By Thomas Sowell – The U.S. Department of Justice issued two reports last week, both growing out of the Ferguson, Mo., shooting of Michael Brown. The first report, about “the shooting death of Michael Brown by Ferguson, Missouri police officer Darren Wilson,” ought to be read by every American.

It sets forth in plain English the facts that have been established in this case — by an autopsy on Michael Brown’s body (by three different pathologists, including one representing the family of Michael Brown), DNA examination of officer Darren Wilson’s gun and police vehicle, examination of the pattern of blood stains on the street where Brown died, and a medical report on officer Wilson from the hospital where he went for treatment. CNN is giddy with praise for the Madison Wisconsin response to the Tony Robinson shooting. Their praise comes as a direct result of the professional political class worrying about the delicate sensibilities of the professionally black Grievance Industry.

The “F**k the Police” crowd and the “#Black Lives Matter” crowd are fully engaged to write a very specific narrative of an unjustified police shooting and the professional race-baiters at CNN are more than happy to be their mouthpiece.

However, the current extent to which CNN is willing to obfuscate the facts is arguably even more entrenched than the Trayvon Martin or Mike Brown shootings.

The protesting crowd has now marched to fill the Wisconsin Capitol with their cries of grievance, yet no-one seems to be factually looking -yet again- at the circumstances surrounding the shooting.

Tony Robinson, a convicted armed robbery felon, was assaulting people in the street. He then went inside a building and assaulted the occupants and then the police officer who tried to stop his rampage. (more…)

With the entire Madison tribe of the Dindu Nuffins engaged in full media spin mode…..  It did not take long for the liberal Madison Wisconsin crowd to ID the police officer involved in the Tony Robinson shooting. The Daily Mail continues the story HERE.

Tony Robinson was a 19-year-old street thug (Dindu Nuffin’ clan) who was previously involved in an armed robbery (April 2014) and pled guilty in October 2014 (case details).

Robinson pleaded guilty to armed robbery in October [2014] and was sentenced to six months in jail but a judge stayed the execution of the custodial term. He began serving a three-year probation period in December (link)

Ironically if the judge had carried out the sentencing term, Tony Robinson would be alive today.  Ultimately he was sentenced to three years probation, and can be seen in this picture above wearing his ankle monitor.  Robinson’s Twitter Account is HERE

At the age of 17 Robinson became a father and was sued for child support in 2014.   As a member of the Dindu Nuffins’ his family is customarily well versed in making excuses for his behavior and claiming the angelic felon was planning on attending college. (more…)

DETROIT – The FBI has announced a $25,000 reward for information leading to the suspects wanted in the shooting of U.S. District Judge Terrence Berg, who was shot in Detroit Thursday night on his front porch after refusing to let two would-be intruders inside.

The tips must lead to the arrest and convictions of those responsible for the shooting.

According to police, two armed men approached Berg around 9:10 p.m. as he was outside his home in the University District on the city’s west side. Berg had just retrieved his garbage bin from the curb when he was approached by the two men on his porch.

According to Berg’s wife, Anita Sevier, one of the men told Berg that he had a gun, that he didn’t want to hurt him, but that they wanted to go inside the house. When Berg refused to let them inside, he was shot in the leg and the men fled. (more…)

Today we share how the Bell Family is fighting back and has countersued the Kendrick Johnson family and their attorney’s Parks and Crump:

VALDOSTA — FBI agent Rick Bell and his two sons have countersued the parents of Kendrick Johnson for defamation, claiming they disparaged the Bells in statements about how Johnson died two years ago.

The litigation is in response to a wrongful death lawsuit filed by Kenneth and Jacquelyn Johnson, contending the Bell sons were involved in KJ’s death at Lowndes High School and that local law officers and school officials covered it up as an accident.

The Johnsons’ suit, filed in DeKalb County, asks for $100 million in damages from 38 defendants. The Bells seek $1 million for comments about them in media statements, news stories and social media posts. They asked that both legal actions be tried in Lowndes County, where all the defendants live and the death occurred.

Oh brother, this police shooting has all the elements needed for the assembly of the BGI, professional agitators, #FTP and #BLM crowd. In addition this shooting carries geographic joy for the race-baiting crews because it took place in über PC correct, Madison Wisconsin.

The geography gives the political left a boost as they will attempt to connect Governor Scott Walker to the shooting incident, and Madison has been the home of some of the more politically correct avoidance of black racial violence.

This story is beyond incredible, yet it obviously doesn’t fit the MSM narrative – hence it doesn’t make the news cycle.

A black Boston Public School Dean, Reverend Shaun Harrison (55), is arrested for shooting a student in the head execution style. Apparently Reverend Shaun Harrison, in addition to being a Dean at the school, was the primary drug dealer and the student he shot was one of his hires paid to sell marijuana.

The “Rev” Harrison was also a well known anti-gun/violence activist in the community.

You can’t make this stuff up folks…. move along, move along…

(CNN)—A dean at a Boston public high school has been fired after he allegedly shot one of his students in the head.

In addition to his work as “dean of academy” at English High School, Shaun Harrison ran a marijuana distribution enterprise, Suffolk County Assistant District Attorney David Bradley said in a news release.

His victim was a 17-year-old student he had allegedly hired to sell marijuana for him, Bradley said at an arraignment hearing Thursday. (more…)

President Obama and AG Eric Holder have created the ultimate BGI extortion scheme in direct alignment with attorneys Daryl Parks and Benjamin Crump. A grievance win-win. Parks and Crump have announced their intent to sue on behalf of the Mike Brown family; the ONLY evidence for their wrongful death claim is the DOJ investigation.

If Ferguson agrees to the DOJ investigation finding, the Parks and Crump lawsuit carries automatic admission of wrongdoing, hence liability.   Ergo, today….

“It was an oppressive and abusive situation,” the president said of police practices in Ferguson. “The city of Ferguson will now have to make a decision. Are they now going to enter into some sort of agreement with the Justice Department to fix what is clearly a broken and racially broken system? A community organizer becomes President. A considerable percentage of the U.S. electorate duped into believing a vote for Hope and Change, and his election would reflect a post-racial America.

Except that’s exactly impossible.

The progressive goal was to gain an upper political hand, agenda advancement, by convincing the electorate the cool thing to do would be to vote for the completely incompetent – yet somehow feel good about it, because it would reflect something about themselves.

And they did.

But what happens when you elect a professional grievance advocate whose entire purpose was, and is, to promote grievance? It is an impossible task to remove the issues of their ideological profession. Even when you give such an ideologue everything they demand, the ideologue will only change the construct of the grievance. In essence you cannot fill a void that refuses to be filled.
