Sunday Talks – ABC George Stephanopoulos Claims Trump Prosecution Not Motivated by Politics

Some of the commentary made by MSM political pundits is so over-the-top biased and fraught with manipulative intent the light from the place where narrative engineering emanates could not reach their bias for a year.  It is infuriating in the extreme.

Entering the game of gaslighting comes one of the most politically conniving narrative engineers in media, George Stephanopoulos.   Today, during an interview with President Trump attorney Will Scharf, Stephanopoulos attempts to claim the Biden administration was not involved in the Alvin Bragg case against President Trump.

Speaking on “ABC’s This Week,” Stephanopoulos claimed, “of course, the attorney general of Manhattan has nothing to do with the Department of Justice.”  Scharf replied: “I vehemently disagree that the district attorney in New York was not politically motivated here, and I vehemently disagree that President Biden and his political allies aren’t up to their necks in this prosecution.”  WATCH:

Sunday Talks – President Trump Fox and Friends Weekend Interview

President Trump is running a smart media blitz approach following the ridiculous guilty verdict from New York City.  The Trump campaign is visibly hitting multiple vote demographics simultaneously by targeting communications, appearances, advertising and interviews through platforms primarily used by those demographics.

Despite personally considering Ruper Murdoch an adversary, President Trump appears on Fox and Friends Weekend show to deliver his message to the segment of the GOP base that still review traditional cable media.  This is the same network anchored around Brett Baier, who is one of the most Machiavellian anti-Trump pundits (perhaps only eclipsed in slime level duplicity by Salem’s Hugh Hewitt).

President Trump discusses the outcome of the trial with the Fox News Weekend team. WATCH:

President Trump Delivers Remarks after Jury Announces Guilty Verdict in New York City

President Trump delivered brief remarks to the assembled press pool in New York City after the jury delivered a guilty verdict.  WATCH:

.

President Trump said he will not quit the fight for our nation.  This one man is the tip of our national spear.

Regardless of how much they attack him, President Trump stands resolute, steadfast and unwavering in opposition to the destruction of our nation. As much as it pains us to see these vicious lawfare attacks, we can be certain that every leftist effort will result in a backfire against them.

Pray for President Trump. Pray for strength within our nation and prepare yourself mentally for the task at hand.

Jonathan Turley Deconstructs the Specifics of the Lawfare Witch Hunt in New York City

Throughout the trial the prosecution refused to outline the underlying crime that President Trump was guilty of violating.

Without telling the defendant what crime they committed, the defense did not know what point of specific law to refute.  Then, in the closing arguments by the prosecution, the Manhattan District Attorney finally stated the crime that frames their case against President Trump.  A federal campaign violation.

This context of surprise attack LAWFARE is egregious in the extreme because throughout the trial the court refused to permit testimony from expert defense witnesses, including testimony from the Federal Election Commission, that federal campaign violations never took place.

The court previously said the defendant is not being charged with federal campaign violations because this is a state case; ergo no FEC testimony is valid.  Then in the closing arguments, the state says the underlying case which frames the state prosecution are FEC violations of law.

Jonathan Turley writes an op-ed in The Hill sharing the extreme nature of the judicial breach that has taken place.  This is unmitigated Lawfare in the extreme and the American people can see it clearly.

(Via The Hill) – […] going into the deliberations, the court allowed the jury to be told repeatedly that there were federal campaign violations committed by Trump. That is not true. Putting aside that the federal government found no basis to impose a civil fine, let alone bring a criminal charge, the court barred a legal expert who could have shown that no such violation occurred. The jury does not know that. Instead, the judge allowed them to be repeatedly told a false fact that could make it difficult for anyone to acquit.

However, the instructions then went in for the kill and turned the jury deliberations into a canned hunt.

Dan Bongino Interviews President Trump During Jury Deliberations

To see just how insane this trial was at the direction of the New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg and corrupt Judge Juan Merchan you can take a look at the jury instructions [55-Page pdf HERE].  The jury instructions are a Lawfare construct assembled by Judge Merchan to frame deliberations against President Trump.  Read them to see how crazy they are.

After the Judge ended a half day of jury deliberations, President Trump gave a short interview to Dan Bongino.  Interestingly at the 12:33 point, Bongino notes the importance of the Attorney General position in the next administration.  President Trump immediately says he made two bad choices in that position in the prior administration.  WATCH:

The world is waiting to see the outcome of these jury deliberations.  It’s crazy how silly the USA looks to the rest of the world.

Wins and Losses – Ken Paxton Gives Solid Debrief on Results from Texas Open Primary Contest, Along with Devastating Review of FBI

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton appears with Steve Bannon to discuss the results of last night’s primary election in the lone star state. {Direct Rumble Link Here}.

CTH has stated several times that Texas is not as politically solid red as most believe; in part this is driven by the nature of how Texas politics are organized.  The open primary in Texas is part of the political construct that permits Democrats to influence Republican races, and as a result controls the outcomes of legislative policy.  AG Ken Paxton talks about how the Republican speaker of the house is decided by Democrats.

At the 7:00 minute mark of the video (prompted), AG Paxton begins discussing his own interactions with the Federal Bureau of Investigation as it pertains to his federal targeting by them.  Attorney General Paxton does not pull punches as he describes a totally rogue FBI institution that is now fully weaponized against the interests of the American people.   For us this is not a surprise {GO DEEP}; however, for the average person who is not as dialed in to the details of the corruption, these comments by Ken Paxton are a big trumpet siren.

.

[TRANSCRIPT] – […] “AG Ken Paxton: Steve, I’m telling you, they are the Gestapo. We’re in Venezuela. We might as well be in China. We might as well be in Germany during the ’30s and ’40s. It is corrupt. It is the Gestapo. They don’t follow any laws anymore, and no one can stop them. And because of what happened to me, these other AGs are afraid to do anything anyway. So there’s a lot of fear because what can you do? How do you stop them?

President Trump Delivers Remarks as Jury Deliberates in New York City, “Weaponized Deal to Manipulate Law”

President Trump delivers remarks after Judge Juan Merchan delivered some of the most ridiculous instructions in the history of jury instructions.

Judge Juan Merchan told jurors they do not have to agree unanimously on each of the 3 counts charged.  The jury can have 4 members agree to guilt on each of the three counts and the judge will accept that as 12 decisions for guilt overall.  There’s no way these types of instructions will pass appellate court review; but that’s not the purpose of the Lawfare that Judge Merchan is participating in.  WATCH:

Desperate Biden Campaign Attempts Political Press Conference Outside New York City Courthouse

Showcasing the political intents of the Biden administration to arrest and jail his political opposition, the campaign of Joe Biden thought it would be a good idea to hold a press conference outside the New York City courthouse where closing arguments are taking place.  The Biden team thought it would be a good idea to showcase the politics of the prosecution; go figure.

Supporting the effort was the washed-up actor Robert De Niro, known in acting circles as Hollywood’s tallest midget (video below). The actor was heckled by the pro-Trump supporters near the courthouse and the Biden campaign team was visibly frustrated.  Things just didn’t go well for them. The whole event was really goofy.  WATCH:

Donald Trump Jr, Eric Trump and Lara Trump delivered remarks to the media following the rather silly Biden campaign effort.

NEW YORK – […] Anti-Trump protesters and supporters of the presumptive GOP presidential nominee got into a scuffle outside Manhattan Supreme Court during dueling press conferences by the 2024 campaigns for Trump and President Biden — the latter of which featured a fired-up Robert De Niro speaking to a crowd of dozens.

Inside the courthouse, defense lawyer Todd Blanche told the jury of seven men and five women that Trump’s longtime lawyer-turned-star-prosecution-witness Michael Cohen was “the GLOAT. He’s the greatest liar of all time.” (read more)

Judge Says New York City Jury Doesn’t Need to Agree on Predicate Crime to Convict Trump of Guilt

At this point in time finding Donald Trump guilty of anything, any crime at all, is just a matter of Judge Juan Merchan following through on expectations.

The entire world is watching what happens in New York City through the prism of ridiculous lawfare and politics.  No intellectually honest observers believe this is a trial about substance, guilt, criminal activity or innocence therein.  The illusion of a nonprejudicial justice system has long past and everyone can see the extreme politicization taking place in Judge Merchan’s courtroom.

Finding President Trump guilty of a crime is seemingly a foregone conclusion.  Even the White House is saying Joe Biden will deliver remarks to the nation from the official executive office as soon as the guilty verdict is delivered {SEE HERE}.

Judge Merchan has yet to release the public version of jury instructions, however he previously decided last week that the jurors do not need to agree on a predicate crime in order to fund President Trump guilty of trying to hide one.

{SOURCE}

Yes, you read that correctly…. The jurors do not need to believe a crime was committed in order to convict Trump of unlawfully hiding a crime he never committed.  Let that insufferable Lawfare logic sink in.

A Familiar Pattern of Desperate Behavior Emerges When Lawfare Starts Failing

Julie Kelly attended court in Florida to watch the proceedings in Judge Cannon’s court around the Lawfare “document case” construct. {Direct Rumble Link} Alan Dershowitz attended court in New York City to watch the proceedings in Judge Merchan’s court around the Lawfare “hush money case” construct. Both Kelly and Dershowitz reported witnessing bizarre and unstable behavior from the left side of the Lawfare operation.

The modern political left is a cult. They have a definite derangement of the mind, and a hole -something missing- in their hearts. They envy the peace and joy they see in others. They are highly unsettled and unfulfilled. Many of them are manifestly evil. Leftists lack any sort of depth, meaning, courage and/or self-control. When challenged, they lose their shit when the weak nature of who they are is exposed.

Leftists are tribal because their weak psychology requires constant reaffirmation to exist in a world of logic, natural outcomes and non-pretending reality. Nature and the natural/spiritual world as exhibited does not align with their pretending and make believe. Just as the “rules of school” are artificial when compared to the “rules of the farm”, Lawfare is not in alignment with natural laws of right/wrong, good/bad, truth or lies.

At a certain point, the ideology of Lawfare -an emotional construct- has to engage and debate the world of commonsense, practical and logical thinking. It is precisely when this conflict is encountered that leftist behavior changes. The destabilized Lawfare mind becomes obvious, as both Alan Dershowitz and Julie Kelly bear witness.
