Two weeks ago we tried, and failed, to openly reach out to “researchers” interested in the backstory of the “Big Mike” Brown shooting.
Just because the cat had her kittens in the oven, don’t make them biscuits.
From personal experience within the concentric circular maze that surrounds such a quest, we suspected, nay assured the outcome. It is significantly important to know what structural and political forces which comprise the cement, which builds the walls, which make the maze.
Running head strong into a very specific justice system, while waving a petition for sunlight allowance, will get you, well, nowhere but headed home with a headache.
But the wall builders will gladly accept a fee to allow your strike with the hammer – futile though it may be.
We did not pull the Trayvon Martin criminal records from the Miami-Dade School Police Department by going into the maze constructed by a similar ideological wall-builders: Superintendent Alberto Carvalho, Police Chief Charles Hurley et al.
We tunneled under it. The truth takes extra digging – and the drone enabled CRS are always on alert.
So take this for what it’s worth: Saint Louis – Michael Brown was never found delinquent of the juvenile equivalents of any Class A or B felony charges, and was not facing any at the time he died, a court official said this morning at a hearing on whether his juvenile records should be released. This is a subject of great familiarity to the Treehouse. It is not necessarily an Eric Holder / President Obama construct either.
According to EEO law it is unlawful to check the work authorization of any employment applicant, IF the screening has a disparate impact on a federally protected category of personage.  In reality the law, as applied, means you cannot check the employment eligibility of applicants if the screening creates disqualified applicants who are  disproportionately Latino (race discrimination); which they automatically will be.
Ergo -technically, and lawfully- you cannot screen applicants for residency or employment eligibility.   That is why fake documents are so easy for an illegal to use to gain employment; the employer is not allowed to check, or verify, their legitimacy.

Culinaire International unlawfully discriminated against employees based on their citizenship status, the Justice Department claimed, because it required non-citizen employees to provide extra proof of their right to work in the United States. (more…)

ISIS is claiming this hostage to be a British citizen named David Cawthorne Haines. According to reports of the same ISIS video containing footage of the second U.S. journalist, Steven Scotloff, being killed; ISIS is claiming the next hostage will be Mr. Cawthorne Haines.

Again we extend our deepest prayers toward all the family and friends of these men held captive by such evil manifested.   We pray for comfort toward those grieving, and purposeful strength for those now consumed with worry.
We also pray for our leaders; so they may see clearly what confronts them; so they may find clarity of purpose;  so they may accept their role, responsibility and deliver the full measure of consequence upon those who would proclaim such evil intentions.

In a report published at Accuracy in Media earlier this month, I described how the Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) program of the Department of Health and Human Services has exploded, spending almost $700 million so far this year, more than double that of 2013. Much of the information described in that report was initially dug up by the Treehouse.
As we described in the report, many of these “children” were not in fact children, but young men and women, many of whom were gang members or being actively recruited by gangs. Largely unreported were the 200,000 plus illegal alien families accompanying these youths. We know from the Bret Baier interview with Hillary Clinton that she was physically located at her 7th floor office in Washington DC on the night of the attack. Unfortunately we also know during the November 2012 Thanksgiving holiday a mysterious fire took place in that building. Well, actually directly above her exact office – cause undetermined.
A “fire” which preceded an unfortunate slip and fall for the Secretary, resulting in a concussion, which led to the discovery of a blood clot, that ultimately delayed her congressional testimony before a Senate Hearing into the events of the night in question.
We know the Libyan uprising began on February 10th of 2011, and we also know that sometime around the end of February 2011 President Obama signed a presidential directive authorizing the State Dept and CIA to begin a covert operation to arm the Libyan “rebels”.
We also know of a Second Presidential Finding Memo authorizing additional CIA covert action in 2012, this time in Syria. However, unlike the 2011 Libyan operation we do not know the operational name of the second action in 2012 Syria.
We know the Libyan “rebels” were positioned in two strategic places. Benghazi, and the port city of Darnah, both located in Northeastern Libya.

BGI and Radical Leftists Get Victory Over Darren Wilson

SAINT LOUIS – Supporters of Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson, who sparked weeks of unrest after he shot and killed unarmed teen Michael Brown, have raised so much money to support him that they had to open a second online fundraiser.
On the fundraising website GoFundMe, supporters needed just seventeen days to raise more than $420,000 for the officer, portrayed as either a hero or a monster in many of the reports and conversations around the country about Ferguson.
But a national nonprofit dedicated to strengthening the voice of black America is calling out the popular fundraising site for profiting off Wilson’s fundraisers, saying the site is financially exploiting racial intolerance and murder.

Color of Change, founded after Hurricane Katrina to empower black people, has launched a petition demanding that GoFundMe return the profits it has made from campaigns for Wilson. The fundraising site automatically charges 7.9 percent and 30 cents per donation in the U.S. and Canada.
“GoFundMe should return any money it has made from Darren Wilson fundraising pages, and take them down immediately,” the petition says. “Profiting off the killing of Michael Brown is not okay. Profiting off of racially-motivated donors is not okay.” (more…)

The evidence of the fraud, within the totally false construct of a crisis with “Unaccompanied Alien Minors”, continues to mount.

We began documenting three months ago the “border crisis” of unaccompanied alien children, UAC’s, was a pure ruse, a figment. Constructed simply to create the optics of crisis and support the demand for comprehensive immigration reform prior to the congressional recess.
Evidence continued to mount week after week as we followed the money flowing out of the DHS and HHS agencies to various left-wing social constructs who were profiting from the scheme. Panic and alarm sounded as $3.7 billion was demanded by Obama to cope with the non existent “border crisis” – couched more favorably as a “humanitarian crisis”.
Last week we shared how the Federal Government had given up on “housing for UAC’s”, because there were no UAC’s to house.  We’ve previously proven the statistical manipulation by comparing DHS data to Immigration Court data.
Now here’s a report of what happens when these fully adult “UAC’s” register for school.  The children with grey hair and wrinkles who admit to being 35-years-old and OLDER.

We were wrong.
HatTip to Treeper LTC8K6 – According to his own statements and media testimony, accomplice Dorian Johnson said he was not involved in the physical confrontation at the SUV of officer Darren Wilson.
Additionally, in his various statements, witness Michael Brady had placed Dorian at the passenger side of the SUV approximately 5 feet from the front bumper.  But Brady readily admits he did not see the origination of the struggle, only the part where it got really loud, captured his attention, and he peered through his apartment window to witness Mike Brown punching Officer Darren Wilson through his SUV window.
Dorian Johnson has repeatedly claimed he was not involved in assaulting Officer Wilson.  Johnson blamed Mike Brown for the violence that occurred at the vehicle.
Logically this seemed to make sense because obviously when presented with two subjects officer Wilson identified Mike Brown as the greater of the two threats, and did not pursue Dorian – Wilson’s focus was on Big Mike Brown.
However, evidence now suggests that both Mike Brown AND Dorian Johnson were involved physically at the SUV in the initial struggle with Darren Wilson. (more…)

Understanding The Origin Of The Mike Brown Narrative

When we first began digging in to the Mike Brown story something odd was immediately identifiable.    The individual witness statements, when compared over time, were case studies in the evolution of self-contradiction.
But why ?
It’s generally a true statement that eye witnesses testimonials can often be unreliable; but the statements of the people hitting the New York media circuit were beyond unreliable – they were contradicting themselves from show to show, often within hours.
A little research into the shooting aftermath and things begin to fall into place.

The primary witnesses used to create what we’ll call ‘the media narrative’ were and are:  Dorian Johnson,  Piaget Crenshaw, and Tiffany Mitchell.
A few days later Michael Brady surfaced, but Brady didn’t follow the same script – and we’ve discovered why.
To understand the origin of the “Hands Up” tale it helps to have a firm understanding of where each of the players are AT THE MOMENT the shooting took place.

*UPDATE* – There is a distinct possibility the item next to Officer Wilson’s driver door is not a brass bullet casing, but might actually be the bracelet from the right arm of Dorian Johnson seen in the CCTV video of the Ferguson Liquor Mart – We’re currently flushing out that possibility, but it does look likely.

We have now digested several thousand hours of assembled video -and still imagery- of the scene around the Mike Brown shooting. Here is what the physical evidence is showing so far. (all images can be made larger simply by clicking on them)

Thank You to everyone who continues to research and wade through everything to find the facts.

First it’s important to gain an understanding of the geography. We have selected some common names and nicknames to attribute to particular places, people and venues. Here is a general map to help understand the who’s, what’s and where’s:

To make things easier to explain we are going to summarize that Canfield Dr. runs East and West. Areas to the top of the images are North, and areas below Canfield are South.
Mike Brown and Dorian Johnson were travelling East on Canfield Drive. Officer Wilson was travelling West. Brown and Johnson were essentially walking down the center of the street.
At some point Mike and Dorian crossed paths with Officer Wilson. And, according to all statements from Dorian as well as Wilson as relayed by his friend “Josie”, Officer Wilson slowed down as he passed and told them to get out of the street and on to the sidewalk.
Wilson then began to continue headed West. According to Johnson, the officer stopped, reversed quickly and engaged them again. According to “Josie” this is because the description of two males involved in a strong-armed robbery came through the radio and Wilson noted the two he just passed fit the profile. (more…)
