This story is interesting both for the content the media share and for the content the media avoid sharing.
Both Saint Louis suspects are admitted members of the New Black Panther organization; both suspects are also admitted Islamist Radicals and believers in ISIS jihad….
However, as previously pointed out, you’ll have a hard time finding the connection between NBPP and ISIS in any media article.   Contrast against the media reports yesterday about “right-wing” domestic terror threats and the DOJ inquiry.
We previously noted the avoidance of linking “Black Lives Matter” protests to the New Black Panthers, and the short trip to ISIS advocacy within both groups as exemplified by Eric Sheppard Jr at Valdosta State University.  We saw it again in Baltimore.
The PC media is desperate to avoid using the chosen names of the black panther terror suspects Brandon Muhammad, and Olajuwon, also known as Olajuwon Ali and Brother Ali.  This is a follow-up to the previous outline where the FBI revealed the two men were involved in straw purchases for firearms and making pipe bombs.
We now know they were plotting assassinations of Ferguson Police Chief Tom Jackson, and Saint Louis Prosecutor Robert McCulloch, in addition to bombing the Gateway arch.

Last week a host of top level executives within FIFA, soccer’s governing body, were indicted in a massive corruption sting. Despite the corruption and bribery scandal the governing body re-elected Sepp Blatter for another term as president for the organization. However, Blatter is despised by the fans and larger soccer community as a whole.

We already knew the FBI was using Stingray cell data technology via drones and planes, however it appears the surveillance program is considerably more extensive.

WASHINGTON DC – The FBI is operating a small air force with scores of low-flying planes across the country carrying video and, at times, cellphone surveillance technology — all hidden behind fictitious companies that are fronts for the government, The Associated Press has learned.
The planes’ surveillance equipment is generally used without a judge’s approval, and the FBI said the flights are used for specific, ongoing investigations. In a recent 30-day period, the agency flew above more than 30 cities in 11 states across the country, an AP review found. (more…)

Several places are now reporting a very disconcerting claim about the justice system in Waco Texas requesting detainees sign waivers promising not to sue the city for unlawful arrest, detention, and civil rights violations.

Previously the DOJ was only going so far as to call the Tea-Party right-wing extremists so they could be easily targeted by the IRS. Now the DOJ intends to push the envelope further by attaching the “right-wing” label to Islamic Jihad. The truth is fundamentally opposite. Totalitarian regimes are on the far left of the political and governmental continuum. But lets not allow facts to mess up a good propaganda campaign.
(Washington Free Beacon) The Department of Justice is concentrating on “far-right” groups in a new study of social media usage aimed at combatting violent extremism.
The Justice Department’s National Institute of Justice (NIJ) awarded Michigan State University $585,719 for the study, which was praised by Eric Holder, the former attorney general, earlier this year.
“There is currently limited knowledge of the role of technology and computer mediated communications (CMCs), such as Facebook and Twitter, in the dissemination of messages that promote extremist agendas and radicalize individuals to violence,” according to the NIJ grant. “The proposed study will address this gap through a series of qualitative and quantitative analyses of posts from various forms of CMC used by members of both the far-right and Islamic extremist movements.” (more…)

The issues within the Post Dispatch article below highlight the problems created by media publicity within the legal system.

Similar to the Trayvon Martin shooting much, if not most, of the information transmitted to the public in the Mike Brown shooting was created by agenda driven media entities like MSNBC, CNN, all the alphabets, and 90%+ of the print media. Most of it completely false.  
The media, essentially broken down into various factions within an ideologically similar left-wing profession, looking for a cause, a Ryan Julison type cause, to push upon their readership and viewership – while inflating their own ego and liberal bona fides.
Oh yes, make no mistakes, the real enemy in all of these events is an intentionally deceitful media.
To offset the inherent bias stemming from the embedded, media-driven, false narrative, Prosecutor Robert McCulloch gave the grand jury every available scintilla of information to present the total realistic picture of what took place in Canfield Greens apartment complex. Simultaneously, outside the Grand Jury, the false stories fraught with agenda-interests were being promoted by the media 24/7.
There was, in essence, two realities. One inside the legal preceedings based on fact, the other outside in the rest of the world based on emotion and deception. It is no surprise to see how some cannot grasp the concept of being lied to so totally and completely. (more…)

We also concur that a host of lawsuits against numerous authority will follow as a result of the unconstitutional detainment and arrest practices of the Waco Police. 
Eventually, years from now, as law school students confer for their first and second year classes, the Waco shooting at “Twin Peaks” will be used as a case study showcasing the how law enforcement can, and will, overreact. 
(Via Aging Rebel) The first of what will surely be a blizzard of federal civil rights lawsuits was filed this morning against the city of Waco and McLennan County, Texas.
Scimitar Motorcycle Club member Matthew Alan Clendennen (above) is also suing Waco police officer Manuel Chavez, who signed the criminal complaint against Clendennen and up to 177 other arrestees. Chavez’ criminal complaint states that “I hereby state upon my oath that I have reason to believe and do believe that heretofore, and before making and filing of this complaint, that on or about May 17, 2015 in McLennan County, Texas, the said Clendennen, Matthew Alan did then and there, as a member of a criminal street gang, commit or conspire to commit murder, capital murder, or aggravated assault against the laws of the State.”
[…] The lawsuit notes that “the identical criminal complaint used in Plaintiff Matthew Alan Clendennen’s case was used to justify the arrest of more than 100 other individuals and only the names were changed in the various criminal complaints. Does anyone really believe the programs will cease merely because they are no longer authorized by law?  Really?
WASHINGTON – The Obama administration warned Friday that a bundle of terror-fighting surveillance tools will expire at midnight Sunday unless Congress acts to renew Patriot Act provisions — putting pressure on Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to break the impasse over the issue.
The Senate deadlocked last weekend on a string of proposals meant to keep the provisions running past the end-of-the-month deadline. McConnell is calling the Senate back into session on Sunday, “to make every effort to provide the intelligence community with the tools it needs to combat terror,” spokesman Don Stewart said Friday.
But that session leaves just hours until the deadline, and it’s not clear whether any solution is in reach.  (read more)

Allegedly Dennis Hastert was being blackmailed by a victim of his past.  Surfacing now are reports that while he was a teacher and coach in Illinois, prior to congress, he sexually molested a victim.  That victim blackmailed him.  The blackmail was exposed by the FBI/Treasury tracking large cash withdrawals from his bank account.

YORKVILLE, Ill. — J. Dennis Hastert, the longest-serving Republican speaker in the history of the U.S. House, was indicted Thursday by a federal grand jury on charges that he violated banking laws in a bid to pay $3.5 million to an unnamed person to cover up “past misconduct.”
Hastert, 73, who has been a high-paid lobbyist in Washington since his 2007 retirement from Congress, schemed to mask more than $950,000 in withdrawals from various ac­counts in violation of federal banking laws that require the disclosure of large cash transactions, according to a seven-page indictment delivered by a grand jury in Chicago.

BREAKING – U.S. Marshals have arrested Eric Sheppard Jr., in Tampa Florida after a month long manhunt.  Sheppard was originally wanted for firearms violations, threats against students, and most recently terrorism threats specifically against white people in Georgia…. 
TAMPA, Fla. — The Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed that Eric Sheppard was arrested in Tampa, Florida Thursday morning without incident.
Sheppard is widely known for stomping and walking on an American flag during a protest at Valdosta State University in April.
According to arrest records, 21-year-old Sheppard was arrested around 11:15 a.m. Thursday in the 2000 block of Balfour Court in Tampa.
An arrest warrant had been out for Sheppard since deputies found a gun that belonged to him in a backpack on Valdosta State University’s campus in late April.
Sheppard had previously walked and stomped on an American flag on campus in protest. (more…)
