Border Patrol Agent Blasts Obama Administration on CNN For "Smuggling of Illegal Aliens"…

(Via The Blaze) Border Patrol agent Hector Garcia on Thursday accused the Obama administration of “aiding, abetting and facilitating the smuggling of illegal aliens across the border.”

In an interview with CNN, Garza said the current influx of illegal immigrants is “organized” and “orchestrated” by the drug cartels. Additionally, he said the federal government is giving illegal immigrants a “free pass.” He said the feds are using the equivalent of the honor system in asking illegal immigrants to later report to an immigration hearing — even though the majority of them will never do so. Congress Blocked From Inspecting Illegal Alien Detention Facilities – Security Calls Themselves "Brown Shirts"…

jackbootsAre the DHS security agents intentionally being provocative ?   The term “brown shirts” is specifically what the German Nazi party called their paramilitary units.
Sturmabteilung” abbreviated to “SA”, or more generally “brown shirts”,  was an organized assault division functioning as the original paramilitary wing of the Nazi Party.
The Brown Shirts played a key role in Adolf Hitler’s rise to power in the 1920s and 1930s. Their main assignments were providing protection for Nazi rallies and assemblies, disrupting the meetings of the opposing parties, fighting against the paramilitary units of the opposing parties (especially the Rotfrontkämpferbund) and intimidating Slavic and Romani citizens, unionists and Jews.
Do you think the United States Department of Homeland Security would intentionally tell contracted security people to name themselves after such similarly behaving paramilitary horror ?   That’s a little ‘in-your-face’, no?
(Via Daily Caller) An Oklahoma Congressman who visited an Army base being used to house illegal immigrant children now wonders what the federal government is hiding after he was denied access to the facility.

“There is no excuse for denying a Federal Representative from Oklahoma access to a federal facility in Oklahoma where unaccompanied children are being held,” Rep. Jim Bridenstine said in a statement following his visit Tuesday to Ft. Sill Army base near Lawton. (more…)

President Obama Taunts Republicans Over Executive Orders: "So sue me" ! Then Vows To Continue Usurping Congress…

… and of course the media will just, well, cover for him.

President Obama Fear of GodWASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama defiantly dared congressional Republicans on Tuesday to try to block his efforts to act on his own and bypass a divided Congress that has thwarted his policy initiatives.
“So sue me,” he taunted on a sweltering day, as he pushed lawmakers to pay for road and bridge repairs. “I’m not going to apologize for trying to do something.”
Obama struck an aggressive tone in the face of a lawsuit threat from House Speaker John Boehner and in the wake of two defeats before the Supreme Court, including a unanimous decision from the court that he overreached when he appointed members of the National Labor Relations Board while the Senate was in recess. Feds Suing Wisconsin Company For Requiring Employees To Speak and Understand English…

justice_scalesWISCONSIN – The United States government is actually suing a private American business for discriminating against Hispanic and Asian employees because they don’t speak English on the job.
It involves a Green Bay Wisconsin metal and plastic manufacturer that fired a group of Hmong and Hispanic workers over their English skills, “even though those skills were not needed to perform their jobs,” according to the feds. More importantly, forcing employees to speak English in the U.S. violates Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, says the Obama administration.
Here’s the twisted explanation from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency that enforces the nation’s workplace discrimination laws; the Civil Rights Act protects employees from discrimination based on national origin, which includes the linguistic characteristics of a national origin group.
Therefore, according to this reasoning, foreigners have the right to speak their native language even during work hours at an American company that requires English. (more…)

The federal agents arrived unannounced at about 10 a.m. to inspect the 263-room property for possible use as housing for some of the 52,000 unaccompanied minors who have been apprehended at the southern border this year.
“They were thinking the hotel was abandoned and closed,” said Scott Swagler, the general manager of the facility, a former Holiday Inn undergoing a $10 million renovation.
One of the visitors was a Customs and Border Patrol agent and another had a badge that said “DHS” (Department of Homeland Security), Swagler said. (more…)

Question: If DHS Is "Surprised" At The Number Of Unaccompanied Minors Crossing The Border, Then Why Were They Looking For A Vendor To Support 65,000 Unaccompanied Minors In January ?…

On January 29th of this year, the federal government posted an advertisement seeking bids for a vendor contract to handle “Unaccompanied Alien Children“.
Not just any contract mind you, but a very specific contract – for a very specific number of unaccompanied minors: 65,000.
illegal alien 2
•  Why would DHS and ICE be claiming “surprise” by the current influx of unaccompanied minors on the border in June, when they were taking bids for an exact contract to handle the exact situation in January?
• Secondly, how could they possibly know anticipate 65,000 unaccompanied minors would be showing up at the border, when the most ever encountered in a previous year was 5,000 total ?
Here’s the bid specifics from [January 29th 2014] emphasis mine: (more…)
