Commonwealth Judge Patricia McCullough issued an injunction [pdf available here] against certification of the 2020 presidential race pending a hearing scheduled for Friday. The judge’s decision also blocks the certification of all the other election results.

McCullough is presiding over a lawsuit brought by Republican lawmakers and candidates against the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf, Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, and the Pennsylvania General Assembly.

The plaintiffs allege that Pennsylvania’s vote-by-mail statute—Act 77—is in violation of the state’s constitution. […]  The plaintiffs include Rep. Mike Kelly (R-Pa.), Republican congressional candidate Sean Parnell, and Pennsylvania House of Representatives candidate Wanda Logan. (more)

The ballot anomalies in Pennsylvania took center stage today as the legislature heard about statistically implausible returns uploaded to the PA election system overnight from areas with very sketchy election activity.  During one segment of the testimony the data was explained leaving jaws agape.  The crowd responds to the ridiculous nature of what took place.  WATCH:

Boston authorities are now contemplating the confiscation of private property under the guise of COVID-19 mitigation or “public health”, because they need to house/detain people in socially distant venues.   The COVID provides a reason to confiscate private domicile.

Leo Beletsky, a law and health sciences professor at Northeastern University, presented the controversial move to city officials during a virtual hearing last week, according to the news station.

“When you commandeer a property, there is no preliminary process. The government just comes in and takes over private property,” Beletsky told the outlet.

House intelligence committee ranking member Devin Nunes discusses the danger of Big Tech controlling the public speech platforms.   “Big tech and corporate media played an outsized role in the 2020 election, says California Congressman and House Intelligence Committee Ranking Member Devin Nunes. An interesting review of Philadelphia ballot uploading results indicates a pattern of manipulated results according to an independent researcher looking at raw data. The results are discussed within a video upload explaining how the data-sets were organized and manipulated in a series of timed events.

According to the analysis: “in this data, particular vote ratios are transferred between random sets of seized precincts throughout the day.”

“The Dominion System isolated a “Flip Set” from the expected vote count and the expected percentage. It then splices the Flip Set into multiple “ratio sets” and assigns them to precincts throughout the day. Once a particular “ratio set” receives the votes it needed, it releases that set, and then Dominion injects it into the city wide count.”

“To hide it’s trail, Dominion reassigns the same “ratio set” to different (random) precincts throughout the day, so that the same precinct doesn’t keep getting the exact same ratio (or the same set of precincts).”

The Trump Campaign’s legal team’s lead attorney Sidney Powell joins Larry O’Connor in an exclusive interview. She tells Larry she is willing to stake her personal and professional reputation on the allegations she has made.

Powell says the legal team has pictures of votes being manipulated in real time. She answers pointed questions about her allegations regarding the computerized voting systems on election night. She says Republicans have benefited from these systems as well. There is a COVID-19 virus; however, COVID is not more dangerous than all other flu-like viruses that impact the respiratory system. COVID-19 is very manageable and doesn’t carry a higher fatality rate.

Why is COVID-19 being disproportionately hyped as such a dangerous threat, when the reality of the statistical danger is much less than the intense level of hype?… That is the key question.

We already knew the metadata available in the NSA database is for sale by private contractors to any politically connected high bidder.   That data is worth trillions.

Does it not seem likely that Dominion election engineers would offer their services to both sides of the political equation.  How many campaigns purchased those services?  How many currently sitting political leaders know the phone number to Dominion election services?   You think the GOP leaders want an actual investigation?
