We received a copy of a July FBI alert two weeks ago.  However, out of an abundance of caution, and after careful review of the content, and after reading articles discussing the alert itself, we decided -out of an abundance of caution- not to promote the warning.

However, the information within the alert itself is now gaining additional dissemination; the cat’s ‘out of the bag’ so-to-speak.  With that in mind here’s an article about it, along with the actual alert itself (pdf format).

WASHINGTON DC – It was not meant for public disclosure but a news outlet got ahold of a chilling Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) alert warning U.S. military families that they are being watched and confronted by Middle Eastern men.

The cryptic FBI memo was issued to law enforcement agencies in Colorado and Wyoming and says that Middle Eastern men are approaching families of U.S. military members at their homes in both states, specifically in Greeley and Cheyenne, Wyoming.

The Middle Eastern men have also tried to gain personal information about military members and their families through intimidation, according to the FBI bulletin, which reveals that the victims reported feeling scared. (more…)

Apparently the media are running out of thesaurus reference words to obfuscate the illegality of using non-secure private data servers to conduct official State Department business.  Not to worry, they’ll soon come up with new Clinton deflector words. 
WASHINGTON POST – The FBI has begun looking into the security of Hillary Rodham Clinton’s private e-mail setup, contacting in the past week a Denver-based technology firm that helped manage the unusual system, according to two government officials.
Also last week, the FBI contacted Clinton’s lawyer, David Ken­dall, with questions about the security of a thumb drive in his possession that contains copies of work e-mails Clinton sent during her time as secretary of state.
The FBI’s interest in Clinton’s e-mail system comes after the intelligence community’s inspector general referred the issue to the Justice Department in July. Intelligence officials expressed concern that some sensitive information was not in the government’s possession and could be “compromised.” The referral did not accuse Clinton of any wrongdoing, and the two officials said Tuesday that the FBI is not targeting her. Yet again, the transparency here is obvious. Marilyn Mosby doesn’t want to allow a commission to analyze the root cause of the Baltimore homicide rate; why, because -at the core- it’s her earlier activist, anti-cop, decisions that are creating the hostile city culture.

Through her efforts, and those of the predominantly black city leadership, they have created a petri-dish of empowered lawlessness while simultaneously undermining the lawful authority of the police officers who are charged with controlling the chaos.

Progressives of every stripe always attempt to avoid the consequences from their ideological constructs; to include hiding and masking the outcomes.

Baltimore – Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby recently derailed an initiative to bring together city leaders, law enforcement commanders, academics, public health officials and others to identify real-time homicide trends and develop targeted responses — the latest crime-fighting program to falter amid a dramatic spike in violence..

After months of promising unprecedented transparency and collaboration with law enforcement partners, Mosby said she didn’t want to share information that others in the fledgling Baltimore Homicide Review Commission considered critical to success. She said providing information on ongoing cases could compromise investigations or jeopardize the safety of victims and witnesses. (more…)

 6:00 p.m.  Memphis Police Director Toney Armstrong held a press conference at 6 p.m. today to update the search for the suspect who shot and killed Officer Sean Bolton. Here are the quick takeaways:

• · Suspect and driver fled the scene before officers could arrive
• · Police say Officer Bolton apparently interrupted drug transaction; scale and marijuana found in the car
• · Driver turn himself in, but he has since been released
• · 29-year-old Tremaine Willbourn is the wanted individual. Police believe he is the shooter.
• · Wilbourn was on supervised release for 121 month sentence for a bank robbery
• · Memphis police say Wilbourn should be considered armed and dangerous

The transparency of motive is brutally obvious.  As Baltimore suffers the worst explosion of gun/homicide violence in 40 years, the race-based professional apologists have to move quickly to avoid the consequences from their own insufferable policy/agenda failures.

BALTIMORE – After 10 people were shot — seven of them in one incident — overnight in Baltimore following the city’s most violent month in decades, police announced Sunday that 10 federal agents will embed with the city’s homicide unit for the next two months.

The special agents detailed to the city from the FBI, the Drug Enforcement Agency, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the U.S. Marshals Service and the U.S. Secret Service represent a “flipping of the script of sorts,” Interim Police Commissioner Kevin Davis said.

“That’s a bit unusual because local police departments — and Baltimore is no different — historically send detectives to federal law enforcement agencies to embed with their long-term investigations,” he said. (more…)

(Via Chicao Tribune) Five years before he was shot to death in the failed terrorist attack in Garland, Texas, Nadir Soofi walked into a suburban Phoenix gun shop to buy a 9-millimeter pistol..

At the time, Lone Wolf Trading Co. was known among gun smugglers for selling illegal firearms. And with Soofi’s history of misdemeanor drug and assault charges, there was a chance his purchase might raise red flags in the federal screening process.

Inside the store, he fudged some facts on the form required of would-be gun buyers.

What Soofi could not have known was that Lone Wolf was at the center of a federal sting operation known as Fast and Furious, targeting Mexican drug lords and traffickers. The idea of the secret program was to allow Lone Wolf to sell illegal weapons to criminals and straw purchasers, and track the guns back to large smuggling networks and drug cartels. (read more)

Philippe Reines, Cheryl Mills, Jake Sullivan and Huma Abedin all used non State Dept. email accounts during their tenure within the Clinton led State Department. It appears all of them joined with Hillary Clinton to avoid FOIA investigative inquiry into their activity.  Reines turns over 20 boxes of hand-selected emails for review.

…To clarify, the judge asked Hackett if Reines was “asked to produce in his personal email system, federal records… and he produced 20 boxes of emails in his personal emails. Is that” your understanding?

Hackett said it was.

(Via Politico) Long-time Hillary Clinton spokesman Philippe Reines handed the State Department 20 boxes of work-related emails taken in part from a personal email account, State officials said Wednesday, calling into question the extent to which top aides to the former secretary of state also engaged in controversial email practices.

State Department top document official John Hackett, who heads Freedom of Information Act requests for the agency, told a federal judge in a court hearing Wednesday that Reines was among several officials asked to turn over any any work-related documents in his possession. (more…)

Via Judicial Watch […] During the a status hearing today, Sullivan warned that the failure to follow his order was serious and the IRS and Justice Department’s excuses for not following his July 1 order were “indefensible, ridiculous, and absurd.”

He asked the IRS’ Justice Department lawyer Geoffrey Klimas, “Why didn’t the IRS comply” with his court order and “why shouldn’t the Court hold the Commissioner of the IRS in contempt.” Judge Sullivan referenced his contempt findings against Justice Department prosecutors in the prosecution of late Senator Ted Stevens (R-AK) and reminded the Justice Department attorney he had the ability to detain him for contempt. Warning he would tolerate no further disregard of his orders, Judge Sullivan said, “I will haul into court the IRS Commissioner to hold him personally into contempt.”

In order to tackle the U.S. Illegal Immigration issues, even broadly, a person must first change their paradigms and understand the root issues which create the crisis.

Before you can reasonably present a solution to the problem, you must first understand the problem. Understanding how illegal aliens work in the U.S. is step one toward understanding what proposed solutions would/could work, and which are mere political talking points.  Here’s the stuff the professional political class don’t want you to know.

Most people think of illegal alien workers as farm workers or employed by small service businesses. While there is some validity to the precept, the vast majority of illegal aliens actually find it easier to gain employment in large organizational businesses. When you understand labor law, you understand why this is the case.

Every entity that hires people is potentially at risk for audit or inspection from the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) within their regional jurisdiction. The EEOC responds to hiring practice complaints from a perspective of insuring equal employment opportunity. As we’ll show, the rules of the EEOC are in direct contradiction with Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) immigration laws. (more…)
