Chuck Schumer has lived up to his word.  He promised he would introduce a new bill in the Senate called the “McConnell Rule”.    The “rule” would grant the president, and subsequently the Treasury Secretary, unlimited capability to raise the debt ceiling as they needed.    Congress could only vote to STOP the debt ceiling from being raised, and it would take a super majority, 66 votes, (2/3rds) to block it.
Called the McConnell Rule because unbelievably it was the brainchild idea of Republican Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell.    
However, because McConnell is in a highly contested primary, Chuck Schumer and Barbara Boxer (yes you read that right) are sponsoring the measure on McConnell’s behalf.  They are calling it the “Pay Our Bills Act”.

President Obama, or his immediate staff, have used the following adjectives to describe those Americans who disagree with him politically:   “Gun Toting Bitter bible clingers”, evolved into “radical extremists”, which became “the enemy”, which further evolved into “terrorists” and “jihadists”, then “hostage takers” and “unintellectual slopeheads in flyover country”.
Now, feeling the impact of insurance policy cancellations, we are “small slivers”.

Forget the numbers, they are embarrassingly shameful all alone – but that’s not the real story…. that story about how low the number is can be subject to  spin…. as you’ll see in the next 18 blistering hours.   The administration will claim this does not include phone sign-ups or mailed in applications etc.

No, instead focus on the real story.   This CMS Obamacare enrollment report proves it is possible for the administration to answer the question.    This report proves THEY KNOW each day how many have enrolled…. yet they have claimed they do not know.   THAT is the bigger story.

WASHINGTON DC [ Via CBS]  Documents obtained exclusively by CBS News show that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services are intentionally fudging statistics on enrollment and application through state and federal exchanges.

WASHINGTON DC – The Internal Revenue Service shared highly confidential tax information of several Tea Party groups in the IRS scandal with the Federal Election Commission, a clear violation of federal law, according to newly obtained emails.
The public watchdog group Judicial Watch told Secrets Thursday that it was former scandal boss Lois Lerner who shared the information on groups including the American Future Fund and the American Issues Project.
The emails obtained by Judicial Watch show that the IRS, which was considering the tax status of the groups, gave the FEC the tax returns of the groups, including income, expenditures and staff pay. The emails also revealed the exact working of the prying political questions the IRS wanted the groups to reveal, such as their goals and the requests for brochures and ads. (more…)

Pay attention to what she is quoted saying:

 ….“No matter what people say about whether they like their plan or not, their plan was not going to be their plan, everybody’s premiums were going up.”…

Again, can you see the design?   The regulations were written by HHS on behalf of Obama to force any insurance carrier who increased premiums by $5 to comply with the Obamacare mandates in coverage.    Pelosi is saying “they knew everybody’s premiums were going to go up”.. that is why they built in that specific trigger for cancellation.
WASHINGTON DC – Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) pushed back hard Wednesday against those hammering ObamaCare for forcing some patients out of their current insurance plans.
The House minority leader said the number of patients who will have to change plans under the law is small, and they will ultimately benefit by moving into new plans with better coverage.
“While you might like your old plan, what you’re going to get under the new plan is that [it does] not discriminate on the basis of pre-existing conditions, does not deny you a key benefit like … maternal, mental health or prescription drug coverage and cannot drop you when you are sick,” Pelosi said during a press conference in the Capitol. The current meme for antagonism around Obamacare is to point out the falsehood behind the statement: “If you like your insurance plan/doctor, you can keep it“.

Anyone who has spent even a modicum of time following and researching this administration will note the only wording out of place was the first use of the term “you”.
The statement from President Obama would have been accurate if he had said:

..”If I like your insurance plan, you can keep it”

Where “I” is actually defined as the political ideology behind the phrase.  It is the progressive ideology which defines what you can, or cannot, have.  Period.
The entire premise of the ACA, or Obamacare, was government defining all the common denominators.
In essence they needed to create two impressions, one real and one false.
The false impression was the one they stated publicly.  This was the one to make sure the electorate voted as they needed.    The real impression is what they were doing, and what they actually did – in the architecture and construction of the new national healthcare.
It does not provide value to rise up against the false impression – it’s a snipe hunt.   The uprising needs to be focused on the real action that took place.    Actions speak louder than words, yet so many people fail to focus their pushback approach on the action;  instead they get stuck focusing on the words. Democratic congressman Frank Pallone is getting his fifteen minutes of fame after his now-infamous “monkey court” comment last week, and on Wednesday night it brought him to Fox News, where he got in a heated exchange with Megyn Kelly over people losing their “lousy” health insurance plans due to Obamacare regulations.
Pallone argued that people can keep their policies as long as insurance companies agree to sell them, but many of them have been caught selling “lousy plans at a high price that are skeletal and don’t provide any benefits.”

WASHINGTON DC – All of the female Democratic senators signed a secret letter to Hillary Rodham Clinton early this year encouraging her to run for president in 2016 – a letter that includes the signature of Sen. Elizabeth Warren and other senators who are mentioned as potential candidates, two high-ranking Democratic Senate aides told ABC News.
The letter, organized at the urging of Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., was meant to be a private show of support from a group of 16 high-profile former colleagues and fans who are now senators, urging Clinton to do what much of the Democratic Party assumes she will, the aides said. (more…)
