, “To go to the University of Texas, if you’re an illegal alien, you get an in-state tuition discount. You know how much that is? That’s $22,000 a year. Four years of college, almost $100,000 discount if you are an illegal alien, go to the University of Texas. If you are a United States citizen from any one of the other 49 states, you have to pay $100,000 more. That doesn’t make sense to me.” (Insert definition of “in-state tuition” for Mittens here.)
In his defense Perry dolefully concluded, “if you say that we should not educate children who have come into our state for no other reason than they’ve been brought there by no fault of their own, I don’t think you have a heart.” (more…)
