This is like a never ending song with a repeating chorus. It was not long ago the entire Baltimore jail system had to be torn apart and restructured after it was discovered that corrections officers were part of the gang trade, smuggling drugs to prisoners, allowing prisoners to leave jail on weekends, having sex with prisoners and several female officers were pregnant.
Now video discovers Baltimore corrections officers participating in the looting and riots…

Before the Baltimore riots hit the national news a less publicized beating of a Dundalk Maryland resident surfaced. We initially wrote about it HERE.

Richard Fletcher was brutally beaten by a group of Baltimore High School students after he asked them not to fight around his truck. Approximately 25 to 30 black “teens” brutally attacked Fletcher knocking him unconscious. They continued to kick him, stomp on his head and robbed him after he was unable to defend himself.
Many of the students filmed the beating and posted it on their social media, but the police told a nearby business owner NOT to share the CCTV footage because of concerns the public would be outraged by the video.
As the Baltimore Sun reported last night, five of the attackers were identified after an anonymous person slid video of the attack under a teachers door at the school. (more…)

You can find below the complete 27 page investigative report on the shooting of Tony Robinson – including numerous eye-witnesses to the events up to and including the shooting. You should read the witness statements, it removes any doubt about whether Tony Robinson was in a “normal” frame of mind.
The details remove all doubt about justification.  It’s not even a close call.
However, what you might find additionally interesting is the complete local, state and federal (yes, DOJ involved too) was completed in March, and the full investigative report turned over to the State Attorney on March 27th. Why did the State Attorney wait until mid-May (almost two months) to announce a decision?

At this point there’s enough circumstantial evidence and background on the shooter Matt Apperson to accept his weird behavioral instability as an attempt to gain fame/notoriety by killing George Zimmerman.  Surely if the physical evidence lines up with Zimmerman’s account the State Attorney will charge…

Lake Mary, FL – […] Don West, who helped defend Zimmerman in the Trayvon Martin murder trial in 2013 is now helping Zimmerman press charges against Matthew Apperson, who called 911 on Monday, claiming that he shot at Zimmerman’s SUV.

West said the shooting happened during lunch hour on a very busy Lake Mary Boulevard.
“In some respects it’s the classic depraved, hard, kind of reckless disregard for everyone’s life including Mr. Zimmerman’s,” West said.   (more…)

On Monday a man assaulted two people in New York with a hammer.
The first victim was a 28-year-old woman struck in the head while she was sitting on a park bench in Union Square. Moments later, he allegedly hit a 33-year-old woman in the head as she was walking down the street. Both victims were treated for their head injuries and released, according to the NYPD.  (media story)

BREAKING: Investigators: Amtrak train exceeded 100 mph before derailing on curve with 50 mph limit.

PHILADELPHIA – An Amtrak train that derailed in Philadelphia on Tuesday night was apparently traveling at more than 100 miles per hour at the time of the crash, according to The Wall Street Journal.

Amtrak Northeast Regional Train 188, which was en route from Washington, D.C., to New York City, reportedly approached a tight curve at Frankford Junction at 100 miles per hour. The Federal Railroad Administration lists a speed limit for that section of track at 50 miles per hour, the Journal reported.
According to the newspaper, Amtrak officials have already told their employees that they believe speed contributed to the accident. (more…)

Marilyn Mosby took it upon herself (May 1st) to file Direct Action charges against the Baltimore Six and issue arrest warrants.  As such she has 30 days to bring a formal indictment outlining the specific evidence, which supports the charges against each of the officers.

BALTIMORE – Defense attorneys for the officers charged in the Freddie Gray case anticipate their clients will be indicted by a grand jury in the next two weeks.
The attorneys have asked that a stenographer be appointed to transcribe the grand jury proceedings or that an audio tape recording be made. They claim misinformation was included in the original charging documents, underscoring the need to know what prosecutors tell grand jurors. (more…)

This out of control, violent man, high on acid hallucinagenic drugs, which not only gave him super human strength but made him impervious to pain, then battered a peace officer. Yes a peace officer who’s job that night was to protect the citizens screaming for help, and to protect the community from further harm from this man.
