How dare you not comply !   “Your ?…. You want YOUR ?”

WASHINGTON DC – Sounding a new aggressive tone, first lady Michelle Obama vowed in a private conference call on Monday to fight industry efforts at rolling back healthy school-lunch standards, an issue that could come up for a vote on Capitol Hill later this week.

The remarks to health activists were made in an off-the-record conference call at the beginning of a week of intense lobbying around proposed changes in the national school-lunch program, which sets standards for fat, sugar and sodium levels in food.

“I was thrilled that the first lady pulled advocates together this morning and sounded such a strong rallying cry to fight back against efforts to weaken the school food standards,” said Margo Wootan, who lobbies on Capitol Hill and elsewhere on behalf of the Center for Science in the Public Interest. For Michelle Obama, the world is black and white. But not about good and evil, right and wrong. Her black and white is all about skin color.

She talks about it often, incessantly, even, injecting race and racism into speeches and events in which they have no business. And she did so again on Friday, when she traveled to Topeka, Kansas, to deliver a speech to graduating high school seniors.

First, a background note: Her speech was moved up a day after parents complained that her visit to a school district — just blocks from the historic schoolhouse central to the Brown v. Education Supreme Court decision that outlawed segregation — would focus on race, not their children’s accomplishments.

Many people, myself included, are thankful for the appointment of a Benghazi Select Committee with hopes that Trey Gowdy and the other 11 members will finally bring sunlight on one of the most obvious constructs of an intentional cover-up in modern history.

There are many questions unanswered -despite the two years past- because political control of the narrative was more important to the White House than actual delivery of the who’s, what’s, where’s and more importantly the “why’s”.

‘Control of the narrative’ is what led to the construction of the false story about a Mohammed U-Tube video as the impetus of the attack in Benghazi.

‘Control of the narrative’ is what kept Hillary Clinton off the Sunday morning talk shows the weekend after the attack.   The structural lying was left to Susan Rice.

‘Control of the narrative’ is what led to White House Communications Director Ben Rhodes structuring the Susan Rice talking points.   ‘Control of the narrative’ is what led to National Security Council Spokesperson Tommy Vietor changing the wording on the talking points on behalf of his boss Tom Donilon.

Jaw dropping Moonbattery !!

The litmus test is…. wait for it,…. whether or not you voted for Obama.  

If you did not – you’re racist.   If you did not vote for Obama, and you don’t act or behave racist – you just don’t know you’re racist.

This much has been demonstrated in the lab multiple times, but here are some noteworthy findings on the psychology of implicit racial bias:

Not Voting for Obama. In a very different context, these tendencies also cropped up in the 2008 presidential election, pitting a white candidate (John McCain) against a black one (Barack Obama). In a 2009 study, B. Keith Payne of the University of North Carolina and his colleagues compared explicit and implicit bias scores for a large number of individuals with their self-reported voting behavior in the election. WASHINGTON DC – House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) today named the seven Republican members of the Select Committee on the Events Surrounding the 2012 Terrorist Attack in Benghazi.

There’s a strong case to be made for a fiscal comparison between loud Chris Christie, and less boisterous, but ultimately more effective, Scott Walker.   Christie might be louder and more visible, but “conservative”, not so much.  

While Wisconsin has a budget surplus and improving bond rating, New Jersey, via Christie, is going in the exact opposite direction.

NEW JERSEY – Here’s how drastically Chris Christie’s political fortunes have turned: Bridgegate might not be his biggest problem.

Just as the New Jersey governor is trying to turn the corner on the traffic scandal and restore his national luster, now he’s getting blamed for a yawning budget deficit and recent downgrade of the state’s debt.

Christie and state lawmakers have less than two months to close a sudden budget hole. Analysts say the governor’s administration brought on the problem by projecting the state would collect much more in tax revenue than it did; Christie’s aides insist the Legislature bears some of the blame. In the nearly 20 months since the September 11, 2012 Benghazi attacks, al Qaeda operatives and allied terrorists have flocked to Libya, making the fragile North African country a hub for those seeking to wage jihad from north Africa, current and former U.S. counterterrorism officials tell The Daily Beast.

Not only does al Qaeda host Ansar al-Sharia, one of the militias responsible for the Benghazi attacks that killed Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans. But U.S. intelligence now assesses that leaders from at least three regional al Qaeda affiliates—al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb, al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula and members of the organization of Al-Mulathameen Brigade loyal to Algerian terrorist, Mokhtar BelMokhtar—have all established havens in the lawless regions of Libya outside the control of the central government. The progressive agenda is transparent, even when the White House is not…

(Washington DC)  Just over half the nation wants further investigation into the September 2012 terrorist killings of American diplomats in Benghazi, Libya, in part because an even larger percentage of the country does not believe that President Obama’s team has told the full story about the simmering scandal.

Rasmussen Reports revealed in a new poll that 51 percent want the investigation to go forward. The House last week ordered up a special panel to investigate the killings of the U.S. ambassador and several others and how the administration handled the crisis.

Worse for Obama, Rasmussen found that 59 percent feel it is unlikely the administration has revealed all of the details of the episode. And 50 percent are not satisfied with the administration’s story they’ve heard.  (read more)
