Update: This story has struck a nerve because it clearly shows a horrible consequence to yet another example of several no-knock raids we have outlined in the past several months.

To that end we have contacted a local Atlanta media reporter seeking further information and assistance, as well as offering our resources. (more details will follow)

In the interim here is some information we have gathered after a few phone calls:

The “no knock” raid took place at the suspects mothers house, not his. This specific residence has never been a drug house, never identified as a high risk house, and has never been the subject of any prior law enforcement engagement.  [*NOTE* the police dispute this, but it should be easy enough to verify]

The suspect being sought on the warrant, Wanis Thometheva (aged 30), did not live there, nor was the address his known or listed address on any current or previous identification over the past five years.  [should be easy enough to verify]

The police were told by an “unknown and unnamed informant”, that Wanis Thometheva lived there (that is the position of the police).  However, he did not.

Wanis Thometheva was arrested later at his listed residence.

The local Sheriff has publically stated there were no weapons or drugs found in the house that was raided under the warrant.  [*NOTE* Another media report reflects the Sheriff saying they found “residue” – again this should be easy enough to verify]  The  visiting  family,  little “Bou Bou” Phonesavanhs, his three older sisters and both parents, were asleep in the room (garage conversion) while visiting from Wisconsin.

Only the little boy was injured.   He is 19 months old.

The family is from Wisconsin where their home was recently destroyed in a house fire. The father of the little boy is the brother of the suspects mother.  The 19 month old victim and the suspect named on the warrant are cousins.  In essence the family were staying with the little boys aunt.

The family was due to go back to Wisconsin later the same morning the incident took place.  Their car was packed in preparation for them leaving later that morning. (more…)

While the national media continue to re-run the various nuance stories stemming from shooter Eliot Rogers (shot 3 people, and stabbed 3 others, killing 6 in California), there have been three other mass shootings the same weekend without so much as a snippet of attention on CNN or other National Media.

•  The First non-reported shootings were in Myrtle Beach where 10 people where shot, and 3 killed, during memorial day “Bike Week“.  (link)

•  The Second silent shooting was in Tampa/Clearwater Florida where a crowd of 15 people at a hotel came under fire from another gunman, again on Memorial day this time four people where shot. Luckily no-one was killed.  (link)

•  The Third unmentionable was in New Orleans, Louisiana, where a group of 150 people were gathered to celebrate a graduation. A solo gunman opened fire on the crowd killing one and wounding seven others.  (link)

Why did you hear about the California shooting but not hear about the other mass shootings ?    You decide.

Nothing but a blurb…. Another beat down.  Again, no motive.   Just two white folk jumped by random group of five to eight black teens passing by.   Nothing to see here, move along folks, move along… Pay no attention to the media man behind the curtain.

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) –  Cincinnati Police are investigating two alleged assaults at approximately 12:02 a.m. Sunday on West Ninth Street downtown.

Police said five to eight suspects jumped, punched and kicked a person who was helping his sister back out of a parking space at 8 W. Ninth St. Police said the victim’s girlfriend attempted to help but was struck in the head.

The suspects are described as black males, ages 15 to 18. One suspect had braids coming out of the back of his baseball cap  (read more).

Junior did not do his chores or keep up with his school work.  Instead lazy Junior chose to play video games.    Military Dad, who never had any criminal engagement, steps in and has Junior carry landscape stone as PT and disciplinary lesson.   Police arrest Dad for child cruelty based on Pizza guy who called police…..  RIDICULOUS !

DOUGLASVILLE, Ga. – Police arrested a Douglasville father on child cruelty charges after the man punished his 16-year-old son by making him carry a 23-pound landscape stone for several miles.

Charlie Mayes, a 40-year-old military veteran with no criminal record, told police he used military-style punishment because his son watched too many videos and didn’t do his chores and school work. Douglasville Police charged Mayes with first-degree child cruelty.

“This was done multiple times over a three-day period, sometimes as early as 3 o’clock in the morning,” Police Sgt. Todd Garner told 11Alive on Tuesday.  Garner said the boy, who is only 4’2″ tall, was also punished in-between the 3-mile hikes.

“In between that time, he was at home having to move rocks and stuff from one side of the back yard to the other and then being taken right back out to the same location and dropped off and made to walk back again,” Sgt. Garner added.

The boy’s trek would begin on Kings Highway and end at the family’s home in the Fairways subdivision  (read more)

Video surveillance of a shooting on May 24, 2014, at the Fountainbleau Inn at 701 Flagg St., was released by Myrtle Beach police to identify the suspect, a man in a white tank top and black shorts.

Police ask that anyone who can identify the suspect(s) in the video, or who witnessed the Memorial Day weekend shooting, or anyone who has cellphone video to email [email protected] or call 918-1382.

By now you have probably seen the outline and research we have assembled around the Myrtle Beach Massacre and Black Bike Week.

The reason we have continued to follow the story as it unfolds is because the event and consequences show a great example of how paralyzed a community can become when it allows fear to drive political correctness.

In addition, how the local government is responding is a case study in cultural fear and fear of the racist labeling.  In this specific case Myrtle Beach is also afraid of the NAACP because they have a previous history of being sued by them.

The local city government is willing to pay vast sums of taxpayer money just to avoid confronting the root of the weekend violence.   The violence is ironically created by, and enhanced by, their own avoidance policies.    Subsequently the entire community is subjected to violence because they are caught in a catch-22 of political correctness.

To that end during a North Myrtle Beach City Council Meeting held 5/27/14 the local city council came prepared to fight the reality of the citizens angst with a litany of PC statistics to support their position.

The city council quickly coordinated their defense within hours of the Memorial Day holiday ending.   Literally within hours.   At 2pm the day after Memorial Day the local government was ready to defend themselves with charts and statistics, as if they already knew what to expect and were preparing in advance for the ire of the victims.  Hmmmm? Just as the national media is censoring the violence at Black Bike Week in Myrtle Beach, so too they are censoring violence at Black Beach Weekend in Miami and Fort Lauderdale.

The event is officially called “Urban Beach Week,” and unofficially referred to as “Black Beach Week”.   The Facebook page is HERE and the website for Urban Beach Week is HERE.

As you may have noted in a few disingenuous media articles – Miami was prepared for the event.  Consequently it seems some of the annual chaos shifted North to Fort Lauderdale.

Miami police arrested 225 people in connection with the 2014 event.  The drop in arrests in/around Miami was offset by the increase in arrests in Fort Lauderdale.  (more…)

Myrtle Beach ain’t got nothing on Miami Beach and Clearwater Beach, except for the lack of massive law enforcement.     Apparently there’s a commonality….

FORT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) – Fort Lauderdale police believe hundreds of young people made their way to the beach for one reason this Memorial Day, to cause trouble.

Police described a volatile scene Monday night as they had to arrest dozens of people that were part of unruly crowds.    Two separate incidents late Monday afternoon kept officers busy. One scene was near the area of 31st Avenue and West Broward Boulevard.

The other was near the beach close to A1A.  Police said around 5 o’clock in the afternoon, hundreds of young people made their way to the beach for one reason this Memorial Day, to cause trouble.

Fort Lauderdale Police were in riot gear as a large crowd of young people moved through A1A reportedly causing mayhem. (more…)
