If Black Lives really Matter, one would think the protesting crowd is doing it wrong. Does anyone think there might be a connection between Baltimore and Saint Louis…. Hmm

Saint Louis – If the current homicide rate continues, St. Louis will have most homicides in 30 years. Since January, there have been 70 homicides in the St. Louis area. If the trend continues, there will be a total of 168 homicides by December, the most since 1985. (Crime Stat pdf)
Baltimore – […] The 42 homicides in May marked the deadliest month in the city since August 1990, which also had 42 killings. The city has seen a surge in violence since the death of Freddie Gray on April 19, and the charging of six officers involved in his arrest on May 1. (link)

911 Calls, and the corresponding police reports, mysteriously disappear !

Philadelphia has a problem. It’s not a new problem; nor is it a problem that hasn’t been shared before; it has.
A racial problem that has been discussed before with much controversy; quickly reviewed two years ago, and just as quickly swept back under the rug of political correctness.
The problem is growing violence against white people by black thugs. However, now, in 2015, as a result of the local police trying to hide the issue, the problem murmur is worsening. A deep troubling tremor surfacing. Emergency 911 calls outlining violence and even home invasions are being hidden, ignored, and covered up by law enforcement.
In essence this story from last week highlights the safari principle carried out to it’s fullest and most logical conclusion. That is, until the victims say ‘enough is enough’, and confront the police who have stopped trying to maintain law and order.

Previously Marilyn Mosby submitted a motion to keep the Medical Examiner’s report secret, and to keep the media from seeing elements of evidence in her case.
BALTIMORE – Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby has until June 26 to respond to three defense motions in the high-stakes trial of six officers in the arrest and death of Freddie Gray, a judge has ordered.
Attorneys for the six Baltimore Police officers have motioned for Mosby to be removed from the case, for the case to be removed from Baltimore and for the case to be dismissed based on “prosecutorial misconduct.”
The defense attorneys have argued Mosby has multiple conflicts of interest, including that her husband, City Councilman Nick Mosby, represents the area of West Baltimore where Gray was arrested. (more…)
Several people, ourselves included, have filed public records requests with the Waco Texas police department seeking information about the events of May 17th in the Twin Peaks shooting. However, the Waco PD is clearly violating the spirit and intent of Texas Public Records laws while responding with essentially irrelevant information.
With more scrutiny of the events, some LEO advocates find themselves in denial mode as the ever-growing probability looms that many, if not most, of the killed/wounded met their fate as a consequence of an over-aggressive police response. Jason Sickles of Yahoo News has his take. (We embed the released FOIA information below – you can decide.)

TEXAS – As questions remain unanswered about last month’s deadly biker rampage in Waco, Texas, police there are trying to clamp down on public information about the case.
The move comes as scrutiny intensifies over the Waco Police Department’s handling of the sensational shootout that killed nine bikers, injured 18 and saw an unprecedented 175 people arrested and charged with engaging in organized crime.
By law, crime and arrest reports containing basic data — information such as a detailed description of the offense and the name and a description of the victim — have to be provided. (more…)
Several media outlets have noted a press conference given today by Baltimore Police Chief Anthony Batts where he asked for “federal agents”, and “federal prosecutors” to assist Baltimore with the skyrocketing violence and murders.
[…] In a press conference Wednesday, flanked by representatives of multiple state and federal agencies, Batts said he is asking for federal prosecutors and agents to help, calling the renewed effort an “all hands on deck.”
Batts’ comments follow unrest in the city of Baltimore after the April 19 death of Freddie Gray, and the indictment of six Baltimore police officers involved. Since then, local prosecutors and Batts have come under fire by the police officers’ labor union, and theres been suspicion the rise in crime may be linked to a work “slowdown” organized by police officers. (link)
The short version is Chief Batts admitting he’s lost control. Ironic considering how quickly the police chief and mayor wanted the national guard to withdraw. (more…)

VALDOSTA — The former Valdosta State University student who eluded law enforcement for a month after allegedly bringing a gun on campus was denied bond today following his extradition to Lowndes County from Florida.
[…] These same people who you all know as “legal officials/police officers/sheriff/detectives” or any other falsified label of ‘authority’ only know wickedness and devilish behavior. It SHOULD be clear by now that this is a White Supremacist Nation Owned, Operated, and Controlled by White People.
Yes it is ALL white people who help to maintain this wicked nation to a greater or lesser degree given the default status aided to them by virtue or vice of White Privilege. Thus all functionalities, codes, rules, policies, curriculums, cultures and social criteria created or concocted therein are Meant to Benefit Whites. ~ Eric Sheppard Jr
[…] Sheppard’s lawyer, Mawuli Davis of the Davis Bozeman law firm in Atlanta, has characterized his client as “merely a college kid trying to figure out life under some extraordinary stressful circumstances” and has said he is not a threat to the community. (read more)

Remember, according to Waco PD -numerous times- every person arrested was a member of an Outlaw Motorcycle Gang. According to Waco PD Spokesperson W. Patrick Swanton (in four different interviews where he justified the mass arrest, incarceration and million dollar bonds) each of the arrested “gang bikers” represented a similar risk profile and danger to the public if they were allowed to be released.

Yet somehow, the Waco PD is now allowing 25 “heavily armed” and “notoriously dangerous gang members” to have bond reductions. Also, important note, the article states the prosecutor’s office has reviewed all of the video evidence.
WACO TEXAS – Twenty-five bikers arrested in the May 17 shootout at Twin Peaks have been released from jail since Thursday, when prosecutors and defense attorneys started negotiating the reduction of bonds. (more…)
Head’s up, we’ve seen this play before. Corrupt and lying State Attorney, Angela Corey, did the exact same thing in the Zimmerman trial in order to keep the public from seeing how a fraudulent prosecution is constructed.
However, this latest manuever by Marilyn Mosby, as reported today in the Baltimore Sun, is Supernova levels beyond Hypocritical.
Can you imagine the outrage within the “Black Lives Matter” community if Saint Louis prosecutor, Robert McColloch blocked the autopsy release of Mike Brown? Think about it.
Via the Baltimore Sun:
Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby plans to seek a protective order blocking the release of Freddie Gray’s autopsy and other “sensitive” documents as she pursues charges against six police officers involved in his arrest..
Mosby discussed that intention in a court filing Monday, in which she also asked the court for more time to respond to defense motions that she and her office be removed from the case and that the case be tried outside of Baltimore.
Mosby’s office has also sought a gag order, which would prevent those involved in the case from discussing it in public, and broken with tradition by not providing the autopsy report to Baltimore Police. (read more)
Marilyn Mosby’s approach is further evidence of something we have previously outlined.
Our research indicated that Marilyn Mosby pressured the Baltimore Medical Examiner, David Fowler, to change the cause of death from “accidental” to “homicide”. In addition, we described how that same medical examiner built a self-detonating ‘red flag’ into the report by specifically writing in his opinion “the fatal injury occurred inside the van“.

Something about a story is, yet again, sketchy.
Right is right even if nobody does it.
Wrong is wrong, even if everybody does it.
Several months ago we busted CNN using bombastic claims about the Dept. of Homeland Security declaring “right-wing” extremism as dangerous as Islamic Jihad. Actually, it was far more than bombastic claims, it was straight up lying. Now it appears something within yesterday’s Washington Free Beacon story is not passing a similar sniff test.
It stems from this:

The WFB outline has been shared on numerous sites, including ours. However, similar to the CNN story, a little digging into the source documents and something appears amiss. I can’t find where the Washington Free Beacon is getting the quote “right wing” or “far-right” in the outline. (more…)
Boston Police Kill Terror Suspect Usaama Rahim – Brother Claims Membership Within Dindu Nuffin Gang…
The Dindu Nuffin team lost one of their members today when an ISIS sympathizer being monitored by the FBI was shot and killed at a bus stop.

(Boston Herald) An armed man in his 20s being surveilled by the FBI counterterrorism unit was shot and killed by an FBI agent and a Boston police officer in Roslindale this morning, according to Boston Police Commissioner William Evans.
“He was on foot, under surveillance,” Evans said. “The officers have been surveilling him and again they wanted to speak to him … and he turned and our officers gave several commands for him to drop the weapon and unfortunately he came at the officers and they did what they were trained to do and that’s never an easy decision for any officer to make.”
One FBI agent and one BPD officer fired, FBI Special Agent in Charge Vincent B. Lisi said.
Evans said the suspect was wielding a large military-style black knife that he could have “done a lot of damage” with. (more…)
