God bless the police who have to make decisions in micro-seconds. This example happened in Las Vegas:
At approximately 9:30 a.m., Officer Carlos Luna initiated a vehicle stop on Edmond Street north of Sahara Avenue on a gold Jeep Grand Cherokee for an inoperative taillight. The vehicle came to a stop at the 5600 block of West Sahara Avenue just west of Lindell Avenue.
Upon stopping the vehicle, the driver, later identified as 54 year old James Todora immediately exited the driver side door and began shouting at Officer Luna to shoot him. Todora was ordered to come back to the officer’s vehicle, which he disregarded and returned back to Jeep’s driver seat and sat down. At that point, the Officer Luna quickly approached the driver side of the vehicle and began explaining the reason for the vehicle stop. (more…)
