Well, if the White House is going to try and present a Supreme Court nominee this year – they are first going to have to figure out how to get around this uncomfortable prior positioning of Joe Biden:
(Via Fox News) Hillary Clinton’s emails on her unsecured, homebrew server contained intelligence from the U.S. government’s most secretive and highly classified programs, according to an unclassified letter from a top inspector general to senior lawmakers.
Fox News exclusively obtained the unclassified letter, sent Jan. 14 from Intelligence Community Inspector General I. Charles McCullough III. It laid out the findings of a recent comprehensive review by intelligence agencies that identified “several dozen” additional classified emails — including specific intelligence known as “special access programs” (SAP). NBC News will be hosting the fourth Democrat Debate tonight in Charleston South Carolina. The debate begins at 9:00pm Eastern and is co-sponsored by U-Tube.
Lester Holt, Andrea Mitchell, Chuck Todd and several popular YouTube creators are moderators and participants. The debate is carried live on NBC broadcast and MSNBC cable channels. There is also a Live Feed HERE via NBC NEWS
The Maryland Appeals Court has stepped in to halt the trial against Officer Caesar Goodson on the day jury selection was scheduled to begin. In an earlier appellate court ruling the forced testimony of accused police officer William Porter was blocked. The State’s cases are falling apart due to inept legal application and ideological motives to prosecute.
Baltimore State Attorney Marilyn Mosby is now claiming without Porter’s testimony her cases against both Caesar Goodson and Alicia White will not stand:
[…] not being able to call Porter as a witness would “result in irreparable harm to the People of Maryland by effectively gutting their government’s prosecution” of two of the officers. (link)

Washington DC – A top aide for Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s campaign on Monday ripped attacks on Bill Clinton’s past infidelity by GOP rival Donald Trump, saying Trump has gone “in the gutter.”
Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta also issued a warning to Clinton’s Democratic rival Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) to stay away from the topic.
“I hope he’s not going there,” Podesta said of Sanders during an appearance on MSNBC’s “Andrea Mitchell Reports” after the host noted it seems “there’s some piling on here” by Sanders. “He said that he’s going to run a positive campaign, that he wasn’t going to go in for personal attacks and I take him at his word on that,” Podesta continued. If a terrorist strikes in Philadelphia but no-one admits it’s terrorism, did terrorism actually happen? Similarly, if a federal law on transmission of classified information is violated, but no-one admits it’s unlawful, does it actually matter that transmission happened?
There have been so many revelations in the past six months regarding Hillary Clinton’s emails (despite the internet on fire over this one) it is impossible to know if it’s actually any more damaging than any previous discoveries…..

WASHINGTON DC – A former U.S. Attorney predicts a Watergate-style showdown in the Department of Justice if Attorney General Loretta Lynch overrules a potential FBI recommendation to indict Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
“The [FBI] has so much information about criminal conduct by her and her staff that there is no way that they walk away from this,” Joseph diGenova, formerly the District of Columbia’s U.S. Attorney, told Laura Ingraham in a Tuesday radio interview. “They are going to make a recommendation that people be charged and then Loretta Lynch is going to have the decision of a lifetime. BALTIMORE SUN – Blood was shed in Baltimore at an unprecedented pace in 2015, with mostly young, black men shot to death in a near-daily crush of violence.
On a per-capita basis, the year was the deadliest ever in the city. The year’s tally of 344 homicides was second only to the record 353 in 1993, when Baltimore had about 100,000 more residents.
The killings were on pace with recent years in the early months of 2015 but skyrocketed after the unrest and rioting of late April. In five of the next eight months, killings topped 30 or 40 a month. (more…)
At a campaign rally in New Hampshire the Clinton-adoring-media stood aghast as a town hall participant “heckled” Hillary for being a hypocrite when it comes to women’s issues, women’s safety and specifically Bill Clinton’s history of pathological sexual assault.
When confronted surprisingly Hillary went full-Clinton almost immediately; she quickly dropped her political mask and snapped back: “you are very rude and I will never call on you” (video below):
The questioner is a rape survivor. She is also a former Democrat, now Republican, state representative who left the Democrat party specifically because of the hypocrisy within the Clinton-era as it pertains to sexual assault and women’s safety. (more…)
