Well, this story is so brutally ironic it will not fit in the Irony folder. You just cannot make this stuff up folks…

You might remember a Hispanic political activist named Tony Yapias, who was extremely critical of Donald Trump’s assertion that some illegal Mexican aliens were rapists.

Tony Yapias is the director of ‘Proyecto Latino de Utah’.  Mr. Yapias also coordinated numerous protest events against Donald Trump including a rather violent display in Salt Lake City, Utah. – SEE HERE–
This week Tony Yapias has been arrested for rape.   However, not only was Yapias arrested for rape – his victim was, …wait for it…, yep, an illegal alien.
Yes, it appears Mexican rapist Tony Yapias felt additionally empowered by the fact his victim was less likely to be able to contact law enforcement.
However, as Fox13 in Salt Lake City reports:

[…]  Despite the woman’s fears concerning immigration issues, court documents state, she reported the assault the day after it happened. She was also examined by a forensic nurse who found she had multiple physical injuries consistent with her explanation of what happened (link)

Mr. Yapias threatened, raped and blackmailed his victim specifically because of her undocumented illegal immigration status.

A terrible bus crash in Louisiana today results in the death of two people and dozens more injured.  The local fire chief who was responding to an earlier accident was one of those killed when the out of control bus collided with the fire engine.

Louisiana – State Police told Fox 8 firefighters responding to the earlier crash were attempting to close Interstate 10 just west of New Orleans when the bus lost control for unknown reasons and struck a fire engine on scene.

The bus then struck three firefighters, throwing them from the elevated portion of the interstate over the guard rail and into the water below.

Among those killed Sunday morning included a local fire chief, District Chief Spencer Chauvin with the St. John the Baptist Fire Department, Matey said.

Apparently the letters requesting the illegal aliens to leave the U.S. are not being followed by the recipients.  Worse yet, the follow-up sternly worded letters, which they receive after committing crimes, are also ignored.
The Obama administration is perplexed by the non-compliance…
(Via The Washington Times) Nearly 1 million immigrants are ignoring deportation orders to remain in the U.S. — including more than 170,000 convicted criminals, according to a new report Thursday that suggests the government’s deportation efforts are still falling short.
Only a small fraction of the immigrants are even being detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), meaning most of them remain free on the streets, where they can commit crimes and continue living in the shadows, according to the study by Jessica Vaughan, policy studies director at the Center for Immigration Studies.

Perhaps you’ve read or heard about the 29-year-old California driver, Stacey Sanchez, who was driving drunk, hit a pedestrian, and continued driving home with most of his body impaled in the front windshield.   One of 69-year-old Jack Ray Tenhulzen’s severed legs was also sticking out the back window when Sanchez parked and went inside her home to sleep.  Story Here

If you read yesterday’s local media update to the horrific story, when Ms. Sanchez appeared in court, way down at the bottom of the article you’ll find this:

[…]  Superior Court Judge James Mangione kept Sanchez’ bail at $1.5 million. She also has an immigration hold, which means that if she were to be released she would be turned over to immigration authorities to determine whether she may be deported.  (link)

Yes, Ms. Sanchez is an illegal alien.

Sharyl Attkisson writes a gobsmacking investigative article outlining how soldiers in Fort Bliss were running an active human smuggling ring bringing Mexican nationals across the border.  It looks like there’s a large number of active duty military engaged in this.  (make sure to read the entire article)…

Bliss U.S. Army post in El Paso, Texas. Ft. Bliss is headquarters for El Paso Intelligence Center (EPIC), a federal tactical operational intelligence center.
According to sources and documents, two U.S. soldiers, Marco Antonio Nava, Jr. and Joseph Cleveland, were arrested last Saturday by border patrol officers at Falfurias, Texas Border Patrol Station Checkpoint attempting to smuggle two Mexican citizens into the U.S. The Mexicans were riding in the back seat of the car.
Upon their arrest, the soldiers, who were not in uniform at the time, informed Border Patrol agents they are part of the 377 TC Company at Ft. Bliss.

Many have wondered if the local San Jose California community is really as violent as they have been portrayed.  The Mexican and Latino community in/around San Jose’ came together on June 3rd to beat, punch, kick and drag Trump rally attendees through the streets.  Is this really what San Jose is about?

Obviously the San Jose law enforcement community anticipated the violent activity because they scheduled undercover police officers to mingle with the mob.
Unfortunately, the undercover agents only documented the beatings and did nothing to stop them when they were happening. (more…)

Understand the scope of this story and you understand the reason why the entirety of the progressive left has been harping on the Trump University story.  They are desperate to keep eyes and attention from the San Jose violence and the city officials who factually facilitated and organized it.  Of course the insufferable GOPe and ‘Conservative Punditry’ are stupid enough not to see that. 
Newly released arrest reports, from one of the only charges filed so far in the San Jose mob attacks against Donald Trump supporters, contain some harrowing accounts written by under cover police officers who witnessed the onslaught.

Below you will find an 8 page pdf of police statements outlining the violence they witnessed.  Example:

Under Cover San Jose Officer #1: […] Throughout the afternoon and evening I watched several individuals wearing “Trump” articles of clothing getting punched, kicked and pushed.
Under Cover #2: […] I was assigned to the Covert Response Unit and dressed in a plainclothes capacity. … As time came closer to 18:00 more protesters arrived; mostly younger males and females between the ages of 14 to 25.  … some began burning the United States flag in the middle of the street. It became inherently dangerous for anyone wearing a hat or T-Shirt in support of Trump.  I observed Trump supporters being spit on, objects being thrown at them, punched, kicked and even robbed of their personal belongings.  In these instances I observed victims running for their lives because protesters began adopting the mob mentality and attacking people.  I was unable to make contact with any of these victims due to my undercover capacity and fear for my own safety as well.

These are just two of many almost identical officer written reports found in the arrest records of individuals detained as an outcome of their violent behavior.
