~ Irony So Thick It Is Almost Unbelievable ~

The same school district, Miami-Dade, and the same School Superintendent, Alberto Carvalho, that forced Miami-Dade School Police to hide the criminal conduct of Trayvon Martin (and all young black male students), has now fired a School Principal for stating support for a McKinney Police Officer on his Facebook page.

According to the Miami Herald:

[…]  The Miami-Dade County school district announced Wednesday that Alberto Iber had been removed as principal after going online to defend a white Texas police officer who waved a gun at black teens while responding to a call about an unruly pool party.

[…] “He did nothing wrong,” Iber wrote in a comment that showed his Facebook picture, name, school and title. “He was afraid for his life. I commend him for his actions.”

Iber’s stance quickly prompted a passionate online response from Ambrose Sims, a black, retired Miami Beach Police veteran who joined the force at a time of racial strife in Miami in the 1980s. He also came out as gay and led a campaign for equal rights. Sims wrote, in part: “Such a comment reveals to me that you’re a serious part of the problem.”

An email has surfaced as part of a defense motion to recuse Baltimore State Attorney Marilyn Mosby.  The email is from Mosby’s office in the weeks just prior to the arrest of Freddie Gray.

In the March email Mosby is specifically asking the Baltimore police to target the exact intersection where Freddie Gray was apprehended –  and work on eliminating increased drug activity.  (Via Baltimore Sun)

[…]  “It must be understood that Mrs. Mosby was directing these officers to one of the highest crime intersections in Baltimore City and asking them to make arrests, conduct surveillance, and stop crime,” the defense attorneys wrote. “Now, the State is apparently making the unimaginable argument that the police officers are not allowed to use handcuffs to protect their safety and prevent flight in an investigatory detention where the suspect fled in a high crime area and actually had a weapon on him.”  (link)

The email was sent from Joshua Rosenblatt, division chief of Mosby’s Crime Strategies Unit to Baltimore Police Major Osborne Robinson.

The most damning part of the communication is from Major Osborne Robinson to his police officers informing them of the State Attorney expectation. (more…)

Tatyana Rhodes and her mother are facing a very real possibility of civil lawsuits by the Home Owners Association within Craig Ranch for an unapproved and unauthorized event that turned into a mob, and has cost the community THOUSANDS.

Watch this CNN interview with Tatyana who is now lawyered up.  Her attorney is Emmanuel Obi, and she appeared with Jahda Bakari (13) one of Tatyana’s “Dime Girls”.

Notice how Tatyana now tries desperately to avoid admitting that her promotional activity is what led to hundreds of party-goers.  It is abundantly clear she and her mother are aware of the lawsuit risks now facing them.  Notice also how she references herself as a “teen” when her actual DOB is 04/02/1995. An underreported story today comes amid the resignation of Stacia Hylton, the head of the U.S. Marshals Service.  The timing of the resignation could not be more transparently tied to a growing investigation into domestic surveillance programs operated without oversight, and potentially unconstitutional.

For the past several years stories have been quietly surfacing about the USMS using stealth cell phone captures via drone and fixed unit operations known as “Stingray Devices”.

Stingray technology secretly captures cell phone communication, data, voice and text from users without their knowledge.

In addition the USMS has recently been outlined using Automatic License Plate Reading (ALPR) technology to track movements of people driving. Both programs track every American and are not related specifically to investigative foundations.  (more…)

Here’s The Story of The McKinney Pool Fiasco – Part 2

The Origin – The woman who organized the event in McKinney, Texas is named Tatiana Rhodes (or Tatyana Rhodes).  DOB 04/02/1995, she is 20-years-old. Most of her social media accounts have now been scrubbed as the publicity expanded and the sunlight upon her endeavors increased.

Tatiana had been promoting a party via twitter under the hashtag name “Dime Piece Cookout” for approximately a month. She planned the event at a sub-division called “Craig Ranch” in McKinney Texas.

Tatiana (pictured below left) lives in the sub-division with her mother Lashana Burkes (aka “Lashana Burks” pictured right). Both appear to be natives of Chicago.

The Craig Ranch subdivision has a neighborhood park and a gated pool and clubhouse for residents. The pool and clubhouse is gated and a scan card is needed to gain access. (You an explore via google earth here)

The subdivision has a Homeowners Association (HOA) which regulates and controls the activities in/around the HOA swimming pool and clubhouse and has strict rules for use thereof. (more…)

We know this is pointing out the obvious, but can you imagine what would happen if the district attorney or prosecutor in the Mike Brown shooting asked a Ferguson judge for a gag order and a motion to hide the autopsy? The hypocrisy of the professionally aggrieved is jaw dropping.

BALTIMORE – The judge presiding over the prosecution of six Baltimore Police officers involved in the arrest of Freddie Gray struck the state’s motion for a gag order in the case.

Judge Charles J. Peters ruled the motion lacked standing in an actual proceeding, as it was filed by Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby’s office in Circuit Court on May 14. At that time, the officers’ cases were still in District Court. They weren’t transferred to Circuit Court until May 21, when the officers were indicted.

Rochelle Ritchie, a Mosby spokeswoman, declined to say whether the state planned to file a new gag order motion, which Peters’ ruling did not preclude.

“We’re not going to litigate this case in the media and discuss our trial strategy,” Ritchie said. (more…)

The Iraqi President Haider al-Abadi approached, clearly hoping to talk with Obama, sitting down right next to him. Obama continued his discussion with the others not acknowledging Abadi.
Obama and the others then stood up, and Abdadi stood as well, hoping to catch Obama’s attention, but Obama simply turned and walked away. Abdi and his translator then walk off, looking annoyed.

Meanwhile Obama admitted today he had “no complete strategy” for training Iraqis to deal with ISIS.  Maybe talking with the leadership would actually help…
