(Via TownHall) An internal Border Patrol executive summary obtained by Townhall confirms that at least 16 unaccompanied illegal minors (those under the age of 18, according to U.S. government policy), are members of the brutal El Salvadorian street gang Mara Salvatrucha—or MS-13.

Gang members left graffiti on the walls of the Nogales Border Patrol processing center, which suggested they had ties to the organization.
“Border Patrol Agents (BPAs) and Customs and Border Protection Officers (CBPOs), assigned to The Nogales Placement Center (NPC), discovered that 16 unaccompanied alien children (13 El Salvadoran males, two Guatelmalan males and one Honduran male) currently being held at the NPC are members of Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13). Rodriguez was not completely sold on the project about a revenge-seeking Mexican federale because she feared it would reinforce stereotypes about Latinos, , the Los Angeles Times reported.
“I was nervous about doing a movie about Latinos. I’ve usually stayed away from it,” the 32-year-old told the Times.

A “billion” is a thousand millions.   President Obama asking for $3.8 Billion to finance his ongoing efforts at collecting, supporting and housing his Central American “refugees”, ie. illegal aliens.
Yes, not only does he actively support them, but he also wants YOU to pay to support them.   And like the blind idiots they are, congress will give Obama your payroll taxes.
We can’t afford the social welfare programs we currently have (we are forced to borrow .40¢ on every dollar), and yet we’re going to throw an even larger number of fully dependent non-productive illegal aliens into the broken melting pot. 
WASHINGTON DC –  The White House on Tuesday will request $3.8 billion from Congress in emergency funding to deal with an influx of unaccompanied minors from Central America, a far higher amount than the Obama administration had previously signaled, according to a Capitol Hill source familiar with the plans.
The money would go to several federal agencies, including the Departments of Justice, Homeland Security, State and Health and Human Services. Funds would be allocated to send more immigration judges to the southern border, build additional detention facilities and add border patrol agents, said the source, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the administration had not formally made the request. *As if* anyone actually thought he was going to deport them….

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama is holding off for now on seeking new legal authority to send unaccompanied migrant kids back home faster.
The approach is a change from what the White House has signaled and follows criticism from immigration advocates who said the administration’s planned approach was too harsh.  It was confirmed Monday by two congressional aides who spoke on condition of anonymity ahead of a formal announcement.
Obama intends to ask Congress on Tuesday for more than $2 billion in emergency spending to deal with the children who’ve been arriving by the thousands from Central America. (more…)

Several DHS agencies are involved in apprehending, processing, and repatriating UAC, while the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is responsible for the care and custody of UAC. The Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) in the U.S. Department of Justice conducts the immigration removal proceedings.

Health and Human Services (HHS) is assigned responsibility from President Obama to shelter “Unaccompanied Alien Children” (UAC’s).   In the email below FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) is requesting facility recommendations for the housing of the UAC’s.
Here is the secretive guideline email requesting help in locating facilities. Note the paragraph:

…”This is an unprecedented event that requires unique approaches to temporarily house children until they can be discharged to a sponsor while awaiting judicial proceedings”….

Nothing about this three page email even remotely infers the possibility of deportation back to their home country.
