According to several media reports Hillary Clinton has promised to stop taking foreign donations to her Clinton Foundation, ie. bribes, if she wins the presidency.

NEW YORK, Aug. 19 (UPI) — The Clinton Foundation will stop accepting all foreign donations and former President Bill Clinton will step down from running the charitable organization if Hillary Clinton wins the presidency, the group said. (link)

Leading some to wonder why she never took the same approach while she was acting as Secretary of State for the U.S.?  Then again, even this announcement is fraught with Clintonian parseltongue.   – SEE HERE for EXAMPLES –

Those who do not accurately present historical context are doomed to misinterpret political shifts. With the recent enhancements to Donald Trump’s campaign team there’s a great deal of erroneous reporting and various opinion articles that are disconnected from historical accuracy.

The addition of Kellyanne Conway (campaign manager) and Steve Bannon (campaign CEO) to the Trump campaign caught many people off guard, CTH included.  The connective tissue between Bannon and Conway is billionaire Robert Mercer, and to a slightly lesser extent his daughter Rebekah.

Mercer purchased an $11 million stake in Breitbart Media, essentially becoming the financial backbone for the enterprise.  Mr. Mercer also took out a large stake in Cambridge Analytica, a data firm.  Cambridge Analytica set up a Presidential Preference poll on the Breitbart website to gather the information of visitors and political followers.

Steve Bannon is Chairman of the Breitbart Media group, and as such he was responsible for managing the intent of Mercer’s investment.  To facilitate this objective Breitbart Media took on the role of promoting Pro-Cruz media almost exclusively. (more…)

The ‘America-First’ Compassion Ticket Heads To Louisiana

Campaigning in North Carolina today, candidate Donald Trump began his campaign remarks by speaking about the horrific devastation in Louisiana:

[…] We are one nation. When one state hurts, we all hurt – and we must all work together to lift each other up. Working, building, restoring together.

Our prayers are with the families who have lost loved ones, and we send them our deepest condolences. Though words cannot express the sadness one feels at times like this, I hope everyone in Louisiana knows that our country is praying for them and standing with them to help them in these difficult hours. The Iranian government specifically said –and broadcast on their television network (Feb)– a $400 million cash payment to them from the U.S. was a successfully extorted ransom payment to secure the release of American hostages.

However, on August 4th, the White House immediately claimed the $400 million cash payment made as part of the “Iran Deal” was not a ransom payment to secure the release of the U.S. hostages.  President Obama went on television to state: “no ransom was paid”:

The Iowa State Fair has a booth where attendees are given the opportunity to cast their vote on the 2016 presidential race by placing a corn kernel in a jar.

The poll is obviously unscientific; however, nor is it manipulated by the media, it simply is an opportunity for fair goers to show who they are supporting in the upcoming presidential race.

The fair is in day #5 and 43,702 people have visited the WHO TV Channel 13 News Booth to register their opinion. Here are the results so far:

Candidate Donald Trump is holding an actual 12 point lead (56% -vs- 44%) with actual people.  43,702 actual people.  [Trump 24,284 votes, Clinton 19,418 votes]  Quite a difference from the media polling, huh.

Today Hillary Clinton remains campaigning in Pennsylvania.  Yesterday Vice President Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton campaigned in Scranton, a few hundred people showed up.

Today, Hillary held a voter registration campaign event in a High School gym in West Philadelphia – the attendance/turnout was essentially the same.

What’s going on?

Where are all these Clinton supporters the national media keep polling and talking about?
