Hypothetical situation.

Well known actor, Mel Gibson, goes into a plastic surgeon’s office in Los Angeles.   He is escorted into the backroom by a team from the Dr’s. Office including “Jane”, a medical assistant.

After the procedure, he, and a member of his family, approach the counter to pay for the procedure.   The medical assistant, Jane is giving him instructions as he pays cash for the service.   He pays “Ryan” the receptionist.

Mel Gibson flies privately to Sacramento for rehab…..

Meanwhile, back at the office – the office manager, Samantha, notices the payment is missing.  She asks the staff “where’s the cash”?  No-one knows.

Frustrated – Samantha makes a call to the police to begin an investigation of “theft”.

Receptionist Ryan, and medical assistant, Jane, are both questioned and complete statements to police.   The case is filed, but not solved, and eventually closed.

However, on the same day this happens – a guy named Dave riding his bike along a road nearby to the private airstrip used by lots of celebrities in Los Angeles was hit and run off the road by a fast moving car.  As Dave sits in the ditch, with a broken leg, looking toward the car, he sees Mel Gibson and another person exit the vehicle, look around, exchange words, then quickly get back into the car and drive off. PHILADELPHIA – The resident of an assisted living facility in southwest Philadelphia who allegedly castrated another resident in a dispute with a woman Monday night is being held on $5 million bail for attempted murder.

Edgar Bonilla, 41, allegedly cut off the testicles of a paraplegic who also lived at the Inglis Apartments at Elmwood in the 6200 block of Eastwick Avenue, according to the city prosecutor’s office. He also faces aggravated assault, robbery, burglary, theft and criminal trespass for the incident that occurred shortly after 7 p.m. inside the victim’s room. (more…)

Finally something positive happens for George Zimmerman.  The progressive nut-job, Jerry Counelis, who supported a Bernie Sanders/Dennis Kucinich Presidential ticket for 2012, has filed a claim of a civil rights violation – and protests that George Zimmerman attorney Mark O’Mara has “defamed” him.

Good News…..  Good News…..

How is this a positive for George Zimmerman you ask?

Well, if the media ACTUALLY does some research into who is representing Jerry Counelis, Civil Rights President – J Willie David, in this lawsuit, the public might actually grasp how ridiculous the entire construct of the players behind the Scheme are.

Just in case, we’ll show you here.

First the story.   Jerry Counelis lied in his jury interview, he was busted by his own facebook page which angrily made threats against George Zimmerman and his family supporters.  Jerry was dismissed from jury consideration.

The next day Jerry returns to the courthouse trying to gain access to the jury Holding room.  He was stopped by the Sheriff Dept officers in the courthouse, escorted out and given a trespass notice to not return until trial conclusion.

Zimmerman attorney, Mark O’Mara said he was glad the guy did not succeed in getting to the jury holding room, potentially contaminating the jury, and forcing the process to start all over again.  O’Mara called his false statements the behavior of a stealth jurist.

Today the Orlando Sentinel reports:   The Florida Civil Rights Association announced Tuesday that it is representing a dismissed juror who was barred from the Seminole County Courthouse until after the George Zimmerman trial concludes. (more…)

Today, June 19, is DAY #8 (of 2nd week) of the weighted Scheme Team + State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case. Continuing jury selection. [Day #7 Summary Here]

With 40 potential jurists selected the filtering process begins anew to find the  final 6 jurists and the 4 alternates.   Also the “Frye Hearing” is set to resume with the State Prosecution recalling their expert, Tom Owen, to discuss whether the cries for help heard on the 911 call can be identified.

Monday the Defense expert, Dr. James L Wayman, testified from 4pm to 8:30pm – Judge Nelson is expected to rule on whether this information is presented to the jury during trial, or whether it is too conflicting to have divergent experts dispute each other. (more…)

Last Friday CBS News confirmed that Sharyl Attkisson’s computer was hacked by “an unauthorized, external, unknown party on multiple occasions.”  Today she reveals they have identified who did it:

“I think I know. But I’m just not prepared to go into that. We’re continuing our investigations. There are multifaceted looks at what to do next… Let me just say, whoever did it, to come into a private citizen’s home, whether I’m a journalist or not, and look in my family’s computer and look into my work computer… Well, it’s outrageous.”

Sometimes you’ve got to call the baby ugly.  

If things were not rapidly approaching a critical mass – this would not be needed.   Alas they are, and it is, and emotional obfuscations and insufferable detachments from reality need to be confronted:

Nettles:    In reading Robert Zimmerman’s book yesterday, I opined the characterization of Mr. O’Mara as a control freak was going to set off Diwataman and Sundance. Not sure if that is why the post today but it’s highly likely.

… such is the bizarre reality of George  Zimmerman’s attorney, Mark O’Mara.

Before getting into the substance of this consideration – multiple disclaimers are needed.

It is a sad reality the previous sentence even needs to be advanced, but it has become a necessary consideration.   Because discussion of Mark O’Mara is so toxic and divisive, if we don’t quantify the substance of presentation with disclaimers we’ll spend a ridiculous amount of time having to moderate, explain and explain again.

We have approached both opinion and research on Mark O’Mara using the exact same methodology applied to all other parties in this case.  People like Benjamin Crump, Natalie Jackson, Daryl Parks, Ryan Julison, Francis Oliver, et al, and even the media people like Daralene Jones, Matt Gutman, Frances Robles, Joy-Ann Reid etc.   The exact same critical research approach has been applied.

Some people cannot accept using a critical lens to look at the O’Mara aspect.  Many of those people are no longer here because of their inherent constitution not to be open-minded in the same regard.

What sets the Treehouse apart from most all others, is analysis based on research to apply the most logical explanations, Occam’s Razor, to some of the most difficult to understand aspects of any issue.   The State of Florida V Zimmerman is one of the most challenging to understand from a perspective of intent and motivation.
