Stunning Press Conference – Baton Rouge Police Ambush: A “Meticulously Planned, Specific and Intentional Targeting of Police” – Video..

During a rather jaw-dropping press conference, full video below, the city, county and state law enforcement in Baton Rouge Louisiana outlined the exact details of how police shooter Gavin Long carried out his ambush attack against law enforcement.

The key part of the presser was Colonel Mike Edmonson explaining the entire event.  Video is prompted to 24:20 for his presentation:

Shooter Gavin Eugene Long (29) was forensically confirmed as shooter at midnight last night.  Law enforcement confirm that Long traveled to Baton Rouge specifically and intentionally to target police officers.  Gavin Long specifically did not engage the general public as he tactically targeted ONLY police officers.

Baltimore Six Trial Update – Officer Brian Rice Acquitted of All Charges – (Full Ruling pdf Included)…

Officer Brian Rice has been acquitted of all charges by Baltimore Judge Barry Williams (full ruling pdf embed below).  Rice is the third of four officers accused to have been acquitted of all charges; the fourth, officer Porter, ended with a mistrial:

[…] “prosecutors have failed to meet their burden of proving the charges beyond a reasonable doubt, instead asking the court to rely on presumptions or assumptions something it cannot do. The court cannot be swayed by sympathy, prejudice or public opinion.”

Baltimore State Attorney Marilyn Mosby has now tried four of the six Baltimore officers and, as further evidence of the ridiculousness of her attempts, she has not been able to achieve any convictions.

BALTIMORE SUN – Prosecutors in Baltimore have failed for the fourth time to secure a conviction in the Freddie Gray case, with Circuit Judge Barry G. Williams acquitting Lt. Brian Rice of all charges related to Gray’s arrest and death. (more…)

Philando Castile Wallet Positioned Underneath Visible Hand Gun…

Against the backdrop of the Minnesota police chief stating today that Ms. Reynolds claims do not match reality…. and having looked at the video hundreds of times, I’m in agreement with Treeper Nettles who first identified the tri-fold wallet of Philando Castile in the left front pocket of his sweat pants.

Indiana Thug Wearing "Black Lives Matter" T-Shirt Opens Fire on Police Officers House…

He was wearing an “FTP” (F**K The Police), Black Lives Matter T-Shirt, he opens fire on a police officers house and squad car, yet the politically correct Indianapolis media are struggling with a motive.  Go figure…
indiana shooter 1Indiana […]  March Ratney, 27, was taken into custody a short time after the shooting around 2:00 a.m. Tuesday on the near east side.  IMPD [Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department] Chief Troy Riggs says Ratney fired at least a dozen shots after yelling obscenities directed at police.
Five of the shots hit the officer’s house and three hit his patrol car.  No one inside the house was hurt, and Riggs says members of the community helped officers track down Ratney.
Ratney had just been released from prison on June 6 after serving a sentence for being a felon in possession of a gun, and Riggs says the officer he targeted had arrested Ratney in 2008.
Though Ratney was wearing a t-shirt that said “f— the police” on the front and “black lives matter” on the back, Riggs says he does not believe Ratney is representative of any organization or movement.  (read more)

Higher Resolution Images Show Philando Castile Handgun at Scene of Shooting…

The original narrative presented by Diamond “Lavish” Reynolds, in the aftermath of the Falcon Heights shooting, is in complete collapse.  Reluctantly, even Mediaite and MSM are now having to concede officers Jeronimo Yanez and Joseph Kauser initially pulled over Philando Castile because he fit the exact description of an armed robbery suspect.
The leak of the radio transmissions surrounding the stop is irrefutable evidence the MSM are forced to accept.  The best efforts of agenda-driven Snopes to obfuscate and refute the claim have embarrassingly failed.  The truth continues to have no agenda.
Additionally, some higher resolution images from initial media on scene (hat tip Annette Kelly) are supporting the outline provided by officer Yanez attorney that Yanez was reacting to Philando Castile displaying a handgun toward Yanez:
