Online articles about the Zimmerman case elicit comments that support Zimmerman’s contention that he acted in self-defense by over a margin of 6 to 1; the Martin family attorney who spearheaded the agitation for the Capias suddenly lawyers up himself and seeks to avoid being “put on the record”; and the ongoing failure of the various iterations of the “Trayvon Martin Foundation aka “Justice for TM” ” to raise any meaningful or significant funds.

The Trayvon Martin “cause” however, continues to live on, with life breathed into its metaphorical corpse by a corrupt legacy media desperate to maintain the fiction that institutional racism is alive and well in Obama’s America. On life support, the manufactured faux rage of the chattering class continues to be splashed across the pages of online editions of print newspapers and monthlies; and on “specials” by the cable news cabal regurgitating the same tired tropes first put forth by Ryan Julison. HOUSTON –A 21-year-old man sprang into action to protect his family Thursday night when three suspects barged into their northwest Harris County home.

The young man was home with his mother and father in the 3900 block of Brook Garden when the armed men forced their way into the house around 8 p.m., according to Harris County Sheriff’s deputies.

The family was in the middle of baking a cake, when there was a knock at the door.

“I see a young boy and I think it is a friend of my son so I open it a little bit,” the father explained. “These guys push and out comes two more, they push me on the ground.” (more…)

They’d violate Mayor Bloomberg’s new rules, which prohibit eateries from serving or selling sugary drinks in containers larger than 16 ounces.

Bloomberg’s soda smackdown follows his attacks on salt, sugar, trans fat, smoking and even baby formula.

The city Health Department last week began sending brochures to businesses that would be affected by the latest ban, including restaurants, bars and any “food service” establishment subject to letter grades.

And merchants were shocked to see the broad sweep of the new rules.

Theater of the Absurd

You just can’t make this stuff up.

The attorney, the civil attorney Benjamin Crump, the Martin family hired to pursue financial justice against various interests in the Trayvon Martin shooting is now fighting to stop his deposition about the circumstances surrounding the very witness, “DeeDee” (W8) that he identified to create the arrest affidavit that frames the entire cause for financial justice, vis-a-vi arrest/trial, which lead to the civil claims he desires, and are contained in the probable cause affidavit.

Talk about ridiculous circular logic.

Subsequently, the attorney representing and attempting to hide Benjamin Crump, now argues the defense is not asserting any affirmations of contradictions between the initial phone interview with Crump and DeeDee (ABC March 19th Broadcast), and the statement she gave to the State of Florida in her affidavit April 2nd [page 4 footnote #7].

The Department of Homeland Security has ordered and is storing billions of rounds of ammunition.   Recently they ordered a series of practice targets called “No More Hesitation“.  The purpose of shooting lifelike targets is to condition a person to shoot a real person without hesitation.  They have ordered over $2,000,000.00 dollars worth of these and similar targets.   Ask yourself why they would want these?

ORLANDO, FL – Defense attorneys have deposed Chris Serino, lead investigator in the George Zimmerman second-degree murder case, according to court paperwork released today.

It’s not clear what he said, but Serino is likely to be an important witness at Zimmerman’s trial.

The former investigator publicly said the Sanford Police Department never had enough evidence to charge Zimmerman with a crime while quietly filing paperwork with the State Attorney’s Office, saying he believed there was enough to charge him with manslaughter. (more…)
