On April 29th the Washington Post ran an explosive article highlighting information from a passenger who was inside the transport vehicle at the same time Freddie Gray was driven toward central booking. According to the Washington Post source: Freddie Gray was intentionally “trying to injure himself“.
On April 30th local Baltimore media outlet WBAL-TV introduced Donta Allen, a person they claimed was the passenger in the transport vehicle.

However, THEY ARE NOT THE SAME PERSON.
Our research indicates the office of Baltimore State Attorney, Marilyn Mosby, used or allowed one of her deputy State Attorneys, Janice Bledsoe (who was in charge of the investigation as assigned by Marilyn Mosby), to willfully and intentionally place a false story using Bledsoe’s lover, WBAL-TV reporter Jayne Miller, and thereby create a fictitious story to imply Donta Allen as the passenger outlined in the Washington Post story.
Yes, you read that correctly.
The full story: The Washington Post does not specifically name the passenger who heard Freddie Gray attempting to injure himself. However, they do provide details as to the identity – details we can independently confirm (emphasis mine). (more…)

Alan Dershowitz responds to Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby saying her decision was entirely based on politics and “crowd control.”
Dershowitz said “this is a very sad day for justice” and that Mosby acted out of a “desire to prevent riots.” It will be “virtually impossible,” he predicted, for the six officers involved to get a fair trial.

There’s a big legal leap being made by Marilyn Mosby all the way to intentional killing. Charging the driver of the transport van with murder is a considerable leap based on currently available information.
Baltimore State Attorney Marilyn Mosby is playing a dangerous game of racially motivated political and legal theatrics.
The construct of her Probable Cause Affidavit (as presented)is filled with misleading information, manipulation and obtuse political talking points.
Here’s a transcript of her entire PCA as spoken – This is where readers have to comprehend that Mrs. Mosby is playing a dangerous political game. The officers have not been indicted, nor has a Grand Jury delivered a finding to substantiate an indictment. Mrs. Mosely is simply filing a direct action PCA to support an arrest.
What she needed was an arrest, just an arrest, the direct PCA is a tool to achieve that goal.
The arrest is based on a direct action probable cause filing. After the arrest the SA then has 30 days to bring an actual indictment, or she can change/drop the charges. Within the 30 days she has to take this to a Grand Jury to create the indictment.
Most likely the actual indictment charges, if any, will be far different on an indictment sheet (if at all) than the PCA claims she is basing the arrest upon. Meaning, with almost virtual certainty, what’s going on now is pure theatrics.

Never has a more politically driven decision to file charges been made. State Attorney Marilyn Mosby has NUMEROUS conflicts of interest as she charges six police officers in the death of Freddie Gray.
There is no way she is going to get a manslaughter or murder conviction based on the information provided. Also, important note, she did not use a Grand Jury – this is 100% her own politically driven decision. (video below)
BALTIMORE – Baltimore’s chief prosecutor charged six police officers on Friday with crimes including murder and manslaughter in the arrest and fatal injury of Freddie Gray, a striking and surprisingly swift turn in a case that has drawn national attention to police conduct.
The state’s attorney for Baltimore, Marilyn J. Mosby, filed the charges almost as soon as she received a medical examiner’s report Friday that ruled Mr. Gray’s death a homicide, and a day after the police concluded their initial investigation and handed her their findings. Officials had cautioned that it could take considerable time for her office to complete its own investigation and decide whether to prosecute. (more…)

This guy needs to get out of Baltimore ASAP. Too many people have a vested interest in a very specific narrative from him for it to be a safe place.
*Note* As you read/listen to this it’s important to understand Donte’ Allen does not consider Homicide detectives to be “the police”. To his reference they are separate: he talked to Homicide, he did not talk to police.

Lastly, if you watch the video, and you understand the ramifications to this young man, you recognize ALL of his statements have the classic approval of LEO. Meaning Donte’ is permitted to say anything to media or outside parties, even if it contradicts what he has forthrightly told police, if he feels it makes him safer within a community that might not like the information communicated to LEO. The same approvals were applied to Dorian Johnson in Ferguson.
BALTIMORE —The other man who was loaded into the police transport van carrying Freddie Gray spoke out Thursday for the first time.
West Baltimore resident Donta Allen, 22, was the second man loaded into the police van near the end of the run on April 12.
He raised controversy with what he told police because he told them something he really he had to speculate on because he wouldn’t have known for sure. (more…)
JERUSALEM, Israel – Police said a woman wanted to light up a cigarette and when a man refused, she lit up his car instead.
According to KTLA, the woman was arrested Wednesday after setting fire to the man’s gas pump. And the fiery exchange was all caught on video. You can see the woman approach the man filling up his car at the gas station.
Police said the woman approached him and asked for a cigarette and when he refused, she pulled a lighter from her pocket and ignited the gas pump in his car, according to KTTV. (read more)
…. and the media is trying to determine the “motive” for the assaults and battery.
More to come, but here's a snapshot: Motivation behind weekend attacks by teens still unclear http://t.co/RAx5vRh7fH #chsnews

Last weekend approximately 60 black “youths”, and/or “teens” (depending on the PC outlet being reviewed), went on a rampage in Charleston South Carolina.
After a birthday party at the YWCA ended Saturday night a group of about sixty black “youth” decided to rampage through downtown Charleston damaging cars, assaulting and robbing people. When the story initially broke the local news was reporting that police had told them there were no assaults.
[…] Only one media outlet is currently reporting the fact all but one of the victims of these crimes were white. None of the local media is reporting the claims of victims and witnesses that the group of black “teens” were yelling things like, “Fuck white people,” as they perpetrated their crimes. Those same epithets were yelled at firefighters responding to treat some of the victims of this mob. Reporting that sort of information would not be politically correct. (more)

BALTIMORE, Md. (WJLA) — An investigation into the death of Baltimore resident Freddie Gray has found no evidence that his fatal injuries were caused during the videotaped arrest and interaction with police officers, according to multiple law enforcement sources.
The sources spoke to ABC7 News after being briefed on the findings of a police report tuned over to prosecutors on Thursday as well as preliminary findings made by the medical examiner’s office.
Sources said the medical examiner found Gray’s catastrophic injury was caused when he slammed into the back of the police transport van, apparently breaking his neck; a head injury he sustained matches a bolt in the back of the van. (more…)
Recent media stories within Baltimore are highlighting that many of the looter/rioters are being released without charges.
The Head Baltimore Prosecutor in charge of making those decisions is Marilyn Mosby.
Marilyn Mosby is Baltimore City’s newly elected State’s Attorney. She is the youngest chief prosecutor of any major city in America.
[…] As an active member in her profession and community, Marilyn has served in a number of leadership positions on several committees and boards including: the Peer Review Committee of the Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission (2012), the Judicial Nomination Committee for the Monumental Bar Association, the NAACP (Baltimore Branch) Criminal Justice Committee. Now, you might also remember when the riots and looting broke out on Monday there was a City Councilman who told the police to move back from their positions. When the police did what the Councilman requested, the stores in the immediate area were looted. (more…)
