Now that the racism card has been successfully played against Sterling,  the truly clever and ambitious players can sally forth to grab the spoils of a BGI game well-played. V Stiviano, or whatever she’s calling herself this week, gives an interview to the LA Times, through her attorneys of course.

She swears she didn’t mean to boil the Donald’s bunny.  She’s devastated.  Devastated !  …She was a simple girl working on a doctoral thesis in waitressing while volunteer crime fighting and now needs legions of legal representatives….   

(LA Times)  V. Stiviano, the woman at the center of the Donald Sterling scandal, said she was “very saddened” by the NBA’s decision to ban him from the sport for life, her attorney said Tuesday.
V. Stiviano “never wanted any harm to Donald,” Calabasas lawyer Mac Nehoray of Calabasas told The Times. He said the 31-year-old is still reeling from the release of the recordings in which Sterling chastises her for associating with African Americans, including Magic Johnson.

(CBS) NBA Commissioner Adam Silver announced Tuesday Clippers owner Donald Sterling will be suspended for life and fined $2.5 million in response to the racist remarks he allegedly made in a recorded audio clip.
Commissioner Silver was specifically clear to indicate Mr. Sterling was being punished for his personal views, not for his prior actions or behaviors – his views.

 “Whether or not these remarks were initially shared in private, they are now public, and they represent his views.”

Silver spoke to the press at 11 a.m. news conference from New York, stating he will “do everything in my power” to force the sale of the Clippers.

The Supreme Court (TSJ) made this decision yesterday, declaring that the right to protest “is not an absolute right.”

Police forces will now be legally allowed to disperse people who shut down a street to voice their complaints. Also, the attorney General will be allowed to prosecute unauthorized protestors for disobedience.
The TSJ considered it is imperative to “guarantee the right to free movement,” which would justify dispersing any unauthorized congregation. According to the ruling, written by Judge Arcadio Delgado, local police forces have “an obligation to cooperate with the rest of the security forces in maintaining public order during the illegal exercise of the right to protest.” (more…)

Generally we stay away from the Hollywood gossipy ‘People Mag-Type’ stuff.  However, with Dorkman Clooney we make an exception; because like the insufferable Moonbat, Matt Damon, Clooney does political stuff that can actually have adverse consequence.

Donald Sterling is a Democrat Fundraiser , and a democrat supporter/donor.  He’s a slimy bastard and has been for a long time, but the current accusation is constructed for financial benefit.
Sterling is the owner of the L.A Clippers his “former” girlfriend is V Stiviano a woman of dubious character.    She is, by race, Mexican and Black.   She is also being sued by Sterling Inc. for “embezzlement” of almost $2,000,000 ($1.8 million) from him.  Embezzlement is what they call it in Hollywood when you charge a Ferrari, two Bentley’s, and a $1.8 mil condo to drop your panties.

Donald Sterling Inc. also includes Mrs. Donald Sterling – D’oh….   Who is suing the “girlfriend” for return of family assets.   So, after Stiviano gets handed papers for the lawsuit she hires an attorney and tells Sterling she would “get him back“.
She’s set him up.
The “set up” is constructed around an oft argued personal issue they have/had historically between themselves.
Stiviano had often complained to Sterling that her friends didn’t like him -and consequently leery of her- because they thought her boyfriend, Sterling, was a prejudiced bigot, which he probably is – but that’s not the substance of the latest construct.
Against the backdrop of the prior conversations about her friends, and their racist opinion of her boyfriend within her social circle, she recorded a phone call. (more…)

ORLANDO, FL –  Yeah, I tweeted the address of George Zimmerman’s parents, comedienne Roseanne Barr acknowledged in court paperwork this week, but she’s also hired five lawyers to defend her against their lawsuit.
On Monday, those lawyers filed paperwork, asking an Orlando federal judge to throw out the suit filed last month by Robert Zimmerman Sr. and Gladys Zimmerman, who accuse Barr of violating their privacy and intentionally inflicting emotional distress.
Barr did post their address on Twitter on March 28 or 29, 2012, she and her lawyers concede, but it an accident – she meant to reply to just one person, they wrote.

HOLLYWOOD – Hollywood executives Garth Ancier, David Neuman and Gary Goddard have been accused of sexually abusing teenage boys in lawsuits filed Monday in Hawaii federal court.

“I would not wish on my worst enemies what I went through,” declared plaintiff Michael Egan at a Monday news conference at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills.
Ancier is the former president of BBC Worldwide America and also served as head of programming for Fox, NBC and the WB. He’s also the head of year-old Quad Media Partners, formed to launch four fully curated linear TV networks, “each built around a modern decade in broadcast and cable network television.” (more…)

I know some of you are planning on seeing “The Undefeated” this weekend, and I thought you might be curious to read about the highlights you can look forward to viewing.  I was lucky enough to attend one of the movie’s previews last June 30th, and using the footlights in the theater, I took copious notes.  The following is my synopsis of the movie based on those  notes.
