(Via Politico) StemExpress, one of the tissue companies that works with Planned Parenthood, is cutting its ties with the women’s health organization after a series of sting videos that have prompted congressional inquiries, sources tell POLITICO.
The small biomedical tissue procurement company is distancing itself from Planned Parenthood after finding itself tangentially linked to what abortion opponents allege is Planned Parenthood’s illegal trafficking of fetal tissue and organs. (more…)

VICTORY !  Last month, a court in California blocked the pro-life group Center for Medical Progress (CMP) from releasing any videos regarding certain meetings of the middleman, StemExpress.
The restraining order did not apply to the Planned Parenthood abortion business or even to StemExpress in its entirety, making it so additional videos were released. However, today a federal judge ruled that StemExpress could not take possession of videos and documents in their battle to block the distribution of videos and documents.

(Via Daily Caller) Abby Johnson quit her job as a Texas Planned Parenthood clinic director in 2009 after witnessing an ultrasound abortion. This is how she and her co-workers would convince women to donate their aborted babies for research, and, she says, profit from their consent.
“We never discussed, [researchers] may want just a leg, or an arm, or these specific organs,” Johnson told The Daily Signal in an interview published Monday. “That would create a sense of humanity in their unborn child.”
“And really, we would even shy away from calling it fetal tissue research because just calling it tissue sanitizes it — the women don’t necessarily think about the body of their baby, they’re just thinking about blood and tissue.” (more…)

It was suspected the undercover video’s contained discussion of Planned Parenthood discussing “fully intact fetuses”, which would be prima facie evidence of born alive infants. This disturbing aspect prompted a biotech company, Stem Express, to file a motion with a federal judge to block any further video release.  

HOUSTON, Aug. 4–The fifth undercover video in the controversy over Planned Parenthood’s sale of aborted baby parts shows the Director of Research for Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, Melissa Farrell, advertising the Texas Planned Parenthood branch’s track record of fetal tissue sales, including its ability to deliver fully intact fetuses.

In the video, actors posing as representatives from a human biologics company meet with Farrell at the abortion-clinic headquarters of Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast in Houston to discuss a potential partnership to harvest fetal organs. (more…)

  Via Federalist – A federal judge late Friday granted a temporary restraining order against the release of recordings made at an annual meeting of abortion providers. The injunction is against the Center for Medical Progress, the group that has unveiled Planned Parenthood’s participation in the sale of organs harvested from aborted children.

Judge William H. Orrick, III, granted the injunction just hours after the order was requested by the National Abortion Federation.

Orrick was nominated to his position by hardline abortion supporter President Barack Obama. He was also a major donor to and bundler for President Obama’s presidential campaign. He raised at least $200,000 for Obama and donated $30,800 to committees supporting him, according to Public Citizen. (more…)

“In a meeting with their [Stem Express] top leadership, they admitted that they sometimes get fully intact fetuses shipped to their laboratory from the abortion clinics they work with, and that could be prima facie evidence of born alive infants. And so that’s why they’re trying to suppress that videotape and they’re very scared of it.”

Today’s new undercover video comes two days after a California court issued a temporary injunction barring further release of videos exposing Planned Parenthood’s illegal practices.

With this video release it will become increasingly difficult for Planned Parenthood to avoid the obvious viewer suspicion they knew they were breaking the law.  Dr. Savita Ginde is caught talking about their concerns and how their legal team is working to help them avoid getting caught..

LOS ANGELES – A temporary restraining order has been issued preventing an anti-abortion group from releasing any video of leaders of a California company that provides fetal tissue to researchers.

The group is the same one that previously shot viral covert video of a Planned Parenthood leader discussing the sale of aborted fetuses for research.

The Los Angeles Superior Court order issued Tuesday prohibits the Center for Medical Progress from releasing any video of three high-ranking StemExpress officials taken at a restaurant in May. It appears to be the first legal action prohibiting the release of a video from the organization. (more…)

The Center for Medical Progress, a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to monitoring and reporting on medical ethics and advances, has released a third video exposing the practices within the abortion industry.

Episode 1 introduces Holly O’Donnell, a licensed phlebotomist who unsuspectingly took a job as a “procurement technician” at the fetal tissue company and biotech start-up StemExpress in late 2012. “I thought I was going to be just drawing blood, not procuring tissue from aborted fetuses,” says O’Donnell, who fainted in shock on her first day of work in a Planned Parenthood clinic when suddenly asked to dissect a freshly-aborted fetus during her on-the-job training. Planned Parenthood President Cecille Richards, aka “Madame Crunchy”, appeared on This Week ABC Sunday morning and defended the women’s health organization against undercover videos released in the past two weeks purporting to show officials attempting to sell fetal organs for profit, something group strongly denies.
