It has come to our attention that you have requested the citizens of the United States to provide your office with any evidence or documentation, to support your efforts, toward proving any civil rights violations in the case of The State of Florida VS. George Zimmerman.
Further we have found numerous national media articles citing your direct and specific request. It is our understanding you have created a website for the collection of evidence in that regard:

This is just unbelievable. This administration WANTS full blown race warfare. There is no other reason for setting up a national hotline for people to email in tips to aid in the prosecution of George Zimmerman. Keep in mind the name on this Orlando Sentinel report. Dept of Justice, Civil Rights Division, Department of Community Relations, TOM PEREZ. The same Tom Perez President Obama nominated for Labor Secretary. (more after article)
ORLANDO – The U.S. Department of Justice on Monday afternoon appealed to civil rights groups and community leaders, nationally and in Sanford, for help investigating whether a federal criminal case might be brought against George Zimmerman for the shooting death of Trayvon Martin, one advocate said.

The DOJ has also set up a public email address to take in tips on its civil rights investigation.
Barbara Arnwine, president and executive director the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law – who earlier in the day joined calls for federal civil rights charges against Zimmerman, said that later in the afternoon, she joined a U.S. Department of Justice conference call to discuss the prospects. Well, there you have it.   Trayvon family attorney, Jasmine Rand, from the Daryl Parks and Ben Crump law firm, makes the following statement [@2:35 in video]:

First, to address Eric Holder’s comments today:

“Determined to meet division … with truth” Really? This is the type of comment you see associated with political pandering. Eric Holder already knows the truth, the FBI spent tens of thousands of hours looking for any evidence of racism in the Zimmerman case. None exists. (more…)

As we write there is a specific and coordinated effort to distance the Trayvon Martin family and narrative from the violence that may take place after the Trial Verdict is delivered. Whoopsie – Um, well lets take a look at this, shall we: The capacity of the Trayvon Martin supporters and Scheme Team to boldly lie is quite staggering. The latest *cough* claim from the schemers is their protestations that the Martin Family and family Attorneys did not support the New Black Panther Party.

This claim of “non-support” or “non-alliance” with the Black Panthers is actually quite representative of how far they will go to sell a story of fabrications, falsehoods and lies. Washington Times – The legal watchdog Judicial Watch released an audio recording Thursday of a Department of Justice staffer urging Sanford, Fla., city officials and the minority advocacy group Dream Defenders to seek justice for Trayvon Martin, because “if a community perceives that there’s something wrong in the black community, there’s something wrong.”
“CRS is an arm of the department that we call the Peacemakers,” Thomas Battles, regional director of the DOJ’s Community Relations Service, said at a meeting at the Shiloh Church on April 19, 2012. “We work with communities where there is real or perceived racial tensions.” (more…)

Yesterday the prosecution provide closing arguments (Summary HERE), today the defense attorney, Mark O’Mara will present his closing argument.  Then the prosecution rebuttal.

MIAMI (CBS4) – Wednesday, around high noon, dozens of Miami Police officers lined up for riot training.
Armed with batons and horses, officers ran through various formations preparing for the worst.

“It’s a mandatory training. All these officers are given this equipment and it’s in the event we have civil unrest at any given moment our officers are ready on a minute’s notice,” Miami Police spokesman Freddie Cruz said. (more…)

Today, July 11th, is DAY #23 (of 5th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Yesterday the defense rested it’s case. A legal analysis via Professor Jacobson HERE.
From my perspective the entire case ended, as expected, early in the day yesterday when Judge Nelson gave George Zimmerman his personal Platinum Express DCA Acquittal Card. The ruling, and more importantly the legal determination she used on the ruling, regarding the Trayvon Martin phone evidence was an immediate Nuclear DCA option. (more…)
